Off the Vine Catering

We cannot recommend Off the Vine Catering highly enough! They truly were the full package for our wedding. Not only did they provide the food and bar, but they also handled most of our rentals including the chairs, tableware, signage, and even set up all of the décor we brought. Everything looked beautiful and was set up exactly how we envisioned it!

The tasting is what sold us from the very beginning. Their food was far better than anything else we tried. Even though they were on the higher end of our budget, the team worked with us to create a menu that matched what we wanted while still being affordable. We mostly worked with Anne, who was amazing throughout the entire planning process! She answered every single email so quickly, reached out to other vendors on our behalf, and was so organized that we never felt like we needed a wedding coordinator.

On the wedding day, they arrived early and had everything set up before we even got there. They also managed the full room flip, turning the ceremony space into the reception space during cocktail hour, and our guests never even realized it was happening. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional the entire day. Isabelle, our head server, took such great care of us! She made sure we always had food and drinks in hand and that we didn’t miss out on anything during cocktail hour or dinner.

And the food was every bit as good as it had been at the tasting. We chose buffet style, and everything was fresh, hot, and flavorful. It honestly tasted like it had been made for each guest individually, which is so impressive for a buffet. Even the chicken stayed perfectly juicy! They also served plated salads during the toasts, which was such an excellent idea. For dessert, we skipped the cake and went with their roaming cannoli service. It was such a hit! A chef walked around to each table piping fresh cannolis with toppings for every guest, and people are still talking about how fun and delicious it was!

At the end of the night, the team broke everything down and packed up just as efficiently as they had set it up. They took care of everything so that we didn’t have to worry about anything. Off the Vine gave us incredible food, seamless service, and amazing people who truly cared about making our day perfect. Choosing them was the best decision we made for our wedding.

Hiring Off the Vine is the best decision you can make when picking a catering company for your wedding. Everyone at our wedding raved about how good the food tasted and the quality of service. The Off the Vine team truly makes you feel special on your wedding day not missing any of the finer details. Toby, who helped us plan the entire evening, from the Off the Vine team was spectacular! She made sure we didn't overlook any deadlines or details to plan, and was always quick to respond to our questions.

Off the Vine catered my wedding and I can honestly say this is the only time I've ever heard wedding guests rave about the food. They were so easy and a joy to work with, and helped us come up with a menu that felt "us". Our venue commented on how incredible they were to work with as well. I have only great things to say. The bride and groom thanked us several times for the "wedding of their dreams”. The combination of Off the Vine’s Jody Boyajian’s professional experience/style, Jessica’s (owner) keen eye and Mary and her staff’s service that made the June 8, 2024 cocktail hour and outdoor tented wedding reception all come together elegantly at The Connors Center. From our first conversation with Jody, we knew every detail would be covered. Her openness to offer opinion helped us leave behind some plans in favor of others which inspired us to plan for 160 guests without hiring a professional wedding planner. By engaging the services of wedding professionals endorsed by the venue, we assembled a team of experienced vendors who partnered well together to provide excellent service. Wedding guests gave high marks to the passed hors’ devours, bride and groom signature drinks, and salad and main dish entrees and the buffet dessert presentation. We give high praise to the Off the Vine Catering business and professional team and especially thank Jody for her unparalleled attention to this importantly wonderful life event. I highly recommend this catering business.

Off the Vine catered our wedding on 10/14/23 and provided incredible food and service to make our wedding day perfect! Jody was a joy to work with throughout the whole process of selecting our menu items, linens, even the layout of the tables for dinner. She truly made the whole process such a breeze and was more than accommodating as we fine-tuned our selections. The guests absolutely raved about the food, and Off the Vine servers made sure we were able to eat during photos/cocktail hour! Our late-night sliders and fries were a hit, and we also got our cake through Off the Vine, which was delicious and beautiful. 10/10 would recommend to all!!

My husband and I are beyond thrilled with Jody and Off the Vine! For starters, Jody is amazing. She is kind, thoughtful and intentional, quick to reply to any questions and understood that we had a budget. She offered us guidance and support in so many ways that we are forever grateful for her. Off the Vine did a wonderful job. Staff is excellent, friendly and attentive. Cocktail hour was flawless- passed hors d' oeuvres were delicious. Staff found us during our outdoor pictures to bring us some and drinks- Andre and Ulysses were awesome! Food was amazing- Filet mignon cooked perfectly and our group of foodies had no complaint! Mary was on site to make sure things were running smoothly- and they did! We can't thank Jody and the team at off the vine enough for helping create such a wonderful event for us. Give them a call- you won't regret it!

We just used Off the Vine Catering for our August 2023 wedding. We worked specifically with Jody. Everything was top notch - professional, clear, and easy. Great communication and INCREDIBLE food. We recommend them 100%.

This is the 6th event that Jody and Off the Vine Catering have hosted for us. Yup - not a typo. 6th! Its because they are incredibly consistent in the preparation, never missing a detail, excellent food and wonderful staff. On time, on budget, they deliver exactly what they tell you they will including food, plates, silverware, linens, tables, tents, chairs - you name it! My fiancé and I were researching a lot of catering vendors and we came across Off the Vine Catering and it was the best decision we made! We got married at my childhood home on the South Shore so finding a company that could accommodate us was super important- and Off the Vine delivered! Jody was our catering coordinator and was super professional! She was patiently responding to all of our emails, had zoom calls going over every detail and so much more! She helped us figure out our menu, the logistics of the bar, service and so much more. Not to mention that the food was delicious! The food was the topic of all conversations on our special day- they were also very accommodating to those of our guests with dietary restrictions! The price/plate totally coincided with the portions we received - all in all, totally worth it and we highly recommend!

July 31, 2022 wedding. Review by MOG. Food was out of this world? Cocktail hour nibbles were plentiful and hot. Parmesan crusted asparagus was to die for. We did stations for luncheon and stuck to fish/vegetarian choices. Mediterranean station (falafel, pita, "the works"), pasta station (groom's fave ravioli and other pasta/sauce choices), grill station (salmon, grilled veg, etc.). All the food was fantastic. MOB raved how easy they were to work with. MOre than enough food. Fed 2 families for days with leftovers. You can't go wrong.
