My wedding reception was perfect. I used their bronze package and dressed up the provided centerpieces and asked for a sit down dinner instead of a buffet. They let me do it same price as long as I was ok with the bronze menu, which I was. Everyone loved the food! I worked with Erin who was so kind and flexible. Wouldn’t change a thing about my reception! Also I took advantage of winter prices and got married in February. Definitely worth it in my opinion. Got the same wedding for almost no money. Also if a great place to have your hotel block rooms are awesome!

We can’t say enough good things about our experience with Mechanics Hall and especially Olivia, who was such a steady and thoughtful guide throughout our planning process. From the start, we were drawn to the hall’s stunning architecture and rich history. My husband really wanted our wedding to take place somewhere with meaning and character. He had his heart set on a historic venue, and being able to get married in Worcester, where so much of our story has taken place, made it even more special. Mechanics Hall completely lived up to that dream and then some. Planning a wedding is no small task, and to be honest, we were overwhelmed more often than not. That’s where Olivia came in. She was kind, patient, incredibly organized, and always seemed to know exactly what we needed, even when we didn’t. She helped us stay grounded, made great suggestions, and worked so hard to bring our (sometimes scattered) ideas together into something cohesive and beautiful. It truly felt like she was in our corner every step of the way. The day itself was everything we hoped it would be. The hall looked absolutely breathtaking - grand and elegant, yet warm and full of heart. Everything flowed so smoothly, and we were actually able to relax and enjoy the day because we knew we were in such good hands. We had high hopes for this venue, and it did not disappoint. If you’re looking for a place that’s as meaningful as it is beautiful, with a team that really cares, Mechanics Hall is it. We’ll be forever grateful to Olivia and everyone there for helping make our wedding feel like us.

The building is absolutely beautiful, didnt really need any decoration - just on the tables and around our guestbook and seating chart. Ryan the onsite manager was very helpful and responsive. It is just an empty venue - there are tables and chairs you can use and twinkle lights hung over the space - but otherwise you do need to bring everything else in. There isnt a kitchen so you need to be careful about your choice of caterer (ours was the best) but there is a great room for storing beverages and with such an amazing open space you can really let your imagination go with your furniture layout. We put our stereo equipment on the balcony so it didnt break the look we had. They didnt have required vendors when we booked so we were able to keep all our costs in check by DIYing the majority of our wedding in a beautiful space.

We are so happy that we found and selected the AC Hotel in Worcester for our wedding ceremony. From the first conversation to the last dance of the night, the entire staff led by Elizabeth is wonderful. There are multiple spots for some great photos, everybody raved about the food and bar service was very fast. The room looked amazing and guests are still talking about how great of a night they had weeks later! We can't recommend this venue and staff enough!!!

The Worcester Art Museum was the perfect spot for our Worcester wedding ceremony and we would recommend anybody to consider it if you’re getting married in the area. The Renaissance Court is a striking room; the pictures do it justice but it’s even better in person. The room, the chapel off of the room, and the areas in and around the museum provide for a beautiful array of wedding photos. The on-site event coordinator, Jacki, was incredibly helpful to work with and really worked with us to get the perfect layout and procession setup for our ceremony. She was always accessible and accommodating as we sketched out idea after idea for the event. Our wedding guest count was close to 160, which is probably the maximum limit I’d recommend for the space. The room technically seats 120, but we had guests line the top arches as a unique vantage point and it worked out perfectly. If that’s not an option for you, then you should consider the space limits. We were also wondering how the mosaic in the middle of the room would impact guests’ vantage points for the ceremony, since you cannot step on it - this ended up being a non-factor: everybody had perfect visibility throughout the event. The other recommendation is to have live music in this room if possible; the acoustics played out perfectly with our string quartet. Some other details: there is ample parking in the lots next to the building and across the street, we would recommend signage directing guests to the right door for entry. The museum staff were welcoming and attentive to our guests’ needs during the ceremony

Tuckerman Hall was the first venue we visited that made us feel like our wedding vision was coming to life. We wanted an elegant, grand space for the reception but we also wanted to intimately accommodate 100 of our closest family and friends. To say Tuckerman Hall delivered would be a massive understatement! Paul, Adrian, and their team worked closely with my husband and I to ensure that we were happy every step of the way and that each and every detail was accounted for. The bridal suite on the morning of was a dream and every minute of our special day felt carefully crafted just for us. Our guests continue to rave about their experience and we expect they will continue to do so as we remember our special day. We highly recommend Tuckerman Hall and their team!

The Scene: My now husband and I decided we were just going to have a small Wedding ceremony in Worcester, MA and then bring our family (25 in total) out to lunch. Keep it easy, keep it stress free. I reached out to Deadhorse hill about 6 weeks before our wedding date. Sean was very helpful in assuring us that they’d be able to accommodate us. His enthusiasm was appreciated. The Lead Up: Julia emailed with me back and fourth a number of times to set a menu. They were very open to new ideas, and we did throw a few items in that weren’t on the normal evening menu. Julia was very helpful in getting the details nailed down. She even had “Congratulations Zach & Jess” printed on our menus. Chef Jared creates some amazing meals and we were excited that they were so flexible. The Day: Everything went perfectly. The servers and bartender were very attentive and made themselves available the entire time. The food was fantastic, our families aren’t people who tend to venture out from the normal chain restaurants. They were raving about the food and drinks. The drink menu has something for everyone. Even a month later they’re still talking about how great lunch was. The entire event went seamlessly and we couldn’t have been happier. Deadhorse Hill were timely with their communication and executed a fantastic wedding lunch for us. We’ll be lifelong customers.
