Receptions are hosted in either the elegant Wheelock Ballroom or the rustic and charming Four Seasons Room. The Wheelock Ballroom boasts a picturesque fireplace, sparkling chandeliers, and gold accents, and the Four Seasons Room offers a warm, inviting atmosphere with neutral stone finishes and timeless character. Each area is fully wheelchair-accessible, with ample parking for your convenience.

Alanna, the wedding coordinator, is a true gem. She’s not only organized and professional, but one of the most kind-hearted, genuine people I’ve met. She stayed in contact with all our vendors, was always quick to answer any questions, and made the entire process so smooth and stress-free. On the big day, she and her team made sure everything ran flawlessly—I felt calm, cared for, and truly beautiful.
The food and drinks were incredible—our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was! From the moment we arrived until the last song played, the Coachmen’s Lodge team exceeded every expectation.

From menu planning, floor plan to linen options he really was terrific! I'm glad the gold linen napkins I chose suited in the end ;-)
