We had our reception in the dining room. We had about 65 guests and the room was perfect! We had a buffet dinner that was absolutely delicious! We couldn't get in too decorate until after 10 and since our wedding was at 12:30 we had the reception at 6 and decorated in between. It was a very busy day but well worth it. We didnt get the food that was left but I know if I had asked for it we could have. The whole staff was great. They were on top of things the whole night and we couldnt have asked for a better end to our wedding day! The price was great too!

We had our reception in the Ballroom. The room was pretty nice and the perfect size, plus the cost was fairly decent. We had many problems with this place, however. We had more people RSVP than anticipated and budgeted for and they had raised their prices a few weeks before our wedding and the hall was not very flexible. They did a nice job eventually of catering to what we wanted. We ended up doing a buffet style meal which was fine, except that they didn't bring out more clean plates and took away dirty ones from guests....so...people wanted more and they couldn't get any...which also meant a lot of food that we paid for was never even brought out or given to us afterwards. We also paid for security that was never there ($20/hr) and they also charge a 17% gratuity and 7% sales tax on all of their services and rentals (including the deposit). We overlooked the gratuity when we put down our deposit (which was our fault) and the sales tax on the room isn't in their booklet. There was also a fire in the kitchen several months before the wedding and on one visit in to the hall the manager (Scott) said the carpet that was ruined from the sprinklers would be replaced. Well, the week prior we went in to pay the balance and lo and behold...there were ugly black runners covering the damage and a musty smell in the air.. no new carpet and of course no discount for this mess. We weren't able to get in to decorate before 10am when they have the tables set up and when we arrived there weren't enough tables so we were help up even more waiting for the rest of the tables to be set out.

We ended up having a great time and a great reception, but that wasn't really because of the hall and their issues. While most of them were pretty minor, it was a pain, but the pricing, besides the costs that were changed or that we overlooked, was decent.
