At Mechanics Hall, you select the caterer and your preferred wedding vendors, allowing you complete freedom to customize your dream wedding to your taste, style, and budget. With a selection of event spaces, this venue is perfect for your bridal shower, engagement party, wedding ceremony, and reception.
Facilities and Capacity
Mechanics Hall can accommodate intimate weddings of as few as 15 guests and large events of up to 1,600 guests. The venue has five unique indoor event spaces and hosts only one event per day, giving you exclusive access to the facilities. Washburn Hall is perfect for cocktail receptions, and a grand staircase leads up to the Great Hall, where most receptions are held.

WOW, where to start for this most terrific & gorgeous historic hall. Plenty of eye candy for those romantic shots, as this hall is a visual gem. Then we'd be remiss if we didn't elaborate on the fact that it is also an often used hall for recording music, so whether you have a full orchestra or a DJ, the acoustics are fabulous. You will be well taken care of with their team of Pro's who will hold your hand through the quick booking process with plenty of assistance to put you at ease. This beautiful hall has plenty of parking and hotel accommodations for your guests so rush on over to take a good look at this amazing venue.
Mechanics Hall has a reputation as a first-class wedding site, and it well-deserves it. It's really a stunning place to host a wedding... Meticulously maintained and gorgeous. Best of all, the staff is warm and professional, and they were very helpful/responsive in getting us comfortable in the space (as a caterer).
