The Sycamore at Mallow Run is a rustic, elegant barn and farm venue in Bargersville, Indiana. The Sycamore is located on the grounds of Mallow Run Winery, which has hosted events for the past 20 years. This is a spot to consider utilizing year-round, with the most popular months being May through October.
Facilities and Capacity
There’s a trio of event spaces, each nestled between natural elements and vineyards: The Homestead Room’s origins trace back to 1835; it’s a more intimate space, flooded with natural light and offering amazing vantage points of the surroundings. The Gallery (or lobby) is The Sycamore at Mallow Run’s entrance, which doubles as a cocktail hour space. The Estate Room is fitting for any occasion, with its access to patios and more. Depending on the size of your celebration and on your personal style (black-tie or rustic), The Sycamore at Mallow Run will plan accordingly in terms of space preparation and amenities needed. Your party may include up to 350 guests in the indoor or uncovered outdoor settings.
Services Offered
The Sycamore at Mallow Run can play host to a range of events, including a bridal shower, ceremony, elopement, engagement party, reception, and/or rehearsal dinner. They will take care of your event rentals, in-house bar, setup and clean up. The bar staff will take care of whipping up signature drinks, serving premium liquor and taking care of a Champagne toast, if you have one; there are other bar-related services to consider as well. Beautiful Wedding
My husband and I highly recommend this venue! Our event coordinator Shelly Foley as well as numerous staff members helping on the day of made our day magical. Every single question I could have thought of Shelly had answers to! Shelly even helped me with things I had forgotten about and didn’t mind last minute guest count changes. This is an extremely helpful staff who are very polite, I would not have wanted my wedding anywhere else!
The venue is also gorgeous with plenty of outdoor space for people to enjoy and sit around. Our guests loved the fire outside especially at night when it got cooler. Not to mention all of the animals were out and around making it feel even more magical! The cat’s name is Frisbee for the photos below! This venue has lots of items included in your package; decorations, linens, easel for welcome sign, free umbrellas to borrow if it is raining, even a golf cart ride over to the vineyard for pictures, and many more things!
Please definitely consider this venue for your wedding or reception!

Everything we could have asked for!
The Sycamore was THE perfect venue for us. From the aesthetic to the service, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Amy was super accommodating and when we had issues with our caterer, she made sure to put me at ease and help come up with solutions. We got so many compliments. Definitely recommend!

Perfect Venue for a Perfect Day
I had my wedding here on 06/05/2021, rescheduled from 06/13/2020 and I have only good things to say about my experience. They accommodated my request to reschedule with no hassle at all. Then when the time finally came for our wedding everything was absolutely perfect. I worked with Bobbi and she was so helpful when planning and setting up. We made some very last minute changes and still everything went off without a hitch. Aside from perfect execution, the venue is gorgeous. It is the perfect amount of rustic and romantic all in one. The vineyard is so beautiful in the summer, it makes the perfect spot for wedding photos. I could not be happier with our choice to have The Sycamore host our big day! So many of our guests commented on what a great wedding it was and that is largely in part to the venue and amazing team. If you are considering booking here let this be a sign to go for it because you will absolutely not regret it.

Best Venue Ever!
We got married on 6-28-2020. Comming our of lockdowns and trying to resume wedding planning was not an easy task. But the Sycamore made it so much easier. Libby was our coordinator. She was responsive, answered all our questions, and made sure we thought of everything. They accommodated all the COVID-19 changes effortlessly. In talking to my friends that were also wedding planning they were the most flexible and reasonable when it came to COVID-19. They never pressured me to cancel or move my date but made sure I knew it was an option. The bartenders noticed that my mother was struggling a little bit with emotions during the day. So they were so sweet and asked her if she needed anything to drink and checked in on her from time to time to make sure she was okay. The facilities are so beautiful, nothing else came close to matching the quality of the venue and the price is right! Furthermore, there were several issues on my wedding day that arose. I did not hear of a single one of them until after the wedding. Libby and the staff handled all of them without me even knowing! I had such a fun and stress-free day, just like I had wanted! I cannot thank them enough for how special they made the day. All of my guests said it was the most beautiful wedding they had been too. We hardly had to spend any money on decor and flowers because of the venue's natural beauty. If you are thinking of using this venue know that you will be in great hands! Not to mention the wine is amazing!

They make everything so easy!
I used the Homestead Room at The Sycamore and have been told nonstop by my guests how much they loved my venue. Everything was absolutely perfect and transitioned smoothly the entire evening. My coordinator was Bridgette, who was patient with me throughout my endless emails over the year before my wedding. She answered all of my questions quickly and made sure everyone knew where to be and when. I toured the venue and fell in love so I went to one of their many vendor events to meet some of their recommended vendors, which is how I found my caterer and DJ. The Sycamore took care of all of the set up and tear down for the outdoor ceremony and indoor reception (minus the decorations.) They provided linens and chairs, and well as string lights and easels for signs. Their bartenders were all friendly and fast. The outdoor patio with a fire pit was also a huge hit, and I loved taking photos in the vineyard.

Great location

The Perfect Wedding Venue!
Our dream wedding was made possible thanks to The Sycamore at Mallow Run! This was only the second venue we toured when we began planning our wedding, and we were sold from the moment we walked through the front doors. The location and facilities are absolutely beautiful and the perfect mix of rustic and modern. Furthermore, the staff are truly dedicated to making sure that your wedding day is perfect. We loved how everything was on-site, from the ceremony and reception areas to the bridal/groom suites. Our venue coordinator, Bobbi, was a dream to work with. She was flexible, communicative, and friendly. We received so many compliments about how beautiful the venue was, despite the torrential rains we had on our wedding day! We really can't say enough good things and look forward to recommending this venue to all of our family and friends in the future!
