For couples that wish for a tented outdoor ceremony, Appleton Farms can accommodate. Gather and socialize on the Bluestone patio or enjoy the tented outdoor kitchen. Located on the property is a glance at the past through the historical barns and other farm buildings. Appleton Farms is an operating farm, which gives guests the ability to enjoy the grazing livestock and other charming amenities at this historical wedding venue in the New England area.

History
Appleton Farms is known as one of the oldest operating farms in the country. Operated and sustained by nine generations of the Appleton family, it was established in 1638 by Samuel Appleton. The historical architecture is apparent in the various farm buildings on the property. The property includes components of a working farm and also gives guests a view of historical farming in the New England area.
