My husband and I hosted the rehearsal dinner for my son and daughter-in-law's wedding, and we chose Shaffer's catering based on several visits and also a recommendation from the wedding venue.
The food was delicious, and the catering staff prompt, efficient, and delightful! I was able to relax and enjoy the evening because they had everything well in hand at our rented cabin.
The morning of the wedding, my father-in-law, who was the wedding officiant, was feeling nervous about not having a podium on which to lay his papers for the ceremony. Not wanting him to have any unnecessary stress, I needed to find a podium quickly. I contacted Shaffer's, and spoke with the owner George Shaffer, who gladly lent us their cafe podium for the day. Now that's cusomer service!!!!! That one act of kindness really made a tremendous difference in the day!!! Thank you Shaffer's for a wonderful dinner and for being such kind people!!

Food was amazing and they provided everything other then the alcohol and Linens for the guest tables. But everything else like food non alcohol drinks, utensils, salt & pepper shakers, plates, cups, Linens for the buffet tables, ice, trash bags, bartender services with an alcohol license, sliced and handed out the cake, boxed up all the cake and left overs to take home, and cleaned up all food and drinks! Service was great!! Friendly! Not to much very affordable and well worth every penny!! I would say they provide way more then what they ask for in price.... so lucky to have found them! Was expecting to pay way more for what they gave!!!

When we went to meet with Shaffer's catering, we did a trial run for lunch before the meeting. The food was amazing. When they brought the food for the wedding, they were punctual and very professional. Plus the food was absolutely amazing. They even labeled everything because we had some guests that were allergic to specific items. I recommend them anywhere!
