Facilities and Capacity
The Vienna Ballroom is adorned with imported chandeliers from the Czech Republic,18-foot ceilings, and lush imported carpet from Ireland in rich colors. The Vienna Ballroom is able to host up to 300 guests with a dance floor. Adjacent to the ballroom are two separate foyers for the main cocktail hour and a VIP cocktail hour exclusively for the wedding party.
The Artsgarden, a seven-story, glass-enclosed, floating venue is an architectural piece provides a breathtaking backdrop for your wedding ceremony or reception. Surrounded by trees, plants, and glass, guests will feel like they've stepped outside, but in a climate-controlled space. It can host up to 250 guests with a dance floor.

Phenomenal Experience - Kelly Robertson in particular
The facilities and staff were phenomenal. Having the reception in the same location as most guests are staying was a great experience. But more than anything the service was above and beyond what we even expected. In particular, our wedding planner - Kelly Robertson - was the best we could imagine. Her combination of competence, humility, and attention to detail were over the top. I can't say enough!! And the rest of the staff mirrored those qualities too.Sent on 10/21/2019

What stood out to me the most as I planned my wedding reception at the Conrad was how easy they make it for you! The Conrad is incredibly polished and proficient at event planning- they have it down to a science! Every “small detail item” you could think of is either included in the listed price or can be provided by the Conrad for an additional fee and will show up the day of in its proper place without concern (tables, chairs, plates/silverware, votive candles, stage, dancefloor, up lighting, mirrors for bridesmaids, table numbers, menus, etc). This way, the only details you need to worry about are the details that you actually care about and make your day unique to you. Our coordinator, Kelly Robertson, is incredibly organized. She is responsive to emails (ESPECIALLY those last few weeks when the wheels really start turning) and will address any question or concern you may have. The Conrad allows you to enjoy your day and gives you peace of mind that nothing crazy “fell through the cracks”. Beautiful venue to host your wedding reception!
We performed a large Indian wedding at the Conrad Hilton on April 5th 2014. Erin Bradburn - the social catering manager made our job very easy. She took care of all our requirements. We provided DJ, MC, Lighting, and more! The hall was beautiful and all the staff were friendly and courteous. They really took care of my team and I !!!
