Sara is a true expert in her craft! She is organized, professional, kind, and will make your special day feel completely effortless. Sara worries about all the details so you don’t have to! Events by Sara Kyleen - a trusted, experienced wedding resource

Sara was a valued, reasonably priced resource in assisting David and Victoria with their pre-wedding plans and on the day of the ceremony/reception. Prior to the wedding, she was helpful providing recommendations on potential vendors to use and always happy to provide helpful insight when they reached out looking for guidance. On the big day, Sara did a great job working behind the scenes to keep everyone on task and on time. She is a true professional and well worth having on anyone's wedding team.

I see a lot of wedding planners

I'm a wedding officiant so I get to see a lot of wedding planners at work. I did a wedding with Sara recently, and was very impressed with both her organization and her calm demeanor. She made the whole day relaxed, peaceful, and joyful. Her work made it possible for everyone else to enjoy the importance of the moment. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

Kind, Professional, Organized!

From the first call we had with Sara she was extremely professional, organized, and kind. Throughout the wedding planning process, we could always email her with any questions and she would get back to us in a timely manner. On the day of the wedding, she had everything perfectly set up by the time we got to the venue. There were a few things we were SUPER specific about like lighting and décor, and she made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. During the wedding she kept everything on time, and she was the perfect mix of being attentive but also falling back to allow us to be in the moment and enjoy the day. Overall, our wedding was pretty perfect, and I believe Sara was a large part of that. I would recommend her to anyone.

Sara is one of a kind!

I truly am not sure what I would have done without her! She was there EVERY step of the way for all our needs and more! Her responsiveness, professionalism and organizational skills are impeccable. Highly Recommend Sara

I would recommend Sara as your wedding coordinator 10/10 times. She was wonderful and was on top of everything! We simply couldn’t have had a more organized wedding. Sara is quick to respond and will go out of her way to plan and help in anyway possible. She is very professional and puts together a wonderful plan.

Best Wedding Coordinator!

Sara is the best wedding coordinator! Better than what we could have imagined and we could not have had the wedding of our dreams without her! She was so communicative, gave direction when needed, set up everything beautifully and so much more. We are SO thankful for her!

Perfect Wedding Day!

Choosing your wedding planner is one of the most important decisions to make for your special day! You want to ensure they understand your vision, ideas, wants, and needs as well as staying in constant contact with you during the whole process. I can whole heartedly say we got that when we chose Sara to be our wedding coordinator! Best. Decision. Ever! Sara is wonderful at paying close attention to every detail you want, providing any guidance needed. She stays on top of everything and in contact with you throughout your wedding journey. She builds amazing relationships with vendors making that portion of planning even easier! Having Sara by my side on my wedding day made me feel calm and confident our special day would be perfect, and it was!

Magical Baby Shower

I chose Sara to help plan my baby shower. This is my one and only baby so I wanted this event to be large and fancy! And let me say, Sara did not disappoint. I didn't have to do anything - she asked me some questions, I made a few decisions on food, and the rest was handled. My shower went off without a hitch, the food was incredible, and everything was perfect. I had an amazing time. Thank you Sara!
