Tracy was truly amazing. Excellent communication, there’s multiple meetings during the process to make sure that we’re on time and covering all details we need to. Everything is clearly outlined and straightforward. Highfields includes more in their price than any venue I saw, and the food truly is excellent.

Everything turned out beautifully. The day ran on time, the whole staff was organized and helpful and so so kind. We were able to do signature drinks after the ceremony which was a huge hit with guests.

The included vendors (bakery & florist) also did an incredible job. Highly recommend this venue.

We hosted our wedding reception at Highfields in September 2025 and we had a wonderful experience! Tracy was helpful with the planning, ensuring all of our special requests went off without a hitch. She even customized the parking lot sign for us! She calmed our nerves on the big day and made sure we had a memorable evening! The food was delicious. The wait staff were professional and friendly. The space was beautiful. We especially appreciated having an area to get ready and safely keep our belongings. Everything was spectacular, and we highly recommend hosting your wedding at Highfields!

Tracy made our wedding day so perfect and allowed us to enjoy our day with no worries! She responded happily to all of our questions, she accommodated anything we asked for and even gave us amazing vendor recommendations. We live an hour away and made it as easy as possible for us to get everything set up. Bridal Suite was incredible and amazing space to get ready in. Every staff member was absolutely incredible and sweet. We could not recommend Highfields more!!!

My husband and I had toured multiple wedding venues before finding Highfields Golf & Country Club, and nothing else compared. The venue is absolutely beautiful, but the biggest reason we chose Highfields was Tracy.

From the very beginning, Tracy was professional, patient, incredibly responsive, and such a calming presence throughout the entire planning process. Her experience showed in every interaction, and she recommended fantastic vendors who all exceeded our expectations.

On our wedding day, Tracy truly took care of everything. She coordinated with our vendors, made sure everything ran smoothly, handled setup and cleanup, and constantly checked in on my husband and me. One of the most thoughtful moments was when we took a few minutes to ourselves, and she had a waitress bring us food and drinks so we didn’t miss out.

Our family and friends are still talking about how kind and attentive the wait staff was all night. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure our guests felt taken care of.

Choosing Highfields Country Club for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. From the very beginning, we knew we were in great hands. The all inclusive package made wedding planning so much less stressful and much more cost effective.
The venue itself is absolutely stunning. The ballroom is elegant and beautiful, the bridal suite is spacious and gorgeous, and the grounds offer so many breathtaking locations for wedding photos. Every part of the property made our day feel so special.

She is professional, incredibly responsive, and always willing to answer questions or offer guidance. I just recently had my wedding on May 1st, 2026. I worked with Tracy for a little under a year and she was nothing short of amazing. I live in Florida so I was doing almost everything with her virtually and she was more than accommodating. I opted to do everything at Highfields (Rehearsal Dinner, Ceremony, and Reception) and I was not disappointed. Tracy was there every step of the way and more than willing to help in any way possible. The day of she was Amazing to say the least. She made sure to keep everything going smoothly, she was there each time I needed her, and she made my guests have an amazing time. The food was delicious, the venue was amazing, the service was top notch. I have no negative remarks about Highfields and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a wedding venue that will make you feel like family.
