Honestly we don’t know where to start. Kori has been great to work with from day one! So accommodating with everything! She showed that she truly cared about making our day exactly what we wanted. We will be recommending Meadow Brook to everyone we know who is looking for a venue for any occasion. Breathtaking beauty in and out of the barn.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE CRYSTAL BALLROOM AND LEAH TO ANYONE THINKING OF HAVING AN EVENT HERE. MY DAUGHTER HAD ABOUT AN 18 MONTH ENGAGEMENT, AND WE QUICKLY RESERVED THE BALLROOM. FROM THAT MOMENT LEAH WAS ON IT AND KEPT US UPDATED AND MET WITH US AS MUCH AS NEEDED. THE DAY OF EVENT WAS AMAZING. SHE MADE SURE EVERY DETAIL WAS TAKEN CARE OF, AND HER STAFF WAS EQUALLY AS PROFESSIONAL. LEAH, IN MY OPINION, WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND ANYTHING I EXPECTED AND I CANNOT SING HER PRAISES ENOUGH. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS AMAZING. A TRUE TREASURE FOR OUR ELKHART COMMUNITY!!

The Armory was absolutely the perfect venue for our August wedding. We got so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful the venue was! Megan served as our coordinator and she was amazingly organized, detail-oriented, and quick to respond to any questions we had throughout the process. She was also very flexible, willing to accommodate to our preferences, and work within our budget. Table decor, food, drink packages are all included which made coordinating the reception very easy. The food is through Navarre Catering is delicious - lots of great options to choose from!

We fell in love with the Century Center after seeing the enormous windows that overlooked the river and the grand staircase down into the Great Hall. The venue was everything we had hoped for and was the perfect size for the number of guests that we had (190). The staff took care of everything for us, which was amazing, and the food was honestly the best wedding food I've ever had (and I'm not just bragging since it was my wedding food, it really was a quality meal)! And the island was THE PERFECT place for our cocktail hour. It was beautiful, and all of our guests raved about it. We had a wonderful time working with Jennifer Hoke, who was attentive and made sure everything that could be prepared for was. She and Kate Lawton also worked with us to create a more tailored wedding package that would work with our budget and creative vision. We did have some issues in communication initially right after we booked (the management team was in the middle of a team change and were understaffed for a few months), but once Jennifer came into the role, we had a very easy time getting in contact and getting everything coordinated with them.

when we started looking for a place and we found the woodward we knew it was the right place not only because of how beautiful it was but because the catering service they use was the same restaurant we had had our first date in so it was a no brainer. However our enchanted choice soon became a nightmare thanks to the person handling the business affairs at the woodward at the time, he will not answer calls, or emails, he will cancel appoitments, he was rude at the meetings, I had a few tears and a few sleepless nights, that until they got rid of him and brough MORGAN what a wonderful human being ! Morgan brought us back to being in love with our Venue she worked so hard to make sure we were pleased, and I will tell you to what point. When the woodward change managers the chef that we fell in love with the first time was not longer working with them. they of course accomodate a second testing to make sure we still were pleased with the food, but unfurtunately even though the food was good it was not the same my fiance had the first time. Morgan keept trying and we did a second tasting with them but still was not the same. At this point I was so nervous we were not goign to have the food we liked, but my fiance kept telling me Morgan was going to fix it and she sure did , how? she literally tracked down the first chef that did the tasting the very first time and she brought him exclusively to do our food ! my Fiance couldn't believe it when she told him ! and everyone at the wedding was so pleased with the food we had Chicken Michelle and Bake glazed Salmon ! they were amazing !! Morgan is so good at what she does, for her is more than the money is about to make your day special and making sure you get what you need to feel special. THanks to her efforts and personal touch we had a wonderful time with wonderful food ! Thank you !!

We had our reception in the dining room. We had about 65 guests and the room was perfect! We had a buffet dinner that was absolutely delicious! We couldn't get in too decorate until after 10 and since our wedding was at 12:30 we had the reception at 6 and decorated in between. It was a very busy day but well worth it. We didnt get the food that was left but I know if I had asked for it we could have. The whole staff was great. They were on top of things the whole night and we couldnt have asked for a better end to our wedding day! The price was great too!

We had our wedding rehearsal, ceremony, and reception here at B&C in November of 2024. During the planning process, Jama made every step of the way feel stress-free and responded very timely. I felt like she truly cared about making our wedding day special to us uniquely. She answered SO many questions (sorry Jama LOL) and made us feel informed. We had to make some last-minute changes, and she took care of it all! In the beginning stages of wedding planning while we were still shopping around for venues, I didn't have that same level of customer service everywhere else. This was one of the reasons we went with B&C, which I am so glad we did! During our rehearsal day and our wedding day, we were asked if we needed anything too many times to count. They went above and beyond to ensure our day went seamlessly. Crystal, Abraham, servers, bartenders, and all the event staff were professional and accommodating! During clean up time, the staff were all so helpful to my family too. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous which meant it did not need too many decorations. The string lights and white drapery were beautiful for photos. There were several gorgeous spots both indoor and outdoor for photos too! The flow of the space worked perfect with one room for the ceremony, then walk into the cocktail hour room, which flowed later into the reception room. We chose to have pies, cupcakes, and chocolate truffle favors all made by B&C and they were incredible! Our guests went on and on about how delicious the food was and that they did not leave hungry. I have a food allergy too, and they accommodated that as well. I would highly recommend B&C to engaged couples or anyone looking for an event venue. Thank you to everyone at Bread & Chocolate who made our wedding day so incredible!!!

We had our ceremony and reception at the music hall. It was absolutely wonderful! The events staff were very helpful and great to work with.

We used the Winona Heritage Room for our reception venue, and we LOVED it. It is such a beautiful venue, there is plenty of parking, and Joni is AWESOME to work with. She used to be a wedding planner so she is an incredible asset in helping you think through all the details of your big day. She took care of minor details on our wedding day that I didn't even think about. She is great and the place is great!

The staff at the Northern Indiana Event Center was absolutely fabulous to work with. Champion hall was the perfect space for our company Christmas Party. I would most definitely recommend this venue to anyone!
