I cannot state how lovely our wedding was at the Turner Hill Mansion! From the quality of planning, to how absolutely INCREDIBLE Sonya is to work with to the absolute delicious food by the onsite catering company Vinwood caterers… I cannot say enough good things! Sonya made it a breeze to plan everything, details were incredible, and super understanding when on my part had a deposit mix up with the check. She helped me make a checklist with everything needed, timeline and details were all very thought out. If there were any hiccups throughout the day (which I don’t think there were) I didn’t need to worry they had it all handled and were in talks! We had a small wedding, only 35 in attendance and I love that you only pay for the people who rsvp two weeks ahead of time. We used their preferred vendor for DJ, AllStar weddings and their uplighting was a must for the venue. Definitely get a bus service, as there are next to no Ubers late at night when it is over. We used farm and son for the flowers and ability cannot state ENOUGH how incredible he made the day magical. He brought all the ceremony flowers from outside inside after for double use and made the whole venue feel like a jungle paradise! Thank you to everyone involved for making my dream a reality at such a beautiful estate🫶🏻

Brittany and the Floriana team are incredible and you will be so thrilled if you book with them. First, the venue: Floriana is gorgeous inside and out; my husband and I fell in love with it immediately. Even the drive out to the venue is adorable with a mix of colonial and cape cod-style homes. You have several choices of both ceremony and reception sites. We had our ceremony in the upper garden, the cocktail hour in the tent (with heaters we rented through Floriana; needed in early May), and the reception inside the beautiful ballroom. Our contact person and day-of coordinator was Brittany; WE LOVE HER. She was so enthusiastic about our wedding every time we spoke with her, and incredibly organized. The best example of her help was how she handled the tenuous weather forecast. On the morning of the wedding, she texted us both about the forecast, which was showing on and off rain. She told us the situation (the lower lawn, our original ceremony plan, was too wet for guests, even if rain stopped) and immediately told us her preferred solution (setting up both the upper garden and the tent for the ceremony, then deciding later). The weather kept changing throughout the day but Brittany kept us updated and always brought the best solution, making our choices easy and letting us focus on having fun. Brittany and the staff were so incredible that they literally were able to move all the ceremony chairs from the tent to the upper garden only 15 minutes from the ceremony start time because the sun finally came out! That brings me to the staff; every staff member was so professional, kind, and organized. We never had a long line at the bar, every table was taken care of by their server, and they even did a great job “shepherding” the guests between the different locations. The room was set up so beautifully and thoughtfully, with every detail in its right place. They were also great at handling all of our DIY items (my husband painted every table number and multiple signs, I drew our guests’ faces on their escort cards, my dad made and bottled maple syrup for table favors, etc.). The food was excellent, everyone especially loved the chicken with Chimichurri. They were able to make 2 custom dishes from Puerto Rico, my husband’s home (queso frito with guava sauce, and pernil pork on tostones). They also accommodated our special cocktails (cucumber martini and painkiller) which were delicious! I could go on and on about Floriana. To sum it up, they made sure that our day was absolutely incredible without needing us to worry about anything (even the weather). I should mention we are a gay couple and while some “traditional wedding settings” can feel intimidating or unwelcoming to us, Floriana always made us feel loved, accepted, and deserving of our special day. All we can say is thank you to Brittany and the Floriana team for giving us the wedding of our dreams! Love, Brian and Ricardo

The Crane Estate was nothing short of spectacular. Maura was absolutely incredible to work with and helped us plan our dream wedding. She was responsive, answering all of our questions and managing last minute changes leading up to the wedding. It was incredibly easy to plan the specific details with their team including free reign to design our ceremony, cocktail hour and seating arrangement. The Crane Estate team day off was incredible, always making sure that we stayed on our timeline and making sure we were having our dream day (thank you Heather!). All in all, we couldn't be happier with our decision and would strongly recommend the Crane Estate for anyone considering.
