Country Club Wedding Venues in Indianapolis

I recently had the pleasure of hosting my wedding at this beautiful venue, and I cannot praise it enough! Claire, the events director, was an absolute gem throughout the entire planning process. Her attention to detail and genuine care for our vision made all the difference. Claire was always available to answer questions, provide suggestions, and ensure every aspect of our day was perfect!

The girls at Idle creek are amazing ...Our reception was beautiful,the food was great ,the banquet room is beautiful ...I highly recommend for any large event especially wedding.

The venue is actually McGowan Hall, although many refer to it as K of C. We held both our rehearsal dinner and our reception at McGowan Hall in two separate rooms which were each more than large enough to accommodate guests. A few of the more notable attributes: + The Ball Room (Main Hall) is gorgeous. Hardwood floors. Expansive stage equipped with A/V equipment not typically found even at larger venues -- e.g; wireless mics, large amps and speakers, soundboard, and staff who could quickly adapt to our requirements and make things happen.' + The entire staff at McGowan Hall is amazing. We had many guests coming from all over the country, some arriving late, some early, and all very demanding! The crew at McGowan handled everything in stride and totally exceeded our expectations. + Multiple catering options, very affordable, and everything happened to be absolutely delicious. + Affordable: McGowan is Indy's best kept secret in our opinion. The value alone is worth a look. + The young man who runs the place is among the kindest, most helpful and flexible gentlemen you'll ever meet. His name is Robert and he is one-of-a-kind. World class service and professionalism.

All of our wedding day dreams came true at Valle Vista! We were well informed and put at ease every step of the way. The entire Valle Vista team went above and beyond and delivered OUTSTANDING customer service. We worked with Elaine who helped us organize the event and brought our vision to life. She was a prompt communicator and used her expertise to help us in our decision making. Just before the big day, we spoke with Carla who gave us a very detailed timeline of the events for the weekend and answered any questions we might have had. We were so lucky to get Yan as our coordinator! I cannot say enough good things about Yan, seriously! He is a jack of all trades and was one step ahead of us the whole time. Yan knew what we needed before we even knew what we needed and he made our day so smooth and wonderful. Prior to our wedding, I had read reviews online about Valle Vista’s strict timelines, saying they offer no flexibility. This was simply not the experience I had at all! Even when I was running behind on getting myself ready for first look pictures, I was never made to feel like I needed to hurry. The Valle Vista team did a great job at making me feel comfortable and providing us with a peaceful experience. The food was incredible and the wait staff was attentive, prompt and friendly. Having the option to use their linens, decor and cake was a convenience I throughly enjoyed and took advantage of. This gave us time to focus on other things. I am forever grateful for the beautiful wedding day and experience that we had at Valle Vista!

My husband and I got married at Hillcrest and couldn’t say enough positive things about our experience. We were so pleased with the dedicated staff who went above and beyond to make our big day so wonderful. The day went smoothly, as well as the months leading up to the wedding. We had timely communication with Holly and Jacinta throughout the process and they answered all of our concerns and questions. Danielle and her catering staff were also amazing to work with. They always made sure the guests were happy, especially the bridal party, by checking on them multiple times throughout the day. To my knowledge, all of the vendors had great things to say about Hillcrest as well. We loved the building architecture and landscaping, but Hillcrest just recently had a remodel in the reception hall, which made our day look that much better. The food on wedding day was even better than the taste-test and guests kept commenting on how much they loved the passed appetizers. No detail was forgotten and would recommend to engaged couples!

If you are looking for a prime Hamilton county location that will fit a budget, this is the place. My now husband and I found this place while researching venues and are so incredibly thankful we did. The coordination, food, experience, and property will make you feel so magical during your day. We had a small wedding/reception, with only 50 people including ourselves. This did not make the environment feel any less, in fact it was perfect. Caitlyn Richardson was with us every step of the way, worked with us on the pricing, and made our wedding the most perfect event.

We had our reception at River Glen and it could not have been more beautiful! The staff is amazing! They answered my 7 million questions with so much respect and they were so timely with responding. They helped with some last minute changes that rolled around! They set up the venue and it was so gorgeous! I could not be happier with River Glen. The deck overlooks the golf course and makes for a gorgeous view! Many decorations were factored into the price and beer and wine were included as well! I highly recommend!

We got married on June 4, 2016 at ECC. I looked at several different venues & I'm so glad I chose them! We live in Louisiana so planning a wedding from a distance wasn't easy. But Lindsay Meadors made everything so easy for us! I probably emailed her once a week with an email full of questions & she was always so informative & helpful! We aren't members of ECC so I was a little clueless of how everything worked. The week of, we sat down with Lindsay & Gary to go through everything. They made everything seem so easy & were so comforting. I felt so relaxed for it being my wedding week! We spent hours in the ballroom on June 3rd decorating & Cody was so helpful as to giving us pointers. We were planning for an outdoor ceremony on the golf course, but there was a chance of rain, so Gary made sure to prepare us for both. The reason I loved ECC because I loved their Plan B too. Thank god I did, because it POURED! As a determined bride to have it outside, Gary worked with me & was so patient. But it did end up being inside & it was beautiful. The rest of the day ran so smoothly! The staff was so kind & so generous. They were all so great to the guest & the bridal party! The food was delicious as well! Everybody is still so complimentary of our wedding & how beautiful they thought it was! I don't have one regret choosing ECC!

Deb and the staff at Pine Valley Country Club did an amazing job with our wedding. We had both our reception and ceremony at PVCC and it was great. Our ceremony was outside overlooking the 18th green, talk about a view! It was beautiful. Deb made a very stressful time so much easier. She was very on top of everything throughout the planning process and the Day went very smoothly. Our wedding party was completely taken care of that day and we were made to feel very special. Our guests are still talking about how great the staff took care of them, the fantastic food, and how much they enjoyed the reception room and outdoor patio. Not one thing went wrong that day, and a lot of that is thanks to Deb. We have absolutley no regrets and I wish we could do it again every year. We had a blast!!
