If you are getting married in the surrounding Milwaukee area, you need to book Jenna to coordinate for you. I simply cannot say enough about her. From her attention to detail to her ability to calm nerves and anxiety she is beyond worth trust your day with. She is as professional as they come, and comes with a plethora of ideas when it feels as though you can’t think through any more details. Jenna also handles issues that arise behind the scenes and without adding stress and worry which is worth every penny day of. She actually found several mistakes in contracts we had signed and got us a major credit towards our final payment with our venue. Again, I cannot reiterate, invest in Jenna…you will not regret it!

We hired Jenna as our month-of coordinator for our December 2023 wedding. Our friends recommended Jenna and Mitch after using their services for their wedding a year prior and we are so glad they did, because hiring Jenna as our coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From the beginning, Jenna was super easy to talk to and made us feel comfortable and confident about our wedding tasks. Leading up to the wedding, Jenna communicated with our vendors, attended some of our vendor planning meetings (even 6 months in advance), kept us on track, and gave us countless advice. Jenna has impeccable communication and organization skills. She truly thought of everything which made our lives so much easier; plus, it was great to have someone to bounce ideas off of and ask those silly questions. Her fun, easy-going attitude made us looked forward to our weekly meetings during the last 6 weeks!

On our wedding day, Jenna and her team did it all and executed our day flawlessly! It's impossible to list all of the tasks she completed but some notable ones include our entire wedding setup, coordinating with our vendors, end-of-the-night cleanup, late night snack execution with Ian's Pizza, and general wedding shenanigans. We received countless compliments from our guests on how perfect our day was and how lucky we were to have such an amazing wedding coordinator.
