Our wedding at Whippoorwill Hill was absolutely phenomenal. Not only was the venue adorable, but the staff was so helpful and the owners are super accommodating. If you want your wedding to be everything you imagined, I definitely recommend Whippoorwill Hill

We had our rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, cocktail hour and reception here. The staff is so professional and helpful and had really creative ideas. Richelle is amazing. From the walkthrough, help with vendor suggestions, very communicative. I mean Richelle and her team are who you need. The place and all the ballroom and other room options are gorgeous. You really do not need much decoration because they really have the space looking great. I mean even to the chairs, the chairs are comfortable. All the food was amazing, we did the pasta for the rehearsal and the guests were wowed that they were able to create their own. Reception food was delicious and so many options, no one left hungry or thirsty. You want to get married here because they will make sure you have the best day, better than you imagined.

I booked an event with Liv on her farm, very peaceful property. We are looking forward to our event in the new venue next Spring. Liv was very sweet and helpful.

We recently hosted our daughter and son in law’s wedding reception here and I highly recommend this venue and hotel! The facility is perfect for out of town guests to stay at the same venue, no driving after partying. The cocktail hour in the atrium was beautiful and felt like we were outside without having to worry about rain, and the ballroom was transformed into an elegant space for dinner and dancing. The food from cocktail hour to dinner to brunch the next day was outstanding, everyone loved it! But the most outstanding feature at the Marriott North is the staff—they are all beyond helpful, attentive, kind, and caring. Working with everyone there was a joy. They made the process so easy! Special shoutout to Mary who was our coordinator and is the catering director, and Tommy was our room block manager and beyond helpful coordinating over 90 out of town guests. I cannot say enough nice things about Mary who made my daughter’s dreams come true with a fun, comfortable, and elegant reception!  Photo credit to The Siners Photography

Avon Gardens was our first choice of venue and we don’t regret it one bit. The venue was beautiful and the staff was friendly and easy to communicate with all for an affordable price. It was a dream wedding come true.

Our daughter and her husband selected this venue and it was the best decision they could have made for their wedding! Patty and all the staff were amazing - always two steps ahead of anything we might need. They were flexible, friendly, and genuinely happy for the bride and groom throughout our event, making them feel very special. From the space to the flowers, the decorations, and the food - I can not say enough about this fantastic place and the people who manage it. Their attention to detail sets them apart and made our day just perfect. The weather was iffy and they helped the bride and groom make the last-minute decision to move the ceremony inside. They moved chairs and flowers creating a breathtakingly beautiful space in minutes. Part way through the reception, the DJ announced a sparkler dance and the bride had a momentary panic as they had agreed to purchase the sparklers but had forgotten to do this...not to worry...venue staff magically appeared with huge sparklers for everyone and the party went on without missing a beat. I would not change a thing! Thank you thank you thank you JPS Events at Regions Tower - you are the best!

The venue is actually McGowan Hall, although many refer to it as K of C. We held both our rehearsal dinner and our reception at McGowan Hall in two separate rooms which were each more than large enough to accommodate guests. A few of the more notable attributes: + The Ball Room (Main Hall) is gorgeous. Hardwood floors. Expansive stage equipped with A/V equipment not typically found even at larger venues -- e.g; wireless mics, large amps and speakers, soundboard, and staff who could quickly adapt to our requirements and make things happen.' + The entire staff at McGowan Hall is amazing. We had many guests coming from all over the country, some arriving late, some early, and all very demanding! The crew at McGowan handled everything in stride and totally exceeded our expectations. + Multiple catering options, very affordable, and everything happened to be absolutely delicious. + Affordable: McGowan is Indy's best kept secret in our opinion. The value alone is worth a look. + The young man who runs the place is among the kindest, most helpful and flexible gentlemen you'll ever meet. His name is Robert and he is one-of-a-kind. World class service and professionalism.

I’m so excited to see Westwood come to life! Anything this team touches is gold! I’m a wedding hairstylist and love working with the Westwood team to create wedding dreams come true! All the details they put into this venue is with a bride and groom in mind! I cannot wait to see the elegance and class that Westwood is going to bring to the Indy area!

Everything was great. Event coordinator was supremely helpful. We had the Imperial room and the gazebo, overall venue is amazing. Food was great and the bartenders were super energetic. You could manage a small wedding for less than what we paid but we opted for some fancy entrees and extra in the menu. Would very much recommend for a venue or just lunch.
