We held our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at Coachmen’s Lodge on 5/24/25, and it was everything we dreamed of and more. The venue is absolutely stunning—elegant, warm, and surrounded by beautifully maintained grounds. The outdoor ceremony spaces are breathtaking, and knowing that they offer equally beautiful indoor options in case of rain gave us such peace of mind. No matter the weather, you’re guaranteed a gorgeous setting.
Alanna, the wedding coordinator, is a true gem. She’s not only organized and professional, but one of the most kind-hearted, genuine people I’ve met. She stayed in contact with all our vendors, was always quick to answer any questions, and made the entire process so smooth and stress-free. On the big day, she and her team made sure everything ran flawlessly—I felt calm, cared for, and truly beautiful.
The food and drinks were incredible—our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was! From the moment we arrived until the last song played, the Coachmen’s Lodge team exceeded every expectation.

I hosted my daughter's bridal shower at the Coachmen's Lodge this past weekend, and I couldn't be more pleased with how everything turned out. Dani Larue, the event coordinator, worked closely with both my daughter-in-law and me from start to finish — taking the time to walk us through every option and making sure no detail was overlooked. From our very first planning conversation to the moment guests arrived, he made the entire experience seamless and truly beautiful!
The covered outdoor patio was simply beautiful — potted flowers, rose bushes framing a tranquil pond with a gorgeous fountain, and ivory tablecloths and lilac napkins made it the perfect setting for a shower.
We went with the Shower Lux Buffet, and we couldn't have been happier. The wait staff greeted each guest with a personal touch when they arrived, offering a choice of their homemade Blueberry Sangria or a Mimosa to kick things off — and honestly, either way you couldn't go wrong. Guests were welcomed by a front buffet table filled with cheese and crackers, fresh fruit, french toast sticks with maple syrup, and beautiful assorted mini yogurt parfaits before the main lunch — everything was delicious.
For the main meal, we went with a combination of brunch-style dishes. The spread included a garden salad, warm dinner rolls, honey roasted ham, baked rigatoni in a pink vodka cream sauce, parmesan roasted garlic mashed potatoes, and a roasted vegetable medley — rounded out with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and sausage, and biscuits. Every dish was absolutely delicious, and guests really enjoyed the food! We capped it all off with an assortment of mini desserts from Wright's Farm, and they were the perfect ending to the meal.
Everyone seemed to have had a great time, especially my daughter — the one who mattered most! I got several texts afterward from guests saying how perfect and beautiful everything turned out.
I can't recommend this venue enough. The wait staff went above and beyond — attentive, gracious, and genuinely focused on the guests — and Dani made a point of being there in person to ensure the entire event went off without a hitch! Thank you!! -

Hidden Gem
I can not say enough good things about the coachmen’s! This is not my first event I have thrown here and it definitely won’t be my last! Danny and his whole team are professional and always above and beyond. I recently had my daughter’s first birthday in the ballroom. Danny worked with me to create a menu that fit my needs and budget. He also had a meeting with me and answered my numerous phone calls about how I wanted the space set up. They allowed us to come in early to decorate our space. They even created food tags that matched my theme and colors (just because they are the best!) My guests raved about the delicious food! Im so happy to have this hidden gem close by!! Highly recommend !! -

We had an amazing venue when we chose the Coachmen's! The event coordinators were amazing (shout out to Dan!) and the food was AMAZING. SO many guests complimented us on the food! You definitely get what you pay for at the Coachmen's and it was worth EVERY PENNY. I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful venue where the workers will do everything possible to make your day special to you and your S/O. -

I would 110% recommend the Coachmen lodge for a venue for weddings and receptions. The grounds are exceptional, food is wow, staff is professional. If you get the chance to work with Dan Larue you will not be disappointed! He has an eye for what he does and made the whole planning process stress free and had some really good ideas and insights for our wedding that made the day exceptional and our guests can’t stop talking about. Thoughtful and Caring Attention to Detail
Our experience from start to finish was incredible. Our ceremony and reception were held at Coachmen’s Lodge. Even though it rained and we had to hold the ceremony inside, it was equally as beautiful. However, when the rain stopped, we were able to scoot outside and take photos wherever we wanted. Laura was an incredible wedding planner who was on top of everything. I can’t say enough about the positivity and energy of the staff. The food was outstanding and they were able to accommodate dietary restrictions that our group had, such as gluten-free options.Coachmen's Lodge's reply:

My wife and i just had our wedding reception last Saturday at the Coachmen’s Lodge. It was in a word “phenomenal.” The food was exceptional as was the atmosphere. It was absolutely beautiful looking out at the lake behind the area where our reception took place. Several of our guests commented that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. We would also like to compliment Dan Larue, our wedding planner, who did an extraordinary job in helping us to plan our special day, and the terrific staff at Coachmen’s. The best possible venue you could imagine. They are truly the best place to have your wedding. They are friendly and super professional.

Where do I begin? We spent the last year and half planning our wedding and Coachmen’s Lodge was everything we could’ve asked for and more to hold our wedding.
To start, the food was absolutely amazing, between the stationary displays at the rehearsal luncheon, welcome drinks for our guests before the ceremony, the passed appetizers and charcuterie display during our cocktail hour, the family style dinner and the decadent dessert display the catered for us from wrights dairy farm, everything was so delicious and was hot upon being served and was consistent and overall amazing throughout.
And where do I begin with Dani (Daniel Larue) who was with us every step of the way, from the first appointment where we spent hours going into detail about every room, every event space, every potential option, to the wedding itself, you helped guide us through every step of the process so seamlessly whether it was for table cloths, cake options, finalizing our numbers and meals. And who could forget those sparkly shoes every single time we saw you, we looked forward to seeing what color they were everytime we saw you lol. You did an absolutely incredible job and the way you checked in with us throughout the weekend every so often was so appreciated and the thoughtfulness of it did not go unnoticed.
To end, thank you for being flexible with us when it came to transitioning to a rain plan and making the transition so seamless and for checking it with us as often as possible to make sure things were going to plan if not better than planned. Originally we were going to do the ceremony in the cocktail garden outside and the cocktail hour in the four seasons patio and when rain came into play, they gave us till 12pm on the day of the wedding to make the final call and when we made the call they quickly rearranged into the Wheelock Room and sent us a picture of the set up and it was even better than we could’ve imagined. Everything about the day was amazing so thank you Coachmen’s So Much for everything! -

Our wedding was September 30th of this year and to say it was perfect is an understatement. Our coordinator Dan was extremely responsive and helped us through every step of the planning process. The food is absolutely worth it and our guests enjoyed all of it. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and made our wedding picture perfect and exceeded my expectations. But what truly made this night extraordinary was our coordinator, Dan Larue. Dan's attention to detail, enthusiasm, and dedication to making our celebration perfect were evident from the very beginning. He worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that everything ran smoothly, from coordinating with vendors to overseeing the surprise reveal. One of the standout features of the venue was the beautiful outdoor patio, where we had the big surprise moment. The look on our faces when we saw the love and support of our friends and family will forever be etched in our memories.
The culinary delights served at the party were exquisite. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the quality of the food and the attentive service provided by the staff.
Throughout the evening, Dan was there, making sure every detail was attended to, ensuring that we were stress-free and able to enjoy our special moment. His professionalism and dedication were truly remarkable, and we cannot thank him enough for his exceptional service.

Coachmen’s Lodge is a hidden gem! I had attended a bridal shower there and was so impressed by the food I added it to my list of venues. We had Dani as our planner and he did not steer us wrong. You can choose between several packages based on your budget. The food is INCREDIBLE and they were very accommodating for food allergies. The grounds are incredible! There’s so many options for photos. So happy this was our venue! -

Expect your guests to ask you "Where did you find this place?" all night long!!! When searching for a venue we wanted an indoor reception but an outdoor ceremony and cock-tail hour that was reasonably priced. This is the perfect place. It is also close to the Rhode Island airport for those out of state guests. The views are picture perfect. There are different locations to have your ceremony, cock-tail hour, and reception. We settled on the pond view for the ceremony. We then had our cock-tail hour in the garden area with a beautiful water feature and pergola and ended the night inside a gorgeous renovated ballroom with a giant fireplace. Overall all the details are prefect, the food is amazing, the sangria was delicious, and the staff are so friendly and professional.
This venue comes with a wedding coordinator and an assistant for the day of. Our coordinator was Dani and his assistant was Kaylee. Dani met with us several times to go over every detail and offer great unique suggestions such as having our first dance under the pergola during cocktail hour. We also picked almost all of his vendor suggestions. We had our rehearsal dinner at the venue and we felt very prepared with Kaylee running our rehearsal.
For the rehearsal we picked the patio location to have a place different location from our wedding day. It was beautiful and the food was amazing. We also had an entire lawn area for lawn games if we wanted to add fun elements to the rehearsal dinner.
For the wedding day there is a beautiful bridal suite with a private bathroom to get your getting ready shots and use through out the night for touchups. The grounds are prefect for pictures and are lit up at night for more photo opportunities. The ballroom itself has amazing lighting features for the dance floor and bar area. They think of everything.
Overall we have no regrets about this venue. We only wished we hired more photographers to take pictures of everything! There are so many great photo spots. I would recommend this venue to anyone!

Amazing Experience on our wedding day
My wife and I got married on 10/10/21 and we cannot speak highly enough of our experience working with Coachmens lodge. We had so many compliments from our guest about the grounds and friendly staff. We worked closely with Amanda and Demitiri who made it clear that they were there for anything we needed. Amanda was incredible leading up to the event and an amazing help day of. The food, including passed apps, a stationary setting, and passed meals, were out of this world. There were so many beautiful locations to take photos, host cocktail hour, and have your ceremony. We used the four seasons room which we loved with the windows overlooking the grounds. Thank you again for the experience of a life time! -

Absolutely the best day of our lives!
We had our wedding reception at Coachmens Lodge on October 9th and it was the most amazing day of our lives!
First; the grounds/reception room:
The owner of Coachmens Lodge puts soo much work into making the outside and inside of the venue so beautiful! All during our wedding we received so many compliments on what a beautiful reception we picked. The flower bushes, grass and the view of the pond are absolutely gorgeous! There was so much room for everyone to spread out and enjoy that afternoon/evening.
The Staff:
We have been working with Amanda since day 1 back in November 2019. She has been so attentive and helpful with the entire process of planning! Unfortunately because of Covid we had a few snags along the way. Originally planning for October 2020 we thought about doing an outdoor tent because of restrictions. The owner and Amanda worked tirelessly to find solutions (since we have big family we needed the space). Because Gov Baker lowered capacity for events a month before our wedding we decided to postpone a year. Amanda was so flexible with us giving us multiple dates in the summer of 2021 but we decided to wait the full year. I’ve heard horror stories of 2020 brides and their venues not being accommodating but we had zero problems. We could not have asked for a better coordinator!!
The Food;
AMAZING! The one thing we hated going to other weddings was the food. You get the typical chicken or steak and we did NOT want that. We decided to ask if the banquet chef could make something different for us; thanksgiving dinner family style! They were absolutely thrilled to do something different and fun! We did 3 specialty cocktails: apple cinnamon sangria, white pear sangria and pumpkin beer with a caramel cinnamon sugar rim (amazing!). We also did a taco bar that was an absolute hit and all of our guests raved over the hors d’oeuvres (bacon wrapped scallops, crab rangroons and chicken teriyaki skewers!). We did end up paying a little extra for 3 hors d’oeuvres and the specialty dinner but it was absolutely worth the money and let’s just say no one left hungry that night!
All in all I would highly suggest taking a drive over to coachmens lodge to check them out, they made our fall wedding come true!! Every detail, every phone call, every meeting made the experience 100% worth going with them for our wedding. You will not be disappointed! -

Amazing wedding venue
Coachmen’s lodge was perfect for our wedding! We toured many venues prior to booking but knew Coachmen’s lodge was the one almost immediately. We booked prior to COVID but ended up postponing our date (from September 2020 to June 2021). Alicia, our wedding coordinator, was fantastic throughout the entire process. She was extremely responsive, patient, and supportive as we tried to navigate through wedding planning during a pandemic. She was always so positive and helped us with so many decisions along the way. The grounds at coachmen’s are beautiful and perfect for wedding photos. We also got many compliments about the food! Months later and our guests are still raving about the whole venue! -

The grounds are absolutely beautiful and so well maintained, the food was spectacular and they were so accommodating for not only some of our guests that had allergies, but also several of our vegan friends raved about their food. They worked so hard for us to be able to change dates throughout covid and were just all around awesome to work with. We had Alicia helping us all the way through and she was the absolute best. She was very professional, super organized and prompt with getting back to us with all of our details and options and a super sweet person. We loved this venue and look forward to going to the restaurant just in general and use them again for other functions! -

Wedding of Our Dreams
10/10 Highly recommend for any event type. We are forever grateful to Amanda and her team.
We initially approached Amanda with a near impossible task... to plan a full indoor/outdoor wedding in December during COVID— ALL IN A WEEK’S TIME!!!! Amanda helped my fiancé and I understand exactly what was needed to accomplish, help source outside vendors including cake & floral arrangements, and put us at ease that this would be actually doable.
The end result was the wedding of our dreams. It was hailed as “the best wedding ever” from all in attendance. Not only was the wedding executed tastefully & to plan without hiccups, but the attention to detail was incredible and put the event over the top.
She was kind, accommodating, and in the end, a miracle worker. Thank you for everything, Amanda. We owe you big time!!! -

We were originally planning our 10/10/20 wedding at the Coachmen’s Lodge but unfortunately due to covid we had to postpone to 10/9/21 with the help and support of our wedding coordinator Amanda included in our wedding package, she has been so amazing and has really worked hard to try and make this process stress-free and what we want! One of the biggest positives is how DELICIOUS their food is!! We didn’t want our guests to have typical *blah* wedding food. The events chef was excited to make something different (thanksgiving dinner!) for our guests. The views of the pond and the rustic interior of the Four Seasons Room are so amazing and fit right in for our rustic fall wedding vision and the owner puts in a lot of time and effort in to the landscape looking over their pond. If you’re looking for a wedding venue with fantastic coordinators and attentive staff look no further than Coachmen’s Lodge! -

Due to the pandemic we were forced to reschedule our wedding from May to September and then downsize and change our whole plan to a small intimate short ceremony. Dani was fantastic at keeping me calm and working with us through the whole pandemic. He was very responsive and calming when I was not so calm. He worked with us to reschedule our original plan to May 14 2021 that we are hopefully we can have and also helping us finally get married at the gorgeous outdoor space. He took care of my very important nephews and did an amazing job with decorations. His patience with me, Ronny and our families were outstanding. The food and drinks were delicious. I look forward to working with Dani hopefully with our original vision in May without the pandemic restrictions. -

Coachmen’s Lodge was the best place to host our wedding hands down.
We unfortunately had for reschedule our wedding THREE times due to covid, and they never gave us a hard time or tired to make things difficult. They were so happy and willing to work with us through these difficult times, that all the changes didn’t actually feel that stressful!
Dan was the best coordinator we had the absolute pleasure of working with; he was always so on top of everything and let us make changes up until the last minute to make sure we were happy and had the best day possible.
The wait staff was just as wonderful to work with, they were so cheerful and kind!
If we ever need a venue to host an event at in the future, it will be Coachmen’s Lodge without question. -

We decided on Coachmen's as our venue 6 months prior to Covid. From the start Amanda (Wedding Coordinator) was amazing to work with. She was so pleasant and made feel comfortable that things would get done. When Covid hit, we kept in constant contact and kept each other up to date on everything, from guest counts, to guidelines, to stressors. She was always so positive and willing to work with us on everything. I heard so many horror stories from other venues and brides, but I was soo happy we did not experience any of that. We moved forward with our original date with a much smaller guest list and it was the absolute perfect day. The garden is absolutely stunning and the food was fantastic. I still have guests telling me how amazing everything was and that they loved the venue. Can't wait to continue to visit for dinner :) Thank you all so much for pulling together the best micro wedding ever!. -

Planning a wedding can be difficult, planning one during a global pandemic brings it to a whole new level! Like most couples, we needed to rework our big day. We also did not want to push it out, as we do not know what 2021 will look like. Instead we opted for Coachmen's intimate package and everything could not have been more perfect! The atmosphere, grounds and food can beat out any other larger venue, by far. Also, our coordinator was able to pull off our wedding within a month (abiding to the recent guideline updates), which is literally unheard of! I have been coming to Coachmen's my entire life, and seeing the resent transformation is astounding. You will feel like you are in your own wedding paradise, like we did! -

We were married on September 22, 2019 at The Coachman’s Lodge and we couldn’t have been more satisfied with how beautiful everything was. From the day we first visited the venue and met Dan our event planner we knew we absolutely had to be married there. My husband and I fell in love with this venue from the first day we saw it, even though it was the middle of winter and we were planning a fall wedding. We married on October 4, 2019. We were initially working with someone whom we really liked and when they left we were of course nervous about this new person now in charge of our wedding day. Well we had nothing to be nervous about because Alicia was amazing from the moment we met her. She is very friendly and had great ideas when we were stuck on different things. Alicia answered every question we had promptly and fully. Our ceremony was held outside at the pergola and the reception inside the Four Seasons room. Luckily we had a sunny fall day with only a slightly chilly breeze. The ceremony site was absolutely beautiful, set up perfectly, and our photos look great. The plants and shrubbery were clearly well maintained and were beautiful, even for October. We took photos outside at the Coachmen’s beautiful property. There were so many great photo opportunities, including a water feature. The patio directly outside the Four Seasons room was wonderfully set up for cocktail hour though people chose to go inside due to the cool air. Dinner was absolutely delicious and many of our guests said so throughout the night. It was swerved swiftly and hot. We chose family style and every table had more than enough to eat. My husband and I appreciated the to go boxes the packed for just the two of us! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Everything ran smoothly that night and any request I had Alicia was there to assist. She was on top of everything and you will be lucky to have her as your coordinator. Alicia, as well as the rest of the staff at the Coachmen’s Lodge, was extremely helpful and accommodating. Would give more stars if I could! -

I had a wonderful day and experience with Coachman's Lodge. I have no regrets having my wedding here. The food was fantastic (all of my guest told me and I enjoyed multiple meals here myself). The owner was insanely helpful and on it at all times. I felt very welcomed from the first day I was there. The service was great. Dani was my wedding coordinator and was very good at making sure things were how I wanted them to be. They were willing to go nontraditional with the food. We did breakfast for dinner and it was AMAZING.
Overall, I would highly recommend. Honestly I'm just sad the day is over. It was such a blast. -

Amazing venue for our wedding! From the moment we stepped foot on the property we knew this was the place we wanted to get married! They have beautiful grounds with many options for an outside wedding and the four seasons room was perfect for our reception. Our guests absolutely loved the venue too! I received so many compliments that day and days after saying how great the food was and how gorgeous the venue is! Not to mention our coordinator, Dan Larue, was amazing! He kept on top of every detail along the way, answered all my many questions, and made the actual day run so smoothly (always making sure I had everything I needed) so I wasn't stressed out at all! Everything about this venue was great and I'm glad we chose it for our wedding! 🙂 -

Dan made it his personal business to make sure our wedding was perfect from start to finish. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to share many tips with us along the way. He loves a wedding and is definitely in the right business! The beauty of the venue speaks for itself and the food is amazingly good, all farm to table. We had our ceremony outdoors under their pergola, our first dance on their outdoor dance floor, and our reception in their Four Seasons Room.

The four seasons room had beautiful stone work and dark wood floors which went perfectly with our natural rustic theme. Working with Donna was a breeze she was so calm and got back to me so quickly with all my questions. Coachmen was also budget friendly which made our day possible. The grounds were amazingly beautiful with all the flowers, greenery, and the lake in the back. They have over 4 spots onsite to hold your ceremony. We had ours in the newest location in back near the lake. It was beautiful. We also had our reception in their Four Seasons room. It was perfect with all the glass windows and outside patio. I worked with Danny though the whole process and day of and he was amazing. He was on top of everything and made sure we had everything we wanted and needed. Overall Coachmen's as a whole was perfect. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. If I needed something there was some one there to help. The place and grounds it's self is beautiful, they have put a lot of work into that place in the past year. Also their food was beyond delicious, portions were BIG, and we even got a plate to go! I could eat that food daily. If you are looking for a nice, beautiful, and friendly environment with amazing food this place is for you. It gives you the "high class/elegant" feel for a great price. -

The day of my wedding it had rained before we got there and the place put down sheets so we could take pictures outside without getting our shoes and dresses muddy. The food was fantastic...I am very picky and I always think food at weddings taste awful so that was a big thing of mine...to find good food and it was delicious everyone loved it! They set up the centerpieces and everything else we sent over exactly like we wanted it! It was an amazing day and I would recomend anone getting married in Massachusetts to check them out!! -

Perfect Wedding
We are from the area, but now live in NJ & work in NYC. Our coordinator, Alicia Toulis, was absokutely perfect! We meet with her maybe 2-3 times prior to our date. She was in constant contact via email. Her & her staff were excellent in helping with decorations & set-up. We also used some of their vendors & they were heart & raft to work with. The food, grounds & staff could not have been better. I was really impressed with Alicia's attention to detail, so am I. She put this Groomzilla at ease. I have to say that we had the very best wedding, from start to finish. Thank you very very much Alicia & The Coachmen (staff). Best Evah!! -
