Patowmack is a gorgeous venue that offers incredible views and even better food. We would highly recommend it for any event but would also strongly encourage everyone to go for a special dinner! We first met with the owner, Beverly, who was so welcoming and helpful in talking us through our initial vision for our reception. We later worked mostly with the events coordinator, Becka, who was very communicative and extremely helpful both leading up to the event and during the event itself. Chef Badiee created a gorgeous local menu that gave guests a taste of the best spring had to offer—he even made gluten-free cupcakes that were just beyond delicious! While we did bring in some décor, we really felt like the venue and views did most of the work and provided us and our guests with a dreamy place to celebrate our marriage. On the day, Becka did a fantastic job of keeping things on time in the background, and she and Beverly checked on us throughout the event to make sure we were happy, had our food and drink, and to iron out any wrinkles as they popped up. Their work made it really easy for us to sit back and enjoy our day. Best of all, we were able to enjoy the wonderful venue and food at an incredibly reasonable price.

SO incredibly amazing. Every single guest said it was the most beautiful and tasty wedding they have ever been too. With Patowmack's view and their #1 rating as Northern Virginias best restaurant--how could you go wrong?? Also, Beverly, the owner and her staff are amazing, I literally didn't have to do anything, they handled it all. I honestly believe if you are going to throw thousands of dollars towards a party, why not give back to your local farmers since most of their food is grown on site and if its not, they make sure to get their meat/produce/fish etc from local, sustainable vendors!! Lastly, Beverly's rate are INCREDIBLE. She could charge three times what she does. This venue is one of the most affordable venues around which is insane because it is THE nicest venue around.

Patowmack Farm is such an amazing, unique place -- I highly recommend it for your wedding -- or at the very least going there for a special dinner.

The site looks out on the Point of Rocks bridge/Potomac River and rolling hillsides. It's beautiful! Right outside the restaurant there's a large, tented patio and a gazebo . The restaurant has almost entirely glass windows (like a greenhouse), so you get natural light and a great view of the surrounding land. We picked the Farm because rain or shine, we knew our wedding would be beautiful and our guests would LOVE the organic, local (delicious!!) food.

When looking for a venue, my husband & I ate at the Restaurant at Patowmack Farm. We were both floored by the food, wine, creativity of the chef & outstanding service. Overall -- the place just feels special.

The owner, Beverly, was really easy to work with on the menu, setup, etc. and made great recommendations for local vendors. For the quality of food (5 stars!), ambiance, view & tent (which can be pricey) this is a great value.
