We had our rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, cocktail hour and reception here. The staff is so professional and helpful and had really creative ideas. Richelle is amazing. From the walkthrough, help with vendor suggestions, very communicative. I mean Richelle and her team are who you need. The place and all the ballroom and other room options are gorgeous. You really do not need much decoration because they really have the space looking great. I mean even to the chairs, the chairs are comfortable. All the food was amazing, we did the pasta for the rehearsal and the guests were wowed that they were able to create their own. Reception food was delicious and so many options, no one left hungry or thirsty. You want to get married here because they will make sure you have the best day, better than you imagined.

Rebecca and the rest of the Palais team were absolutely wonderful. The venue was super cozy and lovely for our Fall wedding and we got to take advantage of the amazing patio (with tent). Amazing rope light set up, delicious food, friendly staff. Our guests raved about the experience and we could not be more pleased! The lead up and day of was all super smooth, and we had a a blast

Honestly we don’t know where to start. Kori has been great to work with from day one! So accommodating with everything! She showed that she truly cared about making our day exactly what we wanted. We will be recommending Meadow Brook to everyone we know who is looking for a venue for any occasion. Breathtaking beauty in and out of the barn.

The Armory was absolutely the perfect venue for our August wedding. We got so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful the venue was! Megan served as our coordinator and she was amazingly organized, detail-oriented, and quick to respond to any questions we had throughout the process. She was also very flexible, willing to accommodate to our preferences, and work within our budget. Table decor, food, drink packages are all included which made coordinating the reception very easy. The food is through Navarre Catering is delicious - lots of great options to choose from!

We recently celebrated our wedding at the Embassy Suites at Notre Dame, and the experience exceeded every expectation. Thanks to the incredible teams at Embassy Suites, Burns Rent-Alls, and Belle Behind the Ball Wedding Planning, our vision came to life with care, creativity, and professionalism. As transplants to South Bend with families on both coasts, we needed a venue that could accommodate a ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all in one place. Embassy Suites was our first choice—a beautiful hotel located at Eddy Street Commons, just across from the University of Notre Dame (Go Irish!). Its proximity to the university, nearby restaurants, and guest accommodations made it an ideal setting. While everything ultimately came together seamlessly, our vendors navigated numerous last-minute changes—including a ballooning guest list, hotel logistics, and one of the hottest weekends in recent South Bend history. Every vendor went above and beyond to ensure our guests were comfortable and every detail was addressed. Embassy Suites at Notre Dame: The venue was not only visually stunning, but also incredibly convenient for our guests. The staff handled every detail with professionalism and care—from adjusting our guest list and room block to hosting the reception and a post-wedding brunch. The catering and service teams were flexible, responsive, and consistently exceptional. The food was outstanding, and the service was flawless. We would especially like to thank Kimberly Scope and Sherri Stewart, who were phenomenal throughout the planning process. As our needs changed, Kimberly was consistently accommodating. We originally planned to host the ceremony on the rooftop, cocktail hour in the ballroom hallway (a beautiful space), and reception in the ballroom. When our guest list expanded, Kimberly worked with us to shift the ceremony into the ballroom hallway with grace and efficiency. Meanwhile, Sherri managed a complex room block during Notre Dame’s busy summer camp season, ensuring that our out-of-town family was well taken care of—a remarkable effort that did not go unnoticed. When the heat made our original plan for an outdoor cocktail hour in the Irish Way courtyard unfeasible, our wedding planner Angie Anderson (Belle Behind the Ball) collaborated with Kimberly and the Embassy Suites team to relocate it to the main reception area. Everything was executed perfectly—by the time we walked out to get married, it was all handled without a hitch. Embassy Suites also provided a meeting room for our wedding party to get ready and a separate space for a children’s play area, which was beautifully furnished by Burns Rent-Alls. From beginning to end, the service, food, and support we received were exceptional. Embassy Suites at Notre Dame made our wedding weekend unforgettable, and we would wholeheartedly recommend them—again and again.

This was an incredible choice for our venue. Not only was Kara able to schedule our wedding on a weekday (which they normally only do weekends). The budget was great and she was so accommodating for what we needed for catering (which wasn't a formal caterer) and all the amenities we needed. I definitely recommend this gorgeous venue in heart of Amish country. The lake view for the gazebo ceremony spot was beautiful, and the reception area inside the barn is beautiful!

We had a fantastic wedding reception at The Brick with Navarre Catering. We loved the event space at The Brick and we knew Navarre would be great with the food but what really made our wedding amazing was the venue coordinator, DeAsarae. She went above and beyond for everything! Anything we had a question on, she gave us an answer immediately and was very patient. She was our “yes girl” and she followed through with everything. Our wedding would have not been as amazing if it wasn’t for DeAsarae. She made the whole planning process run so smoothly and effortlessly.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE CRYSTAL BALLROOM AND LEAH TO ANYONE THINKING OF HAVING AN EVENT HERE. MY DAUGHTER HAD ABOUT AN 18 MONTH ENGAGEMENT, AND WE QUICKLY RESERVED THE BALLROOM. FROM THAT MOMENT LEAH WAS ON IT AND KEPT US UPDATED AND MET WITH US AS MUCH AS NEEDED. THE DAY OF EVENT WAS AMAZING. SHE MADE SURE EVERY DETAIL WAS TAKEN CARE OF, AND HER STAFF WAS EQUALLY AS PROFESSIONAL. LEAH, IN MY OPINION, WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND ANYTHING I EXPECTED AND I CANNOT SING HER PRAISES ENOUGH. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS AMAZING. A TRUE TREASURE FOR OUR ELKHART COMMUNITY!!

SBCC did an amazing job for our big day. They went above and beyond our expectations. We were very excited to see everything come together. Pam along with her staff ensured that the day ran flawlessly from start to finish. Her individual effort and attention to detail helped give us confidence that we would have a great day. We would highly recommend SBCC for any other couples considering this venue.
