The Cheney Place is a warehouse for those who can’t wait to design their "urban meets vintage meets modern" wedding. We hope our building will woo you with its polished concrete and original hardwood floors, frosted warehouse windows, and turn of the century freight elevator. The open format and crazy flexible space screams of possibility. From a warehouse of included furniture you won’t have to rent to A collection of modern curated tabletop details to elevate your design, everything is here onsite. We are all inclusive where you want it with options where it matters. Our goal is to make full service and design easy which is why we also include full-service coordination with every wedding. From the experienced team behind Leona Road, The Foyer, Record Box Loft, and PUNCH Bar Catering, We are proud to include the following services at no additional charge to help plan your big day.

• Design: We will meet with you to develop a custom floor plan for your event and assist with linen and tablescape options.
• Event Setup: We’ll set up tables and chairs and stage all personal décor.
• Tear It Down: When your party is over, we’ll pack everything up and put it all back in the boxes they came in.
• Coordination: We’ll help plan your full timeline and coordinate details with your vendors the week of your event. Our team will manage your event, including ceremony, entrance, toasts, and send-off and work closely with your vendors to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Our prime season 2026 package (Reception + Ceremony) Rates are $6,800/ $7,800 for Fridays /Saturdays.
