We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue for our wedding than the Hyatt Regency Cambridge! Karie Duran was an absolute gem throughout the entire planning process. She is the epitome of professionalism—so organized, supportive, and genuinely dedicated to making our vision a reality. Her insightful perspective put us at ease not only on the big day but also during the lead-up to it. On the day of the wedding, we were fortunate to have Roger on our team. He was amazing—keeping us hydrated and attentively catering to our every need. The two of them made a dream team, often anticipating our needs before we even realized them. The food was simply outstanding! The Hyatt’s culinary team truly went above and beyond, crafting a menu that perfectly matched our tastes and impressed everyone. The rest of the Hyatt staff mirrored their excellence. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, smiling, and ready to help, creating an atmosphere filled with good vibes. We’re already looking forward to celebrating our anniversaries here to commemorate the stunning event the Hyatt helped us create. If you’re considering a wedding venue, look no further—this place is simply exceptional!

Our wedding was end of October 2025. We had the best day, from start to finish. It still feels like a dream when I think about it. (We didn't feel the need to have a videographer, but in retrospect I almost wish we had one, so we could re-play and re-live the highlight reels again!). My husband and I are very glad we chose The Marlowe as our venue for our wedding ceremony and reception. Our parents loved it too. Rachel was our MVP hands down! She was laser-focused, direct, prompt, and effective every step of the way in us planning the wedding. We appreciated her expertise and confidence all along the way - she shepherded us along and we appreciated her partnership in helping us realize, and bring to life, our own vision. We were mindful of our budget along the way, and Rachel was mindful of this and answered all our questions to help us plan accordingly. We feel that our money was very well spent here. Rachel's dedication to her role was evident to us - she was also the primary point person for us on site on our wedding day, even though she herself got married the week before we did. If there were any hiccups along the way, we were blissfully unaware - we felt the day went so smoothly, ran on time, and Rachel's precision, care, teamwork with the vendors was key. Rachel's colleague, Kristin, was likewise wonderful to work with the night of the wedding and the farewell brunch the day after. We felt very cared for and thoroughly taken care of by the Marlowe staff. Every aspect of the food was delicious - from hors d'oeuvres to entrees to dessert. We ourselves were blown away by the food, and we received many compliments from our guests. The recently renovated event space on the 2nd floor felt luxurious and classy, without feeling stuffy or trying too hard. Going into the wedding, I didn't want to put unreasonable pressure on myself to have something like "the best day of my life" on my wedding day... but I can truthfully say that it was one of the best days of my life. We will fondly recall our wedding at the Marlowe and we look forward to returning for special occasions in the future.

-Stunning backdrop for a ceremony and reception. Exceptional value for the price point! Also super convenient parking garage one block away ($5 weekend parking!) -Beautiful courtyard for outdoor photography (or an outdoor ceremony if you want, we opted to have ours indoors) -Very helpful and kind staff that answered all our questions! And we were highly impressed with the venue person present on the day of our wedding, who really went above and beyond to make our day great. -Highly highly recommend the Multicultural Arts Center!

Had the best experience having our wedding at Pagu! From start to finish, it was great working with the team, Chris & Amanda! We emailed countless questions leading up to the day and they were always great in getting things answered and problem solving as needed. They have worked on many weddings and it shows why people continue to choose them. We had a wedding of about 60 guests and the space had more than enough room. We were able to utilize the patio space as well to get air when needed and so it was great to be able to spread out so comfortably. They could easily handle a larger wedding though as we originally were looking at higher numbers when we started. While your wedding day is overwhelming and you don't often get time to eat, the team made sure to bring us food on their upstairs balcony where we could hide out after our ceremony to eat and get a little quiet time away from guests. They also made sure to package anything we didn't eat (and the many leftover desserts that I overordered on from an outside source) for us to pick up the next day. We were so grateful for this and the food was still great as leftovers--truly! Their service is truly unmatched and they also are great in handling food restrictions/allergies--guests specifically noted this! They brought out smaller portions for those guests when needed so they still had enough options. We are still getting compliments on the food and drinks as well as atmosphere. We can't wait to celebrate many anniversaries eating dinner here too as the food is what absolutely sold us. We especially enjoyed getting to make our own cocktails which guests also raved about.

We got married at Catalyst Restaurant on New Year’s Eve, 2025 and it was truly the best decision we could have made! From the moment we toured the space, we knew it was the place. We always envisioned getting married at a restaurant, and Catalyst was everything we hoped for and more. Being able to host our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all in one place—especially at a restaurant venue in the winter—felt incredibly special and rare. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and effortlessly vibey—absolutely perfect for a NYE celebration! From the very first time we met Robyn, we instantly connected (and discovering we had mutual friends made it even more fun!). She is simply amazing—professional, organized, warm, and endlessly accommodating. Throughout the entire planning process, she was responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely supportive. She met with us multiple times, even over dinner, to talk through every detail. She truly became our go-to person and biggest advocate during planning. In the months leading up to the wedding, we visited Catalyst for dinner a few times, and Robyn and her team treated us like royalty—welcoming us with champagne and delicious appetizers to try. Their hospitality made us even more excited for the big day. On the wedding day itself, we were able to fully relax and be present. The moment I walked through the doors, any stress or nerves completely disappeared. Robyn, Carlos, and the entire team handled absolutely everything with such professionalism and care. The room flip between the ceremony and reception was seamless and stunning—they brought our vision to life even more beautiful than we imagined. It was truly impressive, and we’re still in awe! We continue to receive so many compliments about our wedding and how incredible Catalyst was as a venue. From the outstanding food and drinks to the impeccable service, every detail was perfect. We couldn’t imagine celebrating anywhere else. Robyn and her team hold such a special place in our hearts, and we are beyond grateful for everything they did to make our wedding unforgettable.

Dayna and the staff at Charles Riverboat Company made our small wedding celebration simply amazing. We had a group of about 50 people aboard The Valiant and it was perfect in every way. Dayna was excellent from the beginning, listening to my vision for the day and executed it better than I could have imagined! She took care of all the details, made me a timeline, floor plan, and menu. Literally all we had to do was walk onto the boat...which was beautiful! We had the perfect evening - the food was delicious, bar staff was excellent, and we had stunning views of the harbor before we danced the night away. I highly recommend Charles Riverboat Company to anyone planning their next event!!

The entire weekend was beyond our wildest expectations thanks to Bianca and the whole Royal Sonesta team! My mom and I are very much detail orientated perfectionists and everything was beyond perfect! For every step along the way, from the planning process (which was longer than anticipated thanks to covid postponements - which the Sonesta was so incredibly helpful and accommodating with) to the end, Bianca flawlessly guided, assisted, and implemented our vision. We appreciated how she responded immediately to all our numerous emails and questions, took care of ALL of our special requests, and gave us lots of great ideas. We were so worried about all the little details and Bianca continually made us feel more relaxed with her knowledge and command of the event and of the workings of the hotel! When the wedding weekend began, Bianca was so attentive to the whole bridal party, family members, and honestly every guest - making everyone feel so special! Bianca ran the rehearsal like a seasoned pro and then day of- she transformed the rooms to our exact plan and then some! Everything was beyond perfect! My mom visiting the area to check in, interrupting preparations; and each time, Bianca stopped what she were doing to show her the progress of what was done! Never a complaint, always a smile. Bianca was always so very calm and made us feel so comfortable constantly. The Sonesta staff was always present and available and always with a positive and happy attitude and took such good care of us! All of our guests kept telling us over and over how great the food was, how kind and attentive the staff was, and how wonderful everyone they encountered treated them. The food was outstanding! High quality restaurant level food, not normal wedding banquet food we have had at other weddings. Appetizers to dinner to late night treats to the brunch! We loved having the same staff help us over the weekend. They all seemed so focused and determined to make our weekend be perfect. And it was! After helping my brother plan his wedding which is unfortunately not able to be in Boston or at the Royal Sonesta - I have come to appreciate even more how absolutely amazing, helpful, and beyond accommodating the Royal Sonesta was on our big day. I cannot recommend the Royal Sonesta enough!!

St. Paul is the most beautiful church in Cambridge, right in the heart of Harvard Square. As a parish member or Harvard University student, you aren't charged a ceremony fee. You are charged a fee for the priest and are expected to cover the utilities for the ceremony along with a modest donation. Book one year in advance.

Hands down, the best food ever. Hilary and her staff were eager to assist with our ideas and requests. Spectacle Island was transformed from a very public venue to an intimate setting for our wedding. The signature drinks were a hit and our families are still talking about their first tastes of lobster. We highly recommend the Summer Shack.
