Ricardo is an incredible wedding planner and, somehow, an even more phenomenal person. We met him over a year ago in our planning process. He was there for us every step of the way. He attended every venue tour, tasting, and meeting. He even happily came to our family's welcome dinner so everyone would know who he was in case they had questions through the weekend. We asked him to help with a multi-day and multi-event Indian wedding. Every detail was thought out and flawlessly executed. He is so organized and, though in my 34 years I had yet to attend an Indian wedding that ran on time, ours ran ahead of schedule! I had some very specific wishes for the wedding weekend. Ricardo listened carefully, zeroed in on what was important to us, and made every detail reflective of this. I wanted our weekend to have moments that are true to us as a couple (involve our dog, focus on friendship/family, include all guests in the Indian dancing, have a Hindu priest who explained the rituals to everyone, and have a private vows exchange). I also wanted my family (and my husband's family) to be pleased with the acknowledgement of Punjabi and Irish Catholic traditions. Ricardo helped us find the perfect venue, the best vendor team and made it the most beautiful and stress-free process the whole way. One of my bridesmaids literally said "I've never spent so much time with a bride during her wedding weekend". I have Ricardo to thank for making my wedding so relaxing and a time that I could fully enjoy my friends and family. He is always kind, prompt, professional, and positive. After going through such a fun process with him, we consider him a very dear friend. Seriously- do yourself a favor and involve Ricardo in this special time in your life.

Ricardo was excellent to work with from day one. He is professional, communicates clearly, is transparent about pricing, purpose, vision, and vendors, and he's such a darling person. Ricardo is a master wedding coordinator and really listens to what the bride/couple envisions for their special day. He sat with me and my mom several times, as well as with my husband's family and our florist, to ensure throughout the process he knew how we were feeling, what we were envisioning, and that we stayed on task and in budget. He knows just about everyone in the industry, which was excellent as we got married in Dallas, and I am not from there, but Ricardo had someone for everything I needed and more. All his recommended vendors were fantastic, special shout out to Grand Slam Glam and Rosie from Infinity Media. Ricardo had such a vision for our day, took all of my recommendations, and helped us craft the most beautiful wedding I could have ever asked for. If you are a high budget bride, Ricardo can and will make your day fantastically OTT, but if you're a mid-low budget bride like I was, he will go above and beyond to make sure your day is OTT AND within budget. Either way, Ricardo can make any wedding magazine-worthy, and he's so incredibly supportive. I am so thankful for his help, prompt communication, expert timelines for planning and day of, and his frequent check ins to make sure we were on track. Day of, he was exactly what I needed to feel confident nothing would go wrong. He was hard at work making sure the venue was absolutely perfect and that nothing went wrong. Absolutely recommend Ricardo for anyone getting married, honestly anywhere!

We had hired Ricardo very early on in the process but after deciding on a venue (I do like that he offers a discount if you decide on a venue beforehand). Despite being on the hook with us for over a year, Ricardo was always patient, prompt, and professional from day one. I didn’t originally think we needed a professional wedding planner, but I am so very glad that we got one. Without Ricardo, this wedding would not have come together with the vision I had in mind.

Ricardo is one of a kind. When my then-fiancée hired Ricardo, I was skeptical. Why did we need to pay for someone to find and coordinate with vendors when my fiancée was already capable and doing just that. I felt she wanted a "friend" to be by her side and Ricardo would be duplicative to the process. What I realize now after our ceremony, Ricardo was indispensable. A wedding is an exciting but stressful thing and having someone to handle all of the planning, the communication, the logistics, the day-of coordination (particularly when rain forced our rooftop wedding indoors) is of upmost necessity.

Of course, it helps too that Ricardo is a consummate professional. He is funny, affable, caring, calming, and is keen to make the day as seamless as possible. I never thought Ricardo would be the person I trusted most to tame my nervous energy the day of the wedding.

As mother of the groom, I didn’t know what to expect from a wedding planner. I now realize how absolutely necessary a good wedding planner is. Ricardo Tomas was of immeasurable value. Not only did he understand the bride's vision, he embraced it, making the special day uniquely their own. Along with his creativity, knowledge of the wedding industry, and vendor contacts, Ricardo's style and attention to detail are unmatched. He's communicative and well organized, allowing for a seamless and smooth wedding day. The week leading up the wedding he provided a detailed timeline for the day of, which was flawlessly executed. We were able to relax and enjoy celebrating with family and friends, because Ricardo handled all of the details.

Ricardo coordinated my wedding with my wife in February, on the 22. I can NOT believe how incredible it was. We had hired him back in April of last year, and he was with us every step of the way. We were not super available as we are both super busy with our jobs, but he was nothing but patient, kind, and an incredible guide in this! We have no experience with wedding stuff, and he was not only super easy to get ahold of to explain things, but he has an entire system that allows you to know exactly what you need to do and when. It makes for an ultra low stress planning setup. Near the wedding, he pretty much was able to coordinate everything perfectly, and was able to get FIREWORKS in the center of Dallas. The night was perfect, stress free, and made for the best night of mine and my wife's life so far. This man can do everything you would want and beyond, and I sincerely hope you hire him for your wedding. He took care of us better than anybody I've ever read about, and made the wedding setup as simple and straightforward as possible.
