Wing Cheung has been around for over 30+ years. My mom's parents textile store in HK was business-neighbours with Wing Cheung when they used to be there. My mom has bought all her diamond necklaces for my cousins' wedding presents here for the past 10-15 years so that's how I knew about it.

When it came time for my fiancé and I to purchase our wedding bands, we visited several stores to get quotes on our unique wedding band designs. In the end Wing Cheung was the most reasonable! I had the same experience as the previous poster. Although not 100% the finish as the photo, it was at least 99% the same and we love it. Sam is very easy to work with.

Recently, my aunts have even purchased a diamond pendant and necklace, and my mom has purchased an Akoya Pearl necklace for my wedding gifts. Both times, they spoke with Sam and he was great!

Sam did an amazing job on our wedding rings! We had them custom made with Sam and all I gave him was a picture. With my ring since my picture was so detailed, he didn't need to autocad/rhino it for me but with my husband's he did an amazing job with the autocad/rhino. In the end the ring turned out exactly like what we had wanted. It wasn't flawless, as he will tell you when you are working by hand it's not going to be machine perfect, but to me it was perfect as doing it by hand gets, which is saying a lot since I have an eye for symmetry and details (quite picky). Sam was very reasonable with his pricing and I'm definitely going back to him for other jewelery needs. He's always warning us that it may not turn out the way you expect and it is difficult to do it the way I wanted it but in the end, he did deliver so it was quite funny when I told him to stop covering his back because I know he can do it.
