Located in the heart of downtown Indianapolis, Indiana, The Columbia Club is a wedding and event venue. Elegance, sophistication, and 125 years of history combine to create a one-of-a-kind space for celebrating special occasions.
Facilities and Capacity
Boasting over 20,000 square feet of event space, The Columbia Club contains three distinct venues and a 10th-floor ballroom. Couples can choose from The Grand Lobby, The Crystal Terrace, and The Stardust Foyer and Ballroom to host their big day. Each setting comes with its unique style and decor. The Columbia Club can host weddings of all sizes, from small and intimate to more significant celebrations, as the dedicated staff draws on generations of experience to make the event unforgettable.
Services Offered
Various packages are offered to couples to make the event timeless and last long in the memory. These include catering and beverage options, table linen, the dance floor, tables and chairs, and a banquet captain who will carry out the necessary event details as planned. Packages are customizable, including the menu and bar options, as the passionate staff aims to create a unique experience for couples and loved ones. The chef also sets up a tasting with the couple to offer the possibility of sampling the Club’s excellent and innovative cuisine.
The Columbia Club accommodates loved ones and invitees thanks to 60 overnight guest rooms available for weddings and events. Near the venue are various hotels for further accommodation options for out-of-town loved ones and attractions such as Indiana University, Lucas Oil Stadium, and different parks and museums.

Amazing wedding experience September 2025
Breaking it down:
-The CC was very easy to work with as far as design and rentals go. They have a personal relationship with one of the major rental vendors in Indy that makes it super easy to get things done and source things for the wedding.
-The food was FANTASTIC! We got so many comments that people loved the food and it was much better than the normal wedding food meal. I attribute this to the CC having a full kitchen that they use for many events etc. So they were very prepared the food tasted restaurant quality not wedding quality.
-Drinks: The CC kept drinks flowing all night. We never had a long line at either bar and they were super accommodating when I asked to add additional drinks to the menu. This was at an extra cost but a cost I found to be very reasonable.
-Service: They had TONS of servers, bartenders, etc at our disposal for the cocktail hour and the reception. It really kept things moving. They also recommended to add a couple more bartenders which we did again at a very reasonable cost.
-They let the band play until pretty much midnight, they let us drop off our wedding cake the day before and pick it up the day after. They are overall just really easy to work with and professional.
If you are looking to have an upscale event I think this is absolutely the team and place to do it.
The Colombia Club even worked with us to create a specific menu in our budget and taste and worked seamlessly with my wedding planner to provide services I didn't even know were happening while I enjoyed my wedding day!
The late night snack and special touches in the Wedding Suite were an extra special touch!
The staff and Hannah were amazing!
