Blossom Pointe is a barn venue for weddings nestled in the heart of Sherwood, Michigan. Founders and dynamic husband-and-wife duo Brian and Malyn started their journey into the wedding industry as photographers, capturing the intimate moments and raw emotions of the special day. When their oldest daughter got married, they decided to start a new venture and purchase The Stone Barn, a popular local events venue, and transform it into Blossom Pointe. It is now a breathtaking backdrop for any wedding, conveniently located a short drive from Sherwood, Athens, and Union City.
Facilities and Capacity
This property has been a staple in the community for over 50 years. What was once a historical family bar has been renovated to become the captivating event facility that it is today. While they have added modern amenities and given it a refreshed look, they have still managed to keep its beautiful historic charm. Surrounded by tall trees and offering gorgeous country views, this location is ideal for celebrating one of the best days of every couple's lives. Start off by exchanging vows in the open-air chapel with lush greenery and farmland providing a picturesque backdrop. Then, the newlyweds can pose for photos with their loved ones around the property. In the meantime, guests can enjoy cocktail hour by getting a drink from the Grain Bin Bar and socialize by the firepit. Then, everyone can head inside the Pavilion for an evening of dining and dancing. When the celebrations are over, couples and their wedding parties can enjoy a weekend stay at the Stanton Manor, a private residence provided by Blossom Pointe.

Flawless from start to finish at Blossom Pointe
The venue manager, Ashley, was kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. She made everything feel smooth, organized, and truly stress-free. The venue itself has everything you could need: beautiful grounds, thoughtful amenities, and a layout that works perfectly for both the ceremony and reception.
The location is also a huge plus. Blossom Pointe is close to I-94, hotels, and plenty of restaurant options, which made everything easy for our guests. And considering all that’s included, the price was genuinely outstanding.
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special day. Highly recommend! Thank you so much!
We had our wedding at Blossom Pointe and it was by far the most beautiful venue around. We also had the freedom to use the entire space as we needed (indoor or outdoor wedding and reception). The outdoor chapel is so unique, I’ve never seen anything like it. Brian and Ashley were exceptional!!! They went above and beyond for us, I couldn’t have asked for better accommodations and services. They anticipated all of our needs and made the whole experience almost effortless. I highly recommend Blossom Pointe, if I could give 6 starts I would.
