Facilities and Capacity
The Vienna Ballroom is adorned with imported chandeliers from the Czech Republic,18-foot ceilings, and lush imported carpet from Ireland in rich colors. The Vienna Ballroom is able to host up to 250 guests with a dance floor. Adjacent to the ballroom are two separate foyers for the main cocktail hour and a VIP cocktail hour exclusively for the wedding party.

The Artsgarden, a seven-story, glass-enclosed, floating venue is an architectural piece provides a breathtaking backdrop for your wedding ceremony or reception. Surrounded by trees, plants, and glass, guests will feel like they've stepped outside, but in a climate-controlled space. It can host up to 250 guests with a dance floor.

Incredible Wedding!

Kori and her team at the Conrad are INCREDIBLE! We had our ceremony and reception at the Artsgarden with Conrad catering, and cocktail hour in the Conrad's West Foyer. Throughout the planning process, Kori was always just an email away and answered even my silliest questions with good grace. She was incredibly flexible in helping us provide our vision in terms of food and drink choices. Everyone raved about the food! During the wedding weekend, we were treated so well by all the staff at the hotel. We felt like royalty! We did not lift a finger all weekend. Kori arranged surprises upon check in for us and my parents, with personal touches that showed real care. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend the Conrad!

Just Excellent

Our experience was excellent. Customer service was outstanding on the day of the wedding. The food was excellent, and in sufficient portions to be satisfied. The process was straightforward. Kelly was responsive and very organized; she offered good suggestions when appropriate. Because the Conrad is a full-service venue, the linens, chairs, tablecloths, etc., was included in the price, rather than needing to rent these from an additional vendor, as is required in some venues. The space for the bride, groom, and attendants to get dressed and ready (makeup and hair for the ladies) is so much nicer than some other venues. Additionally, the onsite kitchen means the food is served fresh and at an appropriate temperature. The Vienna Ballroom is beautiful and the Artsgarden made for a spectacular evening reception area for dinner/dancing. If we had more daughters, we would do this again in a heartbeat.

Phenomenal Experience - Kelly Robertson in particular

The facilities and staff were phenomenal. Having the reception in the same location as most guests are staying was a great experience. But more than anything the service was above and beyond what we even expected. In particular, our wedding planner - Kelly Robertson - was the best we could imagine. Her combination of competence, humility, and attention to detail were over the top. I can't say enough!! And the rest of the staff mirrored those qualities too.

fantastic experience

What stood out to me the most as I planned my wedding reception at the Conrad was how easy they make it for you! The Conrad is incredibly polished and proficient at event planning- they have it down to a science! Every “small detail item” you could think of is either included in the listed price or can be provided by the Conrad for an additional fee and will show up the day of in its proper place without concern (tables, chairs, plates/silverware, votive candles, stage, dancefloor, up lighting, mirrors for bridesmaids, table numbers, menus, etc). This way, the only details you need to worry about are the details that you actually care about and make your day unique to you. Our coordinator, Kelly Robertson, is incredibly organized. She is responsive to emails (ESPECIALLY those last few weeks when the wheels really start turning) and will address any question or concern you may have. The Conrad allows you to enjoy your day and gives you peace of mind that nothing crazy “fell through the cracks”. If you are looking for a Venue that allows for as few wedding planning headaches as possible- I highly recommend you contact the Conrad!

We had our September 2018 wedding at the Conrad and it was an incredible day. Kelly Robertson and the Conrad staff were professional and so organized. I didn't have to worry about anything and we received so many compliments about the venue and attention to detail. I can't recommend the Conrad enough.

I literally have no words to express how AMAZING the Conrad was for our wedding! Courtney Shafer was impeccable and totally on top of all the details I would have never even thought of. The entire staff was beyond friendly, accommodating, and precise. The whole process was made super easy from signing the contract to the wedding day. Courtney was there every step of the day of the wedding coordinating and making sure everyone was ready and where they were supposed all day long. I can honestly say that not a single thing went wrong. The staff (servers and bartenders) left a remarkable impression on all of our guests. The synchronized service was a serious WOW factor that none of our guests are going to forget. There was NEVER a line at the bars and with a crowd of 160 that is a serious feat. The venue itself is gorgeous and the flipping of the room from ceremony to reception was flawless. There are not enough words to say how immensely thrilled we all were with the Conrad and the people that work there. They accommodated and worked with us on all the things we wanted, offered suggestions on things they have seen look or work best in the past, and made sure to keep us on track and updated on when things needed to be completed by. Courtney was so helpful throughout the process and was extra helpful with her suggestions on the flow/music/set up of the ceremony. We are so happy and have received an overwhelming amount of compliments on how beautiful and awesome the wedding was. The Conrad and its staff certainly provided that WOW factor we were looking for!

I can't say enough great things about the Conrad. I had my wedding at the Artsgarden in June 2016; however, the Conrad Indianapolis did my catering. I worked with one venue coordinator for most of the year, but she had to leave weeks before my wedding to take a new job outside of the hotel. Initially I panicked, but my new coordinator, Courtney, was ready to go the first time we talked! She was absolutely amazing and it felt like she had helped me plan all year! The actually wedding day logistics were beyond perfect. They were organized, accommodating, friendly. Everything was absolutely perfect. They set up everything exactly as I wanted it and broke it all down at the end of the night so I didn't have worry about a thing. They even delivered everything to my room that night and helped me load it out to my car the next day. The food was AMAZING and all guests loved the sychronized serving. I really can't say enough about the service we received from the Conrad. They truly went above and beyond and made my wedding the best day ever!

We could not have dreamt of a more perfect wedding at the Conrad Indiapolis. Stephanie Rice, our event coordinator, was amazing! She was so helpful in planning the event and made it a truly wonderful experience for us. We wish we could go back and relive that amazing day! Highly recommend the Conrad and Stephanie!

Worth every penny! Erin was our coordinator and she was a blast to work with! The food and service is the best out there and to this day I still crave our dinner choice! The Conrad really caters to your every need and if I had to do it all over again I would book them in a heart beat! Our family and friends were blown away with the event and it was truly the best day ever! Thank you to the Conrad for making our day full of wonderful memories for a lifetime.

My daughter and I were so pleased with the services, venue, and staff at the Conrad. Our event coordinator, Stephanie, could not have been easier to work with-- always so willing to assist in even the smallest detail. The staff during the wedding and reception was superb.
Our hotel rooms were tasteful and the bedding was fabulous. Many guests remarked on how comfortable their rooms were.
To sum it up-- I would recommend the Conrad with no reservations.
