From the very beginning, Ricardo was absolutely incredible to work with. Planning a wedding can quickly become overwhelming, but Ricardo kept us organized, on track, calm, and reassured throughout the entire process. His professionalism, creativity, patience, and attention to detail made such a difference for our family.
What made our experience especially meaningful was how much care he took in helping us create a wedding that truly reflected Nicole and our family traditions. He embraced the traditional Polish touches we wanted to include and helped weave them beautifully into such an elegant, unique, and unforgettable celebration. It never felt like a “cookie cutter” wedding; it felt deeply personal, thoughtful, and special.
Ricardo also helped coordinate vendors seamlessly and guided us through countless decisions with honesty, experience, and wonderful recommendations. So many of the vendors we ended up loving came through his guidance and connections.
On the wedding day itself, everything flowed so smoothly because of the hard work happening behind the scenes. We were actually able to be present, enjoy the day, and focus on our family and guests instead of worrying about logistics. That gift alone is priceless.
Even after the wedding, Ricardo continued to help us with such kindness and care. We reached out to him for guidance on preserving Nicole’s bridal bouquet and sentimental keepsake items from the wedding, and he graciously helped connect us with resources to accommodate our wishes. That level of thoughtfulness and continued support truly meant so much to us.
Beyond being talented at what he does, Ricardo is simply a kind and caring person who genuinely wants your day to be perfect. We are beyond grateful for all of his hard work, dedication, patience, and heart.

Ricardo is an incredible wedding planner and, somehow, an even more phenomenal person. We met him over a year ago in our planning process. He was there for us every step of the way. He attended every venue tour, tasting, and meeting. He even happily came to our family's welcome dinner so everyone would know who he was in case they had questions through the weekend. We asked him to help with a multi-day and multi-event Indian wedding. Every detail was thought out and flawlessly executed. He is so organized and, though in my 34 years I had yet to attend an Indian wedding that ran on time, ours ran ahead of schedule! I had some very specific wishes for the wedding weekend. Ricardo listened carefully, zeroed in on what was important to us, and made every detail reflective of this. I wanted our weekend to have moments that are true to us as a couple (involve our dog, focus on friendship/family, include all guests in the Indian dancing, have a Hindu priest who explained the rituals to everyone, and have a private vows exchange). I also wanted my family (and my husband's family) to be pleased with the acknowledgement of Punjabi and Irish Catholic traditions. Ricardo helped us find the perfect venue, the best vendor team and made it the most beautiful and stress-free process the whole way. One of my bridesmaids literally said "I've never spent so much time with a bride during her wedding weekend". I have Ricardo to thank for making my wedding so relaxing and a time that I could fully enjoy my friends and family. He is always kind, prompt, professional, and positive. After going through such a fun process with him, we consider him a very dear friend. Seriously- do yourself a favor and involve Ricardo in this special time in your life.

Ricardo was excellent to work with from day one. He is professional, communicates clearly, is transparent about pricing, purpose, vision, and vendors, and he's such a darling person. Ricardo is a master wedding coordinator and really listens to what the bride/couple envisions for their special day. He sat with me and my mom several times, as well as with my husband's family and our florist, to ensure throughout the process he knew how we were feeling, what we were envisioning, and that we stayed on task and in budget. He knows just about everyone in the industry, which was excellent as we got married in Dallas, and I am not from there, but Ricardo had someone for everything I needed and more. All his recommended vendors were fantastic, special shout out to Grand Slam Glam and Rosie from Infinity Media. Ricardo had such a vision for our day, took all of my recommendations, and helped us craft the most beautiful wedding I could have ever asked for. If you are a high budget bride, Ricardo can and will make your day fantastically OTT, but if you're a mid-low budget bride like I was, he will go above and beyond to make sure your day is OTT AND within budget. Either way, Ricardo can make any wedding magazine-worthy, and he's so incredibly supportive. I am so thankful for his help, prompt communication, expert timelines for planning and day of, and his frequent check ins to make sure we were on track. Day of, he was exactly what I needed to feel confident nothing would go wrong. He was hard at work making sure the venue was absolutely perfect and that nothing went wrong. Absolutely recommend Ricardo for anyone getting married, honestly anywhere! -

We had hired Ricardo very early on in the process but after deciding on a venue (I do like that he offers a discount if you decide on a venue beforehand). Despite being on the hook with us for over a year, Ricardo was always patient, prompt, and professional from day one. Ricardo is one of a kind. When my then-fiancée hired Ricardo, I was skeptical. Why did we need to pay for someone to find and coordinate with vendors when my fiancée was already capable and doing just that. I felt she wanted a "friend" to be by her side and Ricardo would be duplicative to the process. What I realize now after our ceremony, Ricardo was indispensable. A wedding is an exciting but stressful thing and having someone to handle all of the planning, the communication, the logistics, the day-of coordination (particularly when rain forced our rooftop wedding indoors) is of upmost necessity.
Of course, it helps too that Ricardo is a consummate professional. He is funny, affable, caring, calming, and is keen to make the day as seamless as possible. I never thought Ricardo would be the person I trusted most to tame my nervous energy the day of the wedding.
If you are a couple in search of a wedding planner, you need this man. My wife and I are proud to call him our friend. -

Ricardo coordinated my wedding with my wife in February, on the 22. I can NOT believe how incredible it was. We had hired him back in April of last year, and he was with us every step of the way. We were not super available as we are both super busy with our jobs, but he was nothing but patient, kind, and an incredible guide in this! We have no experience with wedding stuff, and he was not only super easy to get ahold of to explain things, but he has an entire system that allows you to know exactly what you need to do and when. It makes for an ultra low stress planning setup. Near the wedding, he pretty much was able to coordinate everything perfectly, and was able to get FIREWORKS in the center of Dallas. The night was perfect, stress free, and made for the best night of mine and my wife's life so far. This man can do everything you would want and beyond, and I sincerely hope you hire him for your wedding. He took care of us better than anybody I've ever read about, and made the wedding setup as simple and straightforward as possible. -

Ricardo and Haley were exceptionally helpful in guiding us through the planning and execution of two completely different style weddings in the past year. Our oldest daughter was married in Dallas at the Hall of State where all components of the wedding were up to us. We hired all of the vendors under the direction of Ricardo who produced a stunning New Year's Eve Wedding and Reception!
The Lorraine Tomas Group possess the qualities that you expect from your planner; they are very knowledgeable about wedding resources and also patient and kind throughout the planning process which can sometimes get a little rocky along the way!!
Our youngest daughter chose a venue in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The destination event was challenging in new ways that we had not encountered in the local wedding. In the end, we hosted 120 guests for 3 days of pure joy in a beautiful setting! Again, Ricardo and Haley were prepared to negotiate every aspect of this event in another country with a language barrier and a different culture of planning!

I met Ricardo Tomas with Lorraine Tomas Weddings in 2020 when he was coordinating my good friend's wedding. I was in the wedding party, so I spent all day with Ricardo. I saw how attentive he was all day and throughout the evening and how smoothly the wedding ran.
Fast forward two years to my wedding. We needed a coordinator to make it easier on ourselves. Plus, we were planning this Dallas wedding from Massachusetts. I reached out to Ricardo because he made and impression two years prior at my friend's wedding. We hired Ricardo with Lorraine Tomas, and it was the best decision. The wedding wouldn't have gone as smoothly if it hadn't been for him and his team.
He met with us virtually several times to go over ideas and details, and he sorta eases you in guiding you to what decisions need to be made based on how far out you are from the wedding date. Every time we were in town, he would meet with us at the venue to walk through the space and details. Ricardo gave us great recommendations on vendors and even got us quotes. He also gave some great ideas and suggestions I would have never even thought of if it wasn't for him.
On the day of the wedding, he was literally everywhere in a good way. Whenever you needed him, he was right there. He handled everything, and we didn't have to really worry much about the timeline or the event. He made sure we were taken care of, and all we had to do was enjoy the day.
We couldn't have gotten through the wedding without Ricardo's guidance, suggestions, and expertise. He left no stone unturned, and we're forever grateful! -

Extraordinary Destination Wedding!
The Lorraine Tomás team of Ricardo, Rebecca and Haley were amazing! We live in Dallas and decided to get married in Las Vegas. Ricardo made the first trip to Vegas with us and prepared an itinerary of meetings and venue visits in order to finalize the ceremony and reception locations. We made a second visit for tastings, floral selections, entertainment and ceremony details. Once wedding week arrived, all the major decisions were finalized and we were able to concentrate on having a great time with our guests. Our weekend consisted of a Bar Crawl, Welcome Party, Las Vegas Show, Wedding Ceremony, Reception and final Brunch. Last-minute details were handled by the trio and we had a beautiful ceremony! We can’t imagine this process without their assistance and expertise. You are definitely in great hands if you chose the Lorraine Tomás team to plan your wedding experience! -

I cannot speak highly enough of Haley! I mean WOW! I feel like I had my best friend with me all day. She is phenomenal. She handled everything and everyone perfectly it was so easy. The girls loved her, the guys loved her, I love her!! It was the best day of my life. I was so sad it came to an end. I told everyone let’s wake up and do it all again ha! I really hope I can work with them all again one day… I’m trying to figure out more things to plan so I can! Ricardo and Haley both helped me immensely leading up to my big day. Ricardo Tomas, aka The Wedding Architect, was born to plan weddings. His calming demeanor and loving spirit are the perfect catalysts for ensuring that the day is memorable for all the right reasons. Ricardo and his team Rebecca and Haley ensured that there were no hiccups - at least none that we knew of! He calmed my mother-of-the-bride worries in the days leading up to the wedding. He and his team seamlessly coordinated the moving parts of set up and tear down. Prior to the wedding day, Ricardo was a presence throughout the process, assisting my daughter with her dress selection and my son-in-law with his tuxedo, through multiple iterations of the menu, supporting our unconventional decorating plan, and helping keep costs within the budget. The photographer, videographer, and venue manager told me that he is one of their favorite planners and they love working with him which speaks volumes for his professionalism and reputation in the industry.
I can't imagine any other team being there for my daughter's once-in-a-lifetime Perfect Day. -

Ricardo has always been such a genuinely precious individual, and that’s no different for him as a planner. He connected me with fabulous vendors. Our photographer, DJ, print artist, hotels, cakes, specialty mask makers, and location were all perfect!
As with any vendor, it’s important to know all aspects. Being a first year law student while planning my wedding, I left a lot in Ricardo’s hands. However, I told him to ask me anything at any time because I was happy to help during school. My only wish was that we’d gone through a checklist earlier than the week before the wedding because a few things had to be rushed, like the wedding order pamphlets and place cards. Thankfully, the print artist was AMAZING and got everything done quickly and perfectly!
Overall, my wedding was better than I could’ve imagined, and I’m grateful to Ricardo for all he did to make it happen! -

Ricardo and Rebecca with Lorraine Tomás are the best wedding planners in the business! My husband and I started planning our wedding in the fall of 2019 after we got engaged. As much as we knew we would be blending our lives together as husband and wife, our wedding had the tall task of combining two cultures, two families with very different needs and wants, and a very large guest list. Ricardo and Rebecca were our first choice for wedding planners because of their attention to detail and relationships with vendors in the wedding industry. Our wedding was five events total, with two separate religious ceremonies. Rebecca and Ricardo listened to our vision and guided us through picking our venue, negotiating contracts, wardrobe choices, food tastings, stationary needs, and much more. We had to plan our wedding in the Dallas area with us living in North Carolina amid the pandemic, and Rebecca and Ricardo were always available for a Zoom or video conference. They answered every call, text, and email we had (and there were a lot!). When our wedding was postponed from September 2020 due to the pandemic, Rebecca and Ricardo quickly unplanned our first wedding and had all our vendors confirmed for our new date in September 2021 within a week. We had more than a dozen vendors to keep track of between all the wedding events, and the relationships that Rebecca and Ricardo have formed with other wedding professionals ended up saving us money in the end. Every detail of our wedding weekend was perfect, and their team worked tirelessly from putting together welcome boxes all the way to the sparkler exit to make sure it was everything my husband and I had envisioned. We received so many compliments not only about the beautiful décor, the attention to detail, and level of organization, but also about our wonderful wedding planners who made it all possible. Our wedding would not have been the same without Ricardo and Rebecca with Lorraine Tomás! -

Hiring Ricardo was one of the best/easiest vendor decisions we made. We hired him for “day of” services so that we could enjoy our wedding day and it was money well spent. This also including helping up plan out timing of the days leading up to the ceremony, as well as the ceremony and reception. We had 1-2 meetings with Ricardo initially and a Zoom meeting about a month before our event. I am naturally an anxious perfectionist, so having a calming force like Ricardo for our wedding weekend was must. I had 100% confidence that everything would go off without a hitch, and it did! We had a relatively tight budget for a wedding and considered trying to manage the week/day-of coordination ourselves. We're so happy we splurged and paid for Ricardo to help us through our big weekend. He was so helpful in guiding us in the preparation, ensuring the event met our plans and expectations, and then did everything to make sure our wedding was flawless (well, at least we think it was flawless - if there were any issues, they were never apparent - which is why you hire someone as experienced as Ricardo). I am so grateful we hired Ricardo as our planner. He went above and beyond to help us find and select vendors, help us think through and manage the endless bits and pieces to our event. The end result was a BEAUTIFUL and memorable event. I am a busy professional and our wedding was in Dripping Springs and I simply would not have been able to do this without his professional help. Because of him we found our venue, which we fell in love with.

Ricardo made our wedding planning stress free and fun! He thought of everything for our destination wedding and he brought so much professionalism and expertise to our day.
