Wow, where do we start. Linda was born to be a wedding planner; she’s incredibly organized, honest, kind, thoughtful and knows how to keep people (including us!) on track.

Linda stuck with us through three covid-related date changes and three venue changes and we can’t imagine having planned our wedding without her. She kept us on track with our monthly calls and telling us what things we needed to remember and be thinking about/focused on. We appreciated her guidance on everything from décor, details and colors to layout, flow and timeline.

She knows how a fun and enjoyable wedding should be run, what to look for in good vendors and how to work with those vendors to bring out the best in the vision of your wedding.

Linda and Hayli (one of Linda’s top planners) made our day run incredibly smoothly. If anything went wrong, we didn’t know about it because they handled everything seamlessly. They made sure we were well-fed and had drinks in our hands at all times. Linda sweetly reminded me and my parents before we walked down the aisle to take our time and soak in the moment. If there’s anything you want to happen, she will make it happen for you.

Her work on the timeline made the day so relaxed, unrushed and not stressful. She truly cares about her clients and that meant a lot to us.

We worked with Linda Warner and Carrie Warner on the logistics, planning, and details of our wedding and at our wedding as well, and let me tell you, they are on top of it! Our wedding was absolutely perfect and honestly, nothing went wrong which I hear does not usually happen! Linda and Carrie are so organized and professional with everything in advance and communicating with our vendors to making sure we did not forget anything. They organized our timeline, and did such a phenomenal job with helping our wedding run smoothly! Paula assisted Carrie at our wedding, and they both were amazing! They helped us have our fairy tale wedding! I highly recommend hiring them!

Linda was beyond amazing. We booked Pinnacle for our destination wedding. We relied heavily on her for connections to other vendors, planning timelines, design concepts, and many other aspects of the wedding. Linda truly made my wife and I feel at ease with a destination wedding. She had monthly calls to discuss the progress, and as we got closer, the frequency increased. She was involved with all correspondence with the other vendors. Pinnacle has a website that manages timelines, budgets, even floor plans for the event. On the actual wedding day, we had Linda and Anna, who were beyond spectacular. They were instrumental in the success of our stress-free wedding. Linda was so much more than a Wedding Planner. She was our "hype girl", making us feel like the most special people. She was our emotional support, keeping my wife smiling, to ensure her tears of joy wouldn't smudge her makeup until she walked down the isle. She was our timeline wizard, ensuring every aspect was perfectly on time. Anna and Linda encouraged everyone to take pictures (Anna actually taking the pictures) for our Polaroid guestbook. They floated around ensuring every aspect was perfect. Anna & Linda even shifted the outdoor furniture set closer to the fireplace, because the evening got cooler than expected, so everyone could gather around the fire to chat. Pinnacle Weddings (Linda & Anna) were the reason our wedding & reception were perfect. I would recommend them to everyone.

We also used Pinnacle DJ - Davis, who was awesome. You are able to add songs to a playlist online, setting up all the songs you want or don't want, etc before the wedding. Davis called us and discussed our vision for the music, and covered any questions or concerns we may have had. He was so friendly, and made us smile just from our short conversation together. On the wedding day, the officiant potion was perfectly clear, and our vows came across without issues, using only the mic on the officiant. The actual fun began immediately after, as Davis was able to read the room and played perfect songs to engage the guests in dancing, singing, and an provide overall great ambience. Davis set a spectacular environment for our wedding and reception.
