Carolyn and the Peppers team were the best possible caterers we could have ever hoped for! Every bite of food was amazing (the guests raved about it after), and the level of service that everyone from Peppers provided was truly outstanding. They were kind and communicative throughout the planning process, and they treated me and our guests SO well on the wedding day. They were thoughtful, professional, attentive, and aware of every detail. I could not recommend Peppers more!

Peppers was truly incredible to work with. From getting a proposal, to the tasting, the final planning meetings, to the actual wedding day, things could not have gone more smoothly. Our friends have continued to tell us that this was hands-down the yummiest wedding food they have had.

One of the things we especially appreciated about NEBG was that it partners with Peppers Artful Events for catering and bar services. I’ve been vegan for over 13 years and really wanted to have an all-vegan wedding. From the start, Peppers' sales manager, Carolyn Sweeny, responded to that request with genuine excitement. She let us know they had done a vegan wedding at NEBG before, and she and the Peppers team worked closely with us to design a creative and crowd-pleasing menu—from passed appetizers and vibrant salads to plated entrees, a stunning cake, mini desserts, and custom signature drinks.
Speaking of drinks, I have to rave about Peppers’ mixologist (I’m sorry I don’t know their name!!). I had a loose vision of something tropical, tart, and not too sweet, maybe with passionfruit or lychee, and I asked the Peppers mixologist if a bright pink cocktail might be possible. What they created absolutely blew me away. The signature drink they created was a spectacular fuchsia cocktail made with pink botanical gin, pineapple, passionfruit, lime, dragon fruit purée, a botanical flower rim, pineapple leaf garnish, and a dehydrated dragon fruit slice. It was as delicious as it was beautiful, and it totally captured the playful, vibrant spirit we wanted to bring to the evening.
Beyond food and beverage, Carolyn and the Peppers team also supported us with design and styling. We shared inspiration photos with a Palm Springs-inspired aesthetic, and Carolyn/Peppers completely understood the assignment. She sourced the most perfect chartreuse velvet linens to pair with dusty rose napkins, which ended up looking so incredibly stunning with all of the plants and architecture in the Orangerie. They executed our vision perfectly, even bringing in their own decor to add to the aesthetic.
Our hearts are so full after working with everyone from NEBG and Peppers. Thank you all, from the bottom of our hearts, for bringing our vision to life and making our wedding so unforgettable. ❤️

We don’t know where to begin to thank Peppers Artful Events for all the work they put into our wedding, and how over-the-moon we were with their care and detail. My husband and I were married at the New England Botanic Garden in May 2025. We had a very specific vision of the day, and after meeting with Peppers, we quickly realized that they were far more than a catering team. Their team provided us artful advice on how to make our vision come to life. We wanted very creative, feast-like and "painterly" tables capes that were inspired by art, and they were so hands-on with setting up our vision (which included a lot of edible decor!). The FOOD, oh my gosh I will never stop thinking of it. Our first tasting included a tour of their hydroponic garden where they showed us all of the veggies that would be grown to feed our guests. We were floored. They helped us curate a menu that honored both of our cultural traditions, Italian and Spanish. Their menu featured artfully-presented entrees, appetizers, a memorable collection of signature cocktails, and a guest-interactive cannoli bar. Our guests have not stopped talking about how fantastic the service and food was. If we could get married a million times over, we’d pick the Peppers team each time. Planning the wedding weekend of our daughter’s dreams was easier to manage with Peppers Artful Events handling the post-wedding brunch at our home. Working with Natalia to plan the menu and service was a breeze given how professional and flexible she was. Having to change the menu a few times did not wrinkle a thing for Natalia. Similarly, when Lindsay and her team arrived at our home, in the rain, for our outdoor tented fete, they went into action and fed, served and seamlessly tidied up around the 100+ crowd - inside. The food (omelette station and breads and salads station) were delicious and any leftovers were packed up and placed in our refrigerators and the house left neater than before. The team heartily deserved the round of applause that we offered them. I am a Peppers fan now and will recommend and look for future opportunities to work with them. They are outstanding!

We had the pleasure of working with Peppers for our wedding back in August and we cannot say enough wonderful things about them! Our main contact person with Peppers was Diane and she was so sweet and easy to work with. She was always available and responsive to emails. We had many small details that we wanted to incorporate and Diane spent a lot of time making sure that it all came together. For example, we were looking for a specific type of copper flatware for our table settings and Diane found the PERFECT fit. We also had Blackbird Donuts as one of our desserts, our favorite ginger beer shipped from Seattle for our signature drinks, customized ice, and a champagne tower - and Diane coordinated it all SO seamlessly. We had two late night snacks (Boston cannolis and Seattle hot dogs, from the two cities we call home) - and although Peppers had never even heard of a Seattle dog they absolutely NAILED recreating it, it was so so good! All of the food (from the drinks to the apps to the entrees) was so delicious, we got so many compliments on it all! After our wedding, Peppers sent us a congratulatory bottle of wine and a jar of homemade granola. So incredibly sweet. We cannot recommend them enough!!!! They really do put in 110%, not just for the basics but for the all the little details as well.

Peppers was amazing to work with as our wedding caterer! Carolyn was so receptive to all our ideas and was so helpful for the entire planning process. They were so excited to execute our unique request for our menu (unlike other caterers we had inquired with who were not willing to adapt to the menu we wanted), and they executed everything perfectly!

Day-of, Julie and the team set up everything so beautifully and everyone was so wonderful throughout the entire event. The servers were very attentive, the bartenders were so friendly, and of course... the food tasted SO GOOD! I have always thought food at weddings to be kinda -meh-. But I absolutely loved our food and we got so many compliments on it!

10/10 would absolutely work with Peppers again and recommend them for any catering needs!

We couldn't have been more thrilled with the way our wedding cake and mini desserts came out! Lisa, the pastry chef was great to work with and helped us to customize exactly what we wanted for both our cake and desserts.

Everything was delicious and our guests ate it all up (literally, no leftovers!).
