Our season runs mid-May through mid-November each year, and our 2026-2027 pricing ranges from $9,995 to $16,995.

Historic Charm: Bradstreet Farm is the second-oldest continually operating farm in America, and our stunning 18th-century barn was meticulously restored by a master carpenter who specializes in historic renovations.
Exclusive Experience: We host only one wedding or event per day, ensuring your celebration gets our full attention and care.
Capacity: We can accommodate up to 125 guests for a seated dinner or 160 guests for a tented dinner with a reception in the barn. Events with more than 160 guests are hosted entirely outside in a tent, rented directly from PEAK Event Services.
Farm-to-Table Dining: As a true farm-to-table venue, much of the food for your event is grown right here on our farm, with additional ingredients sourced from local farms. Our exclusive catering partner, Vinwood Caterers, offers custom menu options without standard food-and-beverage minimums, making it ideal for smaller gatherings. Catering begins at $88 pp and includes tableware, linens and much more.
Open Bar and Cash Bar Options, provided by Vinwood.
Comfort and Convenience: The Barn is both heated and air-conditioned, and we live on-site, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
All-Inclusive Value: Our rental includes many features other venues often charge extra for, and we don’t have a service fee.

Beautiful wedding venue with exceptional staff!
From the minute we stepped onto the property to visit it for the first time, we knew that was our venue. The grounds are simply beautiful, from the vineyard, to the flower gardens, to the pond.
Photo wise, the property offers so much. The staff at the Barn, including the planners, Pat and Jacqueline, from CaTCH Events made sure every minute of our wedding was planned the way we wanted it.
They worked really hard to make sure we could have our ceremony outside, despite the looming rain storm (we managed it with barely 10 min to spare). I very much appreciated their willingness to make sure that it happened, while also ensuring everyone would be safe. The barn itself inside is just stunning! Despite the heat of the day, it was comfortably air conditioned inside the dinner reception area and had an amazing charm to it. We comfortably fit 80 guests in there with plenty of room to spare. I would highly recommend this venue. It may be slightly more pricey than other venues in the area, but you get way more for what you pay for.

We couldn't have asked for a better venue for our wedding!
The owners were incredibly nice and helpful throughout the entire process. A huge part of that was also thanks to Sue Alger, our day-of coordinator. She was absolutely fantastic—not just on the wedding day, but in the entire month leading up to it. Sue thought of every detail, anticipated every need, and made sure we felt calm, prepared, and supported throughout the entire process.
Woodland Catering was equally incredible. They were so easy to work with, and the food was truly amazing—our guests are still raving about it! They went above and beyond to accommodate dietary restrictions and any special requests we had, without making it feel like an inconvenience. Their flexibility and professionalism made planning the menu a breeze.
Beach plum florist made our flower dreams come true! I couldn't have imagined a more beautiful bouquet or floral arrangements. They exceeded all my expectations. Very pleasant to work with!
Overall, we’re so grateful for the entire team. The day was everything we dreamed of and more. Highly recommend it!

The Best Team!
We cannot say enough wonderful things about The Barn at Bradstreet! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the charm of the venue and the professionalism of the entire team. Despite a few surprises from Mother Nature, the staff handled everything with grace, creativity, and calm.
The venue itself is absolutely stunning—rustic charm meets elegant design in a beautiful setting. Every corner is photo-worthy, from the beautifully restored barn to the lush outdoor spaces.
What really made our day unforgettable, though, was the team. Every single person we interacted with was kind, helpful, and incredibly professional. They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. When the weather threw us a curveball, they improvised seamlessly and made sure our ceremony and reception were still perfect. Their ability to adapt while keeping us calm and happy was nothing short of amazing.

Beautiful venue - Incredible staff - perfect for busy working couple planning a wedding!
What a wonderful experience from start to finish. This was a second wedding for me and my husband. We’re both busy professionals juggling kids and sports, and we wanted a venue that was not only beautiful, but had a team that could reliably and professionally lighten the load of wedding planning. It was important to us our children – and our pup – had a significant role in the ceremony and that the location was FAMILY friendly. We had 30 kids and 5 babies as guests!
• The location is absolutely beautiful. The grounds. The barn. The suites – everything. The littles loved the farm animals, the older kids loved the open space and lawn games, the adults loved the gorgeous surroundings and the fact the kids were having fun so they could enjoy themselves 😊. The CAtCH staff even drove our kids around in the golf cart to bring them from one location to the next! They felt like royalty!
• Michelle and the CAtCH events team are pros. They are incredibly attentive, thinking through details and looking around corners for logistical challenges. They were friendly, fun, organized and made thoughtful suggestions from the time we booked the venue through to our wedding day and follow up. The Beach Plum Flower Shop came through with gorgeous flowers, making last minute adjustments along the way. We all loved the food from Woodland Catering. PEAK Event Services and Kappy’s On Call were timely, accurate and easy to work with.
• Excellent vendor referrals. We attended one of two open houses and met our Officiant (Anna Bacall) our DJ (Joe Carson) and our photographer (Laura Kozlowski). Each one of these lovely and talented people worked with us to create a personal, loving and entertaining experience for our guests. Anna with our love story and stone ceremony, Joe working with my teenage daughter and her friend so they could sing for our first dance, and Laura – the pictures are beautiful. She has an eye for color, humor and truth, and captured so many beautiful moments. She got everyone!
In the days and weeks following our wedding, nearly every guest has reached out to say how beautiful the venue was, how impressed they were with the staff, and what a wonderful time they had. A heartfelt thank you to ALL.

The most amazing wedding venue!!
We can’t even put into words how grateful we are that we chose The Barn at Bradstreet Farm to be our wedding venue! The wedding venue itself is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. We received so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful of a venue it was, and the barn itself was the PERFECT place for our reception! We loved how the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all happened in the same general area, so there was no time wasted moving from one place to another. When it comes to the people who work there, we can’t say enough positive things about them! The owners were so nice and helpful, and were such a big part of making our wedding day so special. We also worked with one of the wedding coordinators, Jacqueline, and we had such a great experience with her. Every single aspect of the booking/planning process was so smooth. She was on top of every detail, she reached out frequently to check in with us, and she was always responsive when we had questions. Woodland Catering and Beach Plum were also fabulous to work with, and they both have done so many weddings there that they have the process down to a science. We also booked all of their preferred vendors for photography, DJ and hair/makeup, and I was so happy with every single person we worked with. The Barn at Bradstreet Farm truly goes the extra mile to make sure you and your guests are having the best time–one of the employees even gave my 3 year old nephew a tractor ride during the wedding, which made his night! They are fantastic people, and this venue is a dream come true for a wedding! We are so incredibly lucky to have been able to get married here!

Exceptional Venue
My daughter had her wedding at this venue this weekend. The entire staff was exceptionally professional, courteous & had attentive to detail. they were around at all times for any of our needs but not in anyway to bother the party. My husband has health issues & they went above & beyond to assist him. i can’t say enough about them.

Best venue ever
Where to even begin... our wedding day could not have been more PERFECT. The entire staff made the day run smoothly from start to finish -- the owners, event planners, venue staff, and Woodland catering are phenomenal. We picked this venue (not just because it was 3/4 mile from our home) but because of the beautiful barn and overall property. The owners, Mike and Michelle (and their grounds crew), keep this place absolutely immaculate. They put so much love and attention to detail into their property. We have received endless compliments from our friends and family. The food was phenomenal, and the open bar concept through Kappy's On-Call is GENIUS.
Highly recommend this venue; we wish we could relive our day over and over again!!

The best there is!
We can not say enough about our wedding day in late August at The Barn at Bradstreet farm. Tiffany and the entire Bradstreet family are incredible. Since we first toured the venue a year before our big day, to offering multiple open houses where you can bring guests to view the property and get a feel for what your wedding day could look like, to the weeks leading up to our wedding, they are a dream team.
For an engaged couple, they make everything so easy and stress free from start to finish. They answer all of your questions and take care of every single detail. In your finals meeting with Tiffany and Sue, they will answer and secure every last minute question and detail to make sure everything is ready to go for the big day. They never make you feel like you’re asking too many questions!
When it came to the big day, it was the BEST day of our lives. Our wedding party, family and friends had a blast - all due to the professionalism and organization by the bradstreet staff. All of our guests LOVED the AMAZING food provided by woodland catering, Ryan, Sue and their incredible team. The donuts and ice cream were a hit as well!
A lot of people will tell you that your wedding day flies by. Ours definitely did fly by, but we still were able to enjoy every single moment of it.. all due to Bradstreet farm. They made sure we were fed, had our signature drinks in hand, and that we were able to appreciate and savor every single moment until the last song. (They even had ice cream sandwiches for the bride & groom half way through the night as an added bonus!! Thanks, Matt :) )
