Sara was a valued, reasonably priced resource in assisting David and Victoria with their pre-wedding plans and on the day of the ceremony/reception. Prior to the wedding, she was helpful providing recommendations on potential vendors to use and always happy to provide helpful insight when they reached out looking for guidance. On the big day, Sara did a great job working behind the scenes to keep everyone on task and on time. She is a true professional and well worth having on anyone's wedding team.

When you find your planner from the recommendation of a wedding coordinator for 4 historic Savannah wedding venues and they tell you that their most favorite wedding planner to work with is Mark Royston of Elegant Savannah Weddings - you’re pretty sure you can’t go wrong. Mark and his team were so accessible, highly professional, reasonably priced and willing to personalize every detail for our 4 events: a bridesmaids royal tea and welcome party at the Historic Harper Fowlkes House, rehearsal dinner at the Chatham Club and an over the top enchanted winter forest waterfront ceremony and reception at the Savannah Yacht Club. There were a lot of moving parts from wedding trolleys to cold weather contingency plans with tent and heaters on standby, chair and linen rentals, etc. Mark has amazing detail timeline planning skills and contacts with all of the local purveyors and hotels - AND he is often able obtain discounted rates! In speaking with various managers of clubs and historic venues, even THEY raved about Mark and ESW. I made a great choice and had an exceptional experience as all four of my events exceeded my expectations and flowed so seamlessly! We were over the moon and so grateful to Mark and his team.

I truly don’t know how to put into words how grateful we are for Susan and the Sincerely Yours Team. Susan took the time to really understand who we are as a couple—our personalities, our style, what mattered to us—and she wove all of that into a wedding day that felt so authentic and meaningful. She remembered the smallest details we casually mentioned months earlier and made sure they were part of our day. She anticipated needs we didn’t even know we had. She stepped in when there were minor and major speed bumps and came up with a solution. She cared about our wedding as if it were her own, and we felt that every step of the way. On the wedding day, Susan was our calm in the chaos. She handled everything behind the scenes with such grace that we were able to be fully present and soak in every moment. When I look back, I don’t think about stress or timelines—I think about how happy and relaxed we were, and that’s 100% because of her and the team. Our wedding was genuinely the best day of our lives, and Susan played such a huge role in making that possible. If you’re looking for someone who is warm, dedicated, incredibly organized, creative, and truly cares, look no further. We adore her and cannot recommend her and the entire Sincerely Yours Events team enough.

Savannah was so great to work with! We used her services for day-of coordination on our big day and couldn't have done it without her. She made sure that everything ran smoothly and everyone knew what was going on. I had a vision for our wedding decor and Savannah made sure everything was set up perfectly as well as adding in extra details to make sure everything was beautiful. Wedding day can be very stressful but having Savannah there made everything better. We highly recommend her for coordination!!

Annie and Chloe made all of our wedding dreams come true! They were super connected in the Savannah market, and were able to help us negotiate with vendors and create an day that truly did maximize value for our budget. Annie even hooked us up with a free boat to arrive at our reception in! It was such a beautiful day, we highly recommend them.

Jen’s dedication to her craft, communication and transparency truly makes her a Master in Savannah- one of the most sought after destinations in the country. Love Actually brought our daughter’s vision to life in a mere month and it was better than we ever could have dreamed. Jen Hintons patience and grace really did remove our panic and replace it with the joy every little girl deserves in her most special day. Thank you Jen and team for your kindness and hard work!

When my fiance and I got engaged last October, we were quickly overwhelmed by the amount of things we needed to quickly reserve and make decisions on. My mom came across Rachel's profile and recommended her. We reached out and were sitting down for coffee days after that initial call. Rachel is extremely organized, professional, sweet and easy to work with. She has a very calm nature about her that immediately put me at ease. We chose Rachel as a partial planner and she was quick with follow-ups, recommendations, bookings, ect. She was available as frequently or infrequently we wanted to meet and always brought a reputable perspective to all of her suggestions. 10/10 would work with her again. She is incredible!

Cannot recommend Ellen enough! She was professional, responsive, kind, and organized! Our original day of coordinator was unable to make our wedding due to a health concern, so Ellen stepped in two days before the big day. I was stressed at first, but then after talking to her, I was able to relax fully! Ellen gave me full confidence that she would go over all of our wedding details ahead of the rehearsal and she was in control! Ellen rocked! Literally my whole family has told me how impressed they were with her! My husband and I felt completely relaxed and were able to enjoy the entire day!
