Savannah and her team are incredible designers, planners, and organizers! We utilized the full service package for our wedding in San Diego and it turned out absolutely perfect. Savannah was super easy to work with, highly communicative, and made everything a breeze for us while not missing a single beat herself. She also turned our visions into a reality and we got tons of compliments on how sick the wedding design was - all thanks to Moonbeam and the vendors Savannah found for us! I couldn't have had the wedding I did without Savannah's help. We hired her as a wedding coordinator and she came on around 45 days prior to our big day and helped with everything. As someone who loves to plan, I wanted to have someone I trust to execute all the details so I didn't have to think about anything on our big day and Savannah was exactly that person. She has a great vibe and I highly recommend her to anyone who is getting married. She went above and beyond and went to my dress fitting to learn how to lace up my corset on my dress. She keeps you organized and helped us throw the wedding of our dreams.

Savannah was so great to work with! We used her services for day-of coordination on our big day and couldn't have done it without her. She made sure that everything ran smoothly and everyone knew what was going on. I had a vision for our wedding decor and Savannah made sure everything was set up perfectly as well as adding in extra details to make sure everything was beautiful. We used Moonbeam for their day of package and I am so glad that we did. The day itself was so stress free for us because of all the planning that starts 45 days out with Savannah. She knows events and knows how to keep a bride calm! She handled all of the little things that came up day of and even fixed my MOH's hair that fell out of place right before the ceremony! Savannah also took our vision and made it come to life. She took all of my instructions and did exactly what I asked with our decor. She also neatly packed everything up for us at the end of the night so we could stay organized!! Savannah is extremely hardworking, organized and most importantly kind. We are so thankful to her for making our big day run smooth!

Vittoria was our day of wedding coordinator and she was such a joy to work with. Her services started out 45 days out and we met multiple times and spoke via text or email when needed. She was very responsive and provided helpful suggestions. I always felt relieved after our discussions and she took away a lot of the wedding stress. On the day of, the execution was flawless and my husband and I were truly able to enjoy the day and live in our own bubble of bliss. We are so happy we found Vittoria and we couldn't have done it without her.

My husband and I met Moonbeam Weddings & Events at the Savannah Bridal Expo back in March 2023. Savannah (owner/lead coordinator) was super friendly and professional. She made it seem as if we had hired a friend of ours to help plan our special day. My husband and I choose the "Purely Coordination" package. Savannah set up a meeting with us 45 days out from the wedding to discuss our vision and wedding day needs, and she continued to be available for questions and concerns every day leading up to the event. She even allowed me to give my father (the worry wort) her information so that they could discuss timeline details and make sure everyone was on the same page. God bless her! lol When it came to Wedding Day, Savannah and Marissa really outdid themselves when it came to decorating our dream ceremony and reception. Everything turned out exactly how we wanted it (even though all we did was provide a simple picture!) Thank you for making our wedding vision come to life!

Savannah and Marissa helped us with our destination wedding at Red Gate Farms in March 2024. She was excellent at wrangling all of our vendors leading up to the big day so we didn't have to stress about making sure everyone would show up and do what they were supposed to do. She set out all of our decor which added that special personal touch to the venue and everything looked amazing and just how we had envisioned. Her organization and communication skills made us feel very good that she had everything in line so we wouldn't have to worry. And when the weather turned soggy for us, she was prepped to handle that as well. Would hands down recommend her for any wedding in Savannah!

Savannah was excellent. I booked her for my Day of Coordinator and it was one of the best decisions I made. She took all the stress off of me in my final 2 weeks by coordinating with all of my vendors, she helped set up my florals and decorations, and made the day itself run smoothly by keeping everyone on track and mitigating problems as they arose. I would absolutely recommend her services!

Savannah led us through every step of planning our wedding. She went above and beyond making sure our wedding day was stress free and exactly what we envisioned.
