Great location for a reception. Guests have full museum access which makes for a unique experience. Staff is very easy to work with.

What a fantastic venue for a party! The entire historic auto museum was open to our guests throughout the evening. In addition, we paid to open the Center for History, which is attached to the Studebaker, so that kids (and adults) could experience Indiana history along with Studebaker history (additional cost of $300 for the History Center). The Studebaker is absolutely gorgeous and comfortable. We had our ceremony outside on the patio, and guests could easily get fresh air on this patio throughout the evening. The Studebaker staff was flexible and caring. The only slight drawback is they generally only rent until 10:00 or 10:30, so we asked them to extend to 11:00. They agreed, but somehow, the on-site workers started cleaning up at 10:00 rather than 10:30 as we had expected. This caused a little confusion among guests, but we managed to get through it. Overall, I would highly recommend this gorgeous venue in the beautiful historic area of downtown South Bend.
