Located near Providence, RI and other local accommodations, our versatile venue accommodates up to 200 guests and features both stunning indoor and outdoor event spaces to bring your vision to life. Exchange your vows beneath one of our romantic garden pergolas, thoughtfully designed to create the perfect backdrop for your special moment. Following the ceremony, guests can enjoy a cocktail hour on our manicured lawns, surrounded by vibrant seasonal blooms and a serene pond view.
Receptions are hosted in one of our two distinctive event spaces. The Wheelock Ballroom exudes elegance with its soaring white ceiling, sparkling chandeliers, grand fireplace, white marble bar, and refined gold accents. For couples seeking a warm and inviting atmosphere, the Four Seasons Room offers rustic charm with floor-to-ceiling windows, abundant natural light, neutral stone details, and direct access to a covered patio, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.
Every event space is fully wheelchair accessible and complemented by a private bridal suite, ample parking, and beautifully maintained grounds for photographs and guest enjoyment.

The Perfect Wedding Venue!
Alanna, the wedding coordinator, is a true gem. She’s not only organized and professional, but one of the most kind-hearted, genuine people I’ve met. She stayed in contact with all our vendors, was always quick to answer any questions, and made the entire process so smooth and stress-free. On the big day, she and her team made sure everything ran flawlessly—I felt calm, cared for, and truly beautiful.
The food and drinks were incredible—our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was! From the moment we arrived until the last song played, the Coachmen’s Lodge team exceeded every expectation.
If you’re looking for a venue with charm, professionalism, and a team that genuinely cares about your day, Coachmen’s Lodge is the one. They helped make our wedding absolutely unforgettable!
Bridal Shower
The covered outdoor patio was simply beautiful — potted flowers, rose bushes framing a tranquil pond with a gorgeous fountain, and ivory tablecloths and lilac napkins made it the perfect setting for a shower.
We went with the Shower Lux Buffet, and we couldn't have been happier. The wait staff greeted each guest with a personal touch when they arrived, offering a choice of their homemade Blueberry Sangria or a Mimosa to kick things off — and honestly, either way you couldn't go wrong. Guests were welcomed by a front buffet table filled with cheese and crackers, fresh fruit, french toast sticks with maple syrup, and beautiful assorted mini yogurt parfaits before the main lunch — everything was delicious.
For the main meal, we went with a combination of brunch-style dishes. The spread included a garden salad, warm dinner rolls, honey roasted ham, baked rigatoni in a pink vodka cream sauce, parmesan roasted garlic mashed potatoes, and a roasted vegetable medley — rounded out with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and sausage, and biscuits. Every dish was absolutely delicious, and guests really enjoyed the food! We capped it all off with an assortment of mini desserts from Wright's Farm, and they were the perfect ending to the meal.
Everyone seemed to have had a great time, especially my daughter — the one who mattered most! I got several texts afterward from guests saying how perfect and beautiful everything turned out.
I can't recommend this venue enough. The wait staff went above and beyond — attentive, gracious, and genuinely focused on the guests — and Dani made a point of being there in person to ensure the entire event went off without a hitch! Thank you!!

From menu planning, floor plan to linen options he really was terrific! I'm glad the gold linen napkins I chose suited in the end ;-)
