We had our reception at River Glen and it could not have been more beautiful! The staff is amazing! They answered my 7 million questions with so much respect and they were so timely with responding. They helped with some last minute changes that rolled around! They set up the venue and it was so gorgeous! I could not be happier with River Glen. The deck overlooks the golf course and makes for a gorgeous view! Many decorations were factored into the price and beer and wine were included as well! I highly recommend!

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Laura Lee and the staff at River Glen Country Club. She was flexible (accommodating every requested appointment), she was engaging, friendly, knowledgeable, and there to take care of every detail from silverware placement to lining up the bridal party to walk down the aisle. We were blown away with how perfectly our wedding ceremony and reception went! The spectacular view of the golf coarse, the atmosphere the staff provided, and the expertise of Laura Lee make River Glen the BEST kept secret for wedding venues in Fishers.

Worked with this mother of the bride who needed lots of guiding along the way. Loralee and Stephanie never tired of my questions and concerns. They offer basically an all-inclusive venue ... no of the "oh, you want silverware, too? That'll be an additional amount." It was beautiful. I was calling in our best kept secret! and many guests were agreeing with me!

They allowed us to come into the facility as early as 2 days prior to begin with our set up.
They made an absolutely memorable wedding cake!!
They went above and beyond when it came to answering our questions and keeping us calm!

We had lived in Fishers, Indiana for 6 years prior to getting married this past weekend and had no idea until we began researching ceremony & reception venues that River Glen Country Club existed. After visiting, we knew in an instant that it would be the perfect spot for our fall wedding. Our guests (and outside vendors) have all commented on the beauty of the grounds and building. During the entire process, River Glen was very prompt in their responses and very open to special requests. On the day of the wedding, they were right there to help with the wedding party down the aisle to making sure everything was going as planned. It was such a relief to have all the details in the hands of such professionals. They certainly made everything easy for a couple to enjoy their day. I would highly recommend this venue and look forward to using them again for any future needs.

We started out working with Lauralee and about 3 months before our wedding Kelsey took over. She was easy to work with and helped keep the reception stress free. The golf course was flooded on our wedding day and the spots we were scheduled to take pictures at were under water and we were not able to get there for the shots we had planned. They worked with us to find other areas we could travel to on the course for pictures. I do wish they would've provided more in the way of day of coordination. I had to worry about having someone decorate before the ceremony and run the reception as they did not provide any of those services for us. The food prepared by IndyAnna's was absolutely delicious and so much was provided for the cost. Overall it was everything we hoped for and definitely affordable compared to the majority of wedding venues in the area.

This was a fantastic venue for a rehearsal dinner, and I can imagine it would make a beautiful small wedding venue. I went here once as a rehearsal dinner guest and loved it so much we had our own rehearsal there. The staff was helpful, food was good, and the setting was beautiful. Great place!

Overall, I really loved having my wedding here. My largest complaint was with their lack of communication. I worked with Lauralee initially and she was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately for me, she left to start her own business approximately a month or so before my wedding. That's when things became annoying. No one communicated to me that she was no longer with the facility. Instead someone else just started answering my emails and it was clear that she was not as informed on the details of my day as she should have been and she never bothered to ask me to review with her everything I had set up with Lauralee. Every time my mom or I spoke to someone and asked a question, we received a different answer depending on who we got. The venue was a great value and was beautiful but my advice is to get all your conversations in writing and make sure everyone you speak with is on the same page prior to your event.
