The head waiter, Mel was very professional and attentive; the staff was great and food was delicious.

We had our rehearsal dinner and welcome drinks at Swan River and it was one of my favorite parts of our wedding weekend!! We met with Marita a year ago to see the restaurant and after speaking with her for about 5 minutes we booked it on the spot! She was so welcoming and accommodating I had zero worries about our event! She set us up in the main bar area and the dining room directly off of the bar. Great with communication and she reached out a couple weeks before the day to finalize counts and food choices. The day of, she let us come in early with our decor to set up and was there to help. The night of, we arrived and the food was delicious, staff was great, and timing of the rest of the dinner was fantastic. I think they had another rehearsal dinner going on in another part of the restaurant, but I didn't even notice because we had great service and the set up of the restaurant was perfect. Also have to mention that the view is beautiful. When we shifted into our welcome drinks, we had about 120 people roll in. Everyone had a blast and the staff handled it with ease. Would highly recommend for any event and I am looking forward to going back for dinner during our future Cape visits!! Thank you!!

I used Primavera for my wedding planning and catering for our dinner and Sunday brunch. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this company and its staff. My planner, Briana, was a dream to work with and her experience and knowledge blew me away. Her attention to detail and care throughout the entire process was unmatched. Not to mention, the food was fabulous - all of our guests raved about it. Many of my family and friends have also used Briana and Primavera for their events. I’m so grateful to Briana and her staff.

We got married at Catalyst Restaurant on New Year’s Eve, 2025 and it was truly the best decision we could have made! From the moment we toured the space, we knew it was the place. We always envisioned getting married at a restaurant, and Catalyst was everything we hoped for and more. Being able to host our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all in one place—especially at a restaurant venue in the winter—felt incredibly special and rare. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and effortlessly vibey—absolutely perfect for a NYE celebration! From the very first time we met Robyn, we instantly connected (and discovering we had mutual friends made it even more fun!). She is simply amazing—professional, organized, warm, and endlessly accommodating. Throughout the entire planning process, she was responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely supportive. She met with us multiple times, even over dinner, to talk through every detail. She truly became our go-to person and biggest advocate during planning. In the months leading up to the wedding, we visited Catalyst for dinner a few times, and Robyn and her team treated us like royalty—welcoming us with champagne and delicious appetizers to try. Their hospitality made us even more excited for the big day. On the wedding day itself, we were able to fully relax and be present. The moment I walked through the doors, any stress or nerves completely disappeared. Robyn, Carlos, and the entire team handled absolutely everything with such professionalism and care. The room flip between the ceremony and reception was seamless and stunning—they brought our vision to life even more beautiful than we imagined. It was truly impressive, and we’re still in awe! We continue to receive so many compliments about our wedding and how incredible Catalyst was as a venue. From the outstanding food and drinks to the impeccable service, every detail was perfect. We couldn’t imagine celebrating anywhere else. Robyn and her team hold such a special place in our hearts, and we are beyond grateful for everything they did to make our wedding unforgettable.

I had my bridal shower there last June. The food was amazing the resturant look beautiful with the linens and table clothes to match all the colors of flowers I wanted ! An wonderful place for a party ...

We hosted a bridal shower at Posto Assembly Row and it was absolutely perfect! The elegant space set the tone for my daughter’s beautiful celebration, and the brunch buffet was incredible! Everyone raved about the frittata, French toast, and roast chicken. I am glad we added the mimosa bar. It was such a fun touch! A huge thank you to Bridget and Devair, our amazing event planners, who made everything seamless from start to finish. Parking was simple thanks to the free Assembly Row garage. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We had our wedding at the Flying Bridge in August 2025 and it was the absolute best. We would highly recommend the Flying Bridge for your wedding! We initially visited three venues around the Falmouth area and several others elsewhere, and the Flying Bridge was an easy first choice, as it was more affordable and convenient than most of the other options. What sold us on the Flying Bridge was A) it’s one of our favorite Cape restaurants so we knew the food is excellent, B) the venue feels like it’s outdoors but is weather-protected, with huge windows on three sides - plus it has a wraparound deck with a beautiful view of the marina and doubles as the rain location, C) the ability to get married outdoors, with use of the beach for only a little extra cost, D) the convenience of having one vendor hosting our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, E) the location is close to downtown Falmouth and numerous hotel options, and F) the overall cost was very affordable. We were one of the first couples to have our ceremony at the beach in front of the Falmouth Tides hotel. It was only a 5-minute ride for our guests back to the Flying Bridge for cocktail hour. Mike Collins and his team are fantastic to work with, and they were extremely flexible in letting us customize our dream day. He let us drop by numerous times to view the venue and even let us scout a wedding earlier in the season to see how everything would flow. We chose a la carte entrees, giving guests the option of the perfect pair (steak and baked stuffed shrimp), the baked cod, or the vegetarian option (which was simply pasta and red sauce). Appetizers were Flying Bridge’s award-winning clam chowder and a Caesar salad. We bankrolled an open bar, and with several sober guests, we appreciated that we only had to pay for what our guests drank. We also paid extra to extend the reception one more hour (cocktail hour 6-7, reception 7-12), but we elected to cut off liquor at 10 pm (beer, wine, seltzer only after that). The drink selection is great (our guests loved the Long Drinks) but heads up they don’t do draft beer. Our 140 guests sat at one head table of 14, plus 16 round tables of 8 or 9 (six of these tables were out on the deck).

I hosted my daughter's bridal shower at the Coachmen's Lodge this past weekend, and I couldn't be more pleased with how everything turned out. Dani Larue, the event coordinator, worked closely with both my daughter-in-law and me from start to finish — taking the time to walk us through every option and making sure no detail was overlooked. From our very first planning conversation to the moment guests arrived, he made the entire experience seamless and truly beautiful! The covered outdoor patio was simply beautiful — potted flowers, rose bushes framing a tranquil pond with a gorgeous fountain, and ivory tablecloths and lilac napkins made it the perfect setting for a shower. We went with the Shower Lux Buffet, and we couldn't have been happier. The wait staff greeted each guest with a personal touch when they arrived, offering a choice of their homemade Blueberry Sangria or a Mimosa to kick things off — and honestly, either way you couldn't go wrong. Guests were welcomed by a front buffet table filled with cheese and crackers, fresh fruit, french toast sticks with maple syrup, and beautiful assorted mini yogurt parfaits before the main lunch — everything was delicious. For the main meal, we went with a combination of brunch-style dishes. The spread included a garden salad, warm dinner rolls, honey roasted ham, baked rigatoni in a pink vodka cream sauce, parmesan roasted garlic mashed potatoes, and a roasted vegetable medley — rounded out with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and sausage, and biscuits. Every dish was absolutely delicious, and guests really enjoyed the food! We capped it all off with an assortment of mini desserts from Wright's Farm, and they were the perfect ending to the meal. Everyone seemed to have had a great time, especially my daughter — the one who mattered most! I got several texts afterward from guests saying how perfect and beautiful everything turned out. I can't recommend this venue enough. The wait staff went above and beyond — attentive, gracious, and genuinely focused on the guests — and Dani made a point of being there in person to ensure the entire event went off without a hitch! Thank you!!

Shannon and Vanessa were so accommodating and helpful, they really made the wedding planning process so easy. My guests loved the food, all of the servers were attentive and really made it a memorable experience for everyone that was there. Highly recommend this venue for literally any occasion!
