Of every single vendor we hired and worked with to create our dream wedding, Moonbeam Weddings deserves the highest of praise and ALL of the credit. There are so many wonderful things to say about both Savannah and her assistant, Vittoria.
If you are searching for a wedding planner who will honor and celebrate your very unique love and your ideas that may be far from the mainstream, your search is over. Savannah is wonderful, patient, organized unlike any other, creative, and simply a miracle worker. We could not be more grateful for her role in designing our dream wedding and all of her effort bringing it to life.
Savannah was our rock, our guide, and our savior from the moment we hired her until even now, days after the wedding. We truly could not have pulled off our dream wedding without her. From the very first meeting with Savannah, she saw us for the unique, quirky, alternative couple that we were. But most of all, she saw the vision we had for our big day and helped us turn that vision into a reality.
When we first started planning, we had little more than ideas that felt very out there. Savannah took those ideas and brought them to life, creating the perfect wedding celebration for us. So many pieces of our wedding seemed abstract up until the morning of (when they were all still in boxes around the venue). But once Savannah and Vittoria arrived, they took all of those pieces and curated the most perfect wedding celebration. Savannah is so attentive to detail and organized that we felt very safe trusting her to keep everything organized and in order.
We heard from every one of our guests that the theme of our wedding was “Mandi and Joe” because of how authentic each little detail was to us. Our wedding day was everything we originally dreamed of and so much more thanks to Savannah and Vittoria.
All of the other vendors we worked with have also expressed to us how wonderful and ahead of every road block Savannah was, every step of the way. We got to show up and be 100% present in the moment during our wedding thanks to her. -

Savannah and Marissa helped us with our destination wedding at Red Gate Farms in March 2024. She was excellent at wrangling all of our vendors leading up to the big day so we didn't have to stress about making sure everyone would show up and do what they were supposed to do. She set out all of our decor which added that special personal touch to the venue and everything looked amazing and just how we had envisioned. Her organization and communication skills made us feel very good that she had everything in line so we wouldn't have to worry. And when the weather turned soggy for us, she was prepped to handle that as well. Would hands down recommend her for any wedding in Savannah! -

Savannah was excellent. I booked her for my Day of Coordinator and it was one of the best decisions I made. She took all the stress off of me in my final 2 weeks by coordinating with all of my vendors, she helped set up my florals and decorations, and made the day itself run smoothly by keeping everyone on track and mitigating problems as they arose. I would absolutely recommend her services! -

Friendly, Professional, Great Vision!
My husband and I met Moonbeam Weddings & Events at the Savannah Bridal Expo back in March 2023. Savannah (owner/lead coordinator) was super friendly and professional. She made it seem as if we had hired a friend of ours to help plan our special day. My husband and I choose the "Purely Coordination" package. Savannah set up a meeting with us 45 days out from the wedding to discuss our vision and wedding day needs, and she continued to be available for questions and concerns every day leading up to the event. She even allowed me to give my father (the worry wort) her information so that they could discuss timeline details and make sure everyone was on the same page. God bless her! lol When it came to Wedding Day, Savannah and Marissa really outdid themselves when it came to decorating our dream ceremony and reception. Everything turned out exactly how we wanted it (even though all we did was provide a simple picture!) Thank you for making our wedding vision come to life! -

Working with Savannah was so much fun and super smooth. From the very beginning she understood my vision, what I liked and knew exactly how to execute it.
Savannah was so professional and organized, I trusted her judgement and recommendations 100%. She even helped me navigate stressful situations prior to the big day.
What truly stood out was Savannah's remarkable ability to appreciate and embrace diverse cultural backgrounds. Given that our wedding brought together two different cultural heritages, she skillfully helped us blend in the best of both worlds. As a bride, I did not have to worry about a single thing for my wedding. I would 1000% recommend working with her to anyone and everyone! -

My wife and I loved working with Vittoria from Moonbeam for our magical DTLA wedding! From the instant we booked our Purely Coordination package, she was a friendly and enthusiastic partner, cheerleader, and occasional therapist leading up to our big day. She was super organized and always on top of every little detail, while also somehow managing to be a cheerful and easygoing presence throughout the planning process. On the day of the wedding, she executed a fun and flawless event, making sure we were taken care of at every turn. I don't even know if there were any hiccups on the day because Vittoria always handled everything effortlessly and with a smile. We truly feel like our wedding was perfect, and it wouldn't have been possible without Moonbeam! -

Moonbeam Weddings is THE BEST!
Savannah and her team at Moonbeam Weddings are the absolute best, and I will never stop recommending them! Savannah takes the time to understand you as a person, not just the task at hand, in order to make your wedding vision come to life. I was completely lost as a new bride trying to find vendors, and all of her recommendations and contacts were perfect and better than what I imagined! She’s also an excellent communicator and really takes care of you every step of the way. Not only does she kept in constant communication with you, but she also stays on top of your vendors and keeps you in the loop with them as well. As someone with ADHD, I definitely appreciated all of the follow ups and reminders to keep me on track! She also provides the most helpful breakdowns, schedules, and emails which made everything that needed to get done super clear and easy to communicate to both my vendors and family whenever they had questions. I had a lot of last minute changes also, and she was more than accommodating and patient where others might have broken down. On the day of, she and Vittoria were absolutely professional, kept everything on schedule, but still made sure I was making time to enjoy myself. Ever since the wedding, I have been getting nothing but compliments saying how my wedding was the best my guests had ever been to, and I owe a LOT of that praise to Savannah and Moonbeam Weddings for bringing everything I envisioned to life. I highly, highly recommend them!!! -

Wonderful Wedding Coordinator !
Savannah was an absolute pleasure to work with during our wedding planning process and flawlessly executed our perfect wedding day !
We hired Savannah for Month of Coordination though she graciously attended design meetings and venue walk through with us prior to her committed timeframe. She also introduced us to our videographer via her vendor recommendations who was phenomenal!
We would highly recommend Savannah to be a part of your big day! She provided wonderful suggestions throughout the process and herded the cats both at our rehearsal and on the big day. She made sure we were attended to and even gave us a little gift at our first meeting ! 10/10 would recommend -

I recently worked a wedding with Savannah as the DJ and it was awesome working with her and her team. We had the wedding at a tricky venue as far as logistics were concerned and Savannah worked with me to ensure that everything ran smoothly and the music was perfect for the couple! As a vendor I always appreciate a planner who will work with me to ensure everything goes well and, as a couple getting married, you WILL appreciate it on your wedding day too when everything is running smoothly! -

I recently worked with Savannah and Moonbeam Weddings for a wedding at the Estate on Second in Santa Ana, CA (I'm a wedding DJ). Savannah was organized, pleasant to work with, and her team made the venue look incredible. Her timeline was extremely thorough, and this helped the wedding flow smoothly. The couple we worked with was very happy. Savannah and her team even helped me pack up at the evening (wedding planners never do this). It's the little details like this that separate the best wedding planners from the average ones! -

I had the pleasure of working with Vittoria and Moonbeam Weddings for a wedding that was held at my venue in May of 2023 in Los Angeles California. Vittoria was everything we wanted in a coordinator, she was communicative, calm, took charge of everything and ultimately was a pleasure to work with. She made sure everything ran smoothly from start to end, and handled all the moving parts like a seasoned professional would... not to mention she was just a blast to work with.
Nothing but wonderful things to say about her and this company, if you are looking for a coordinator for your wedding, you can't go wrong with them!!!
