I just recently had my wedding on May 1st, 2026. I worked with Tracy for a little under a year and she was nothing short of amazing. I live in Florida so I was doing almost everything with her virtually and she was more than accommodating. I opted to do everything at Highfields (Rehearsal Dinner, Ceremony, and Reception) and I was not disappointed. Tracy was there every step of the way and more than willing to help in any way possible. The day of she was Amazing to say the least. She made sure to keep everything going smoothly, she was there each time I needed her, and she made my guests have an amazing time. The food was delicious, the venue was amazing, the service was top notch. I have no negative remarks about Highfields and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a wedding venue that will make you feel like family.

We had the absolute night of our dreams at the Highfields. Everything was absolutely perfection. Our experience started with meeting with Tracy, and ironing out the details. Everything she put together exceeded our expectations. She worked with our timeline and very busy schedules. The day of the wedding everything went perfect. The food was amazing, the staff was all friendly, and efficient. I wish we could get married all over again just to experience another beautiful night at the Highfields.

Tracy, the wedding coordinator, was amazing and handled everything the day of. Everything went smoothly and I couldn’t have asked for a better support team than Highfields. Everything was decorated beautifully and Tracy coordinated all of the vendors the day of. Many of our guests commented to us on the professionalism and kindness that every staff member showed throughout the night. We would highly recommend getting married at Highfields. It was the perfect day!

When my fiance and I were touring wedding venues we were met with a lot of pushy and impersonal vendors. That was not the case with Highfields. Every staff member truly cared about our special day and treated us like family. We were so impressed by the professionalism of the staff. Not to mention the extremely reasonable prices in today’s wedding market without compromising quality of service. Tracy was so amazing to work with!

We got married at Highfields June of 2025, let me tell you this is a hidden gem that’s not talked about often. After looking at multiple venues we found Highfields and it was gorgeous! Pricing was reasonable compared to others and the staff were amazing. With Tracy being new to the venue I was a bit nervous, but she was outstanding she literally set everything up for us from centerpieces, memory table, decorations she did it all which was not in the contract. Tracey even had everything packed and ready in totes to go home with me that night. I don’t know how she did it so fast but it was nice not having to go back the next day. Everything ran so smooth and I truly had the best day of my life. I can’t thank her enough. I received so many compliments about how gorgeous the venue was and how it was the best wedding they ever been to. The bright green grass really stands out in pictures, with so many options around the grounds to take pictures. We did use all there vendors that were recommended. Make a mark, Mong video, hjm photography which also all did amazing work. We did get the drapery which added to the room. The cake from Gerardo’s was so good. We also rented the air bnb a few minutes away and it was very clean, large, cozy, and even had some games to keep everyone busy including a real shuffle board with sand. The bridal suite is gorgeous and set up properly for a hair and makeup artist. I can’t say enough good things about Tracy and this venue.

We got married at Highfields on 07/26/2025, and had the BEST day ever!!!! To start, Tracy the wedding coordinator was AMAZING and helped us every step of the way. We had multiple meetings with her prior to our big day, and we discussed every detail. She was very accommodating especially when we had special requests. Tracy set everything up for us from candles, to centerpieces, to favors, to welcome table, and memory table! We didn't have to worry about anything the day of. The price for everything was much less than any other venue we toured and didn't have silly fees for every little thing. We got the top package which included chiavari chairs ,an upgraded meal option, flower centerpieces, and was still a great price! Our guests raved about the food, we got the surf and turf and chicken as our meal options, and everything was cooked perfectly especially for 130 people. We also had our ceremony on site, outdoors on the patio, which was a little tight for 130 guests but we made it work! This venue is perfect as the bridal suite and grooms suite is onsite which made it easy for us to get ready. We had a room block at the Hilton Garden Inn in Marlborough, approximately 20-25 min drive to the venue, which we provided transportation for our guests. There is also an Airbnb that is only 3 mins away from Highfields, which was offered to us by the venue/ owned by one of the owners. The Airbnb was perfect as it was spacious and renovated, with a large backyard. We are so happy with our decision to get married at Highfields, as our day was so special and perfect in every way! Tracy and the team at Highfields were absolutely incredible! Me and my husband just got married here in August 2025 and I didn’t have to worry about anything all day. The venue was beautiful! The food was amazing! Would highly recommend!! I wish I could relive this day over and over! All my family and friends said it was the best wedding they have ever gone to! I am so happy I had my wedding at Highfields Golf and Country Club. The entire planning process we had our coordinator, Tracy, helping to make sure we kept up with timelines and spaced out the planning into super digestible chunks. When there were snags with vendors Tracy was right there helping us find solutions.
The day of was magical. The grounds and everything inside is so beautiful. There’s tons of windows so the lighting was perfect. We even got to see the most amazing sunset!
The staff were extremely fast and professional. My family still talks about how good the staff is!
The food was incredible. We only went with one dish for everyone and people were RAVING about the Parmesan chicken! They want more!! They actually want to know if they could get it if they went to John Henry’s Tavern (the restaurant inside the country club)!

I cannot recommend Highfields more! They were amazing from the start. As an out of state bride their wedding packages made everything so easy. We did not need to worry about finding a cake or florist. Their contracted in vendors we so flexible and whatever was not included in the package it was so beyond easy to add and on top of it they were top notch and I probably would have used them even if they were not contracted in. Tracy Hill made the entire wedding week simple, from a quick efficient rehearsal, to running around making sure my entire day ran smooth. She was there from start to finish and had everything running like a well oiled machine. The rest of the staff was fantastic and the servers were efficient! The food was beyond amazing and we got so many compliments on it. It is truly a beautiful facility was the best choice we could have made for our special day. If you are looking for a reasonably priced, amazing beautiful wedding venue Highfields is the place to go!!

We just got married in July at Highfields and I highly recommend! The price, the food and the rooms are great! If your a couple on a budget, this place is it! The bridal suite is big with a makeup area, bathroom, showers, couch, table, lockers. The groomsman room, they have a poker table, TV, lockers, showers and bathrooms.
The setting up was perfect. Annmarie is wonderful! She helps out so much and makes your day less stressful! She becomes family after talking with her for a year. I don't know what I would have done without her!
Everyone loved our wedding, with the simplicity, food was delicious, and a fun night on the dance floor. 💃
