The Perfect Venue
I cannot thank Kristen, Shauna, and the entire Glass House staff enough for giving us the wedding of our dreams. Every step - from the initial tour, contracts, personalizing the menu and drinks, even clean up at the end of the night - was flawless because of their professionalism, kindness, and flexibility. I would choose Glass House over and over again if I could. Our guest count was 88 people, and while a reception-style dinner is unconventional it was perfect and fit the vision we wanted. Many of our friends asked "how did you find this place??" because they were having so much fun with the games, having delicious food and drinks, exploring the varied interior, and overall having a great time. I'm so happy we chose this restaurant for one of the best days of our lives.

Dream wedding venue
Glass House was the first venue we toured, and we booked it as fast as we could. We decided on the “North End Buffet” cocktail style reception for our 120 guests, which seemed like the perfect option for the relaxed, intimate, and modern vibe we wanted. Not going to lie - we were a little nervous as neither of us had ever been to a wedding without a seated dinner before. Thank god we placed our faith in Kristen, the events manager, because now we couldn’t imagine it any other way! Months later, our guests are raving about the food and drink (especially the dinner buffet, late-night flatbreads, chocolate-covered strawberries, and spicy mango margaritas). The flow from the outdoor ceremony into cocktail hour, toasts, and dancing was flawless. We lucked out with the weather and loved that our guests used every space available including the ping pong tables, outdoor seating and firepit, bars, and dining room. The dance floor was full all night, but we were still able to have conversations, and it never felt crowded thanks to the doors that open to the patio. Finally, Kristen and the Glass House team were phenomenal on the day of. Kristen remembered the small details we had mentioned to her, there was never a line at the bar, and we overall felt very taken care of all night. Our wedding at Glass House was a dream.

Loved the patio and space
The Glass House was an amazing venue for our wedding! Kristen was very organized and made planning to smoothly. The food was great and everyone loved playing the games on the patio. The servers were very attentive and the staff set up all our decorations beautifully. Our guests appreciated being right in Cambridge that weekend. We're very glad we chose it for our big day!

Host your event at Glass House!
We highly recommend Glass House to anyone considering hosting an event! We held our rehearsal dinner for 50 guests, followed by a welcome party for ~100 guests and could not have been happier with Glass House! The Glass House team was incredibly professional, communicative, and flexible.
The team was helpful and very flexible in designing our menu for the night and was willing to make changes where we requested. This was all especially impressive given the uncertainty surrounding COVID leading up to, during, and after our event.
On the day of the event, the team was extremely gracious, kind, attentive, and helpful. We were thrilled with our experience and could not recommend Glass House more highly!

10/10 experience, would highly recommend for a wedding venue or any other type of event
The Glass House provided a venue that was modern, versatile, and fun for our wedding this past weekend. The staff is extremely professional. Everyone that helped us was friendly, supportive, and helpful — from Jen, Shauna, and Maggie to the support staff on the night of the event . We had clear communication and responsiveness was above and beyond throughout the entire planning process. Major props to the Glass House for helping us host such a wonderful wedding in the pandemic era with a focus on safety. The space itself is wonderful. We had our ceremony outdoors with their beautiful greenery around. The restaurant was able to open to the outside throughout the evening for access to the outdoor bar and tables, games, and fire pit. The inside of the restaurant is spacious, comfortable, and beautiful — it’s no wonder the Glass House won an architectural award after opening! The food was fresh, delicious, and memorable — from lobster rolls, to oysters, to bacon wrapped scallops, mac n cheese bar, prime rib — our guests (especially those from outside of New England) were very happy. The bar service was phenomenal. Even setting up beforehand and taking home decorations after was convenient. 10/10 experience, would highly recommend for a wedding venue or any other type of event. The Glass House also hosts showers, dinners, parties, etc. My husband and I will be back for dinner soon!

A Gem Near the Charles
Our wedding experience with Glass House was amazing! We reached out to Glass House in order to hold a small ceremony and dinner, and Glass House made our wedding feel both intimate and luxurious. We used their private dining room for our ceremony and seated three-course dinner, and their bar dining area to host our guests for a mini-reception in between. Among the things we loved about the physical space were the lighting and décor, which led to great photo opportunities both inside and outside. We were also able to have our choice of music played for the ceremony and throughout the rest of the evening’s festivities to give it our personal touch.
All of our guests complimented the food, atmosphere, and service. The on-site staff was not only professional, but also friendly with our guests. Jennifer and her team were so helpful and responsive throughout the process, from discussing the menu (our party had various dietary restrictions to manage) to working out arrangements under the unique Covid-19 circumstances.
