Our private, farm-to-table venue would be the perfect location for your wedding day!
Here is some background info on weddings & events at the Barn at Bradstreet Farm:
- Bradstreet Farm is the second-oldest continually operated farm in America. Our beautiful 18th-century barn has been fully restored by my husband, a master carpenter who specializes in historic restorations.
- We are a private estate and only host ONE wedding or event per day. This gives every client a truly special experience knowing that all our attention is focused on your big day!
- We can accommodate 125 for a seated dinner, or 160 for a tented dinner with reception in the barn. Events for more than 160 people are hosted entirely outside in a tent. Clients rent their own tents from PEAK Event Services and pay PEAK directly.
- We are a true farm-to-table venue – the food for our events comes directly from our fields and from other local farms. Our exclusive catering partner Woodland Catering can design custom menus just for you. Woodland does not have standard food-and-beverage minimums, which is great for events with fewer than 125 guests.
- Our clients purchase their alcohol from Kappy's - there are no venue markups, and we include two bartenders in your rental. So, for your bar, you are essentially just paying for the alcohol - it's a great value and very unusual.
- The Barn is heated and air-conditioned.
- The owners (my husband and I) live on site at the farm.
- We include a lot with our rental (things other venues charge extra for), and we don't have a service fee. Here's a recent blog we wrote on how to compare venue pricing and what to look for.
Our venue rental includes:
- Two separate dressing suites
- Our indoor or outdoor ceremony area options (no separate ceremony fee)
- The Barn and seven acres surrounding it
- All in-house tables, wooden cross-back chairs, tablecloths and napkins
- Our outdoor furniture and two gas fire pit areas
- Lawn games
- Whiskey barrel tables for outdoor use
- Use of our in-house décor (battery candles, lanterns, table numbers, signs, etc.)
- On-site Bradstreet event specialists to help plan and run your day
- Two bartenders
Our 2025-2026 venue rentals range from $12,995-$18,995. Pricing is based on the day of the week and month/year of the wedding. Please see attached for pricing. We also offer a microwedding option for events with 50 or fewer guests - ask for details.
