I knew from the second I got on the phone with Meredith that she was going to be amazing, and she definitely exceeded all my expectations. Her and her team went above and beyond to make my wedding the most spectacular day I could have ever dreamed. Meredith is so wonderful to work with and we became fast friends for life! She knew exactly what I wanted, before I could even articulate it myself. Her knowledge of the industry and vendor relationships is unmatched. She will do whatever it takes to make sure you are getting exactly what you want. Her vision is spot on, and she sure knows how to make something stand out visually. Meredith is always available and such a great communicator. She is up front, honest, personable, hilarious and truly a gem. Not to mention, her calm demeanor was exactly what I needed on the day of my wedding. She totally kept me calm and took on every hiccup without me ever knowing what was going on. I hired Ella with Light as a Feather for my Daughters wedding in the late fall of 2024. I dragged my feet thinking I could pull off the wedding on my own. As I began the process , I quickly became overwhelmed with all the details involved in pulling off a beautiful stress free wedding. Hiring Ella was quite possible the best wedding decision I made. Ella took over all the daunting details with professionalism , enthusiasm and an eye for detail . She kept us on track , always with a smile and positive attitude . Ella planned several weddings last season but always made us feel like our wedding was of utmost importance. I guarantee she made all her brides feel the exact same way . The wedding itself was magical and Ella specifically made the day so easy for all of us . I was not worried in the least with her at the helm . Ella and her team had to move and light hundreds of candles and move 200 chairs. This was done happily and if there were any problems I never knew of them . All of our guests raved about how great the wedding was … every single part of it . My recommendation is to hire this gem of a planner as soon as you’re engaged, I promise you’ll have a stress free planning process and a beautiful memorable wedding .

We got paired with Chloe and we could not have asked for a better coordinator to help us bring our vision to life. She was super organized and made sure we had everything we needed. We told her our day would have been an absolute mess without her help! If you're on the fence about needing a Day of Coordinator, get one!!! We didn't have to worry about literally anything day of because Chloe made sure it was handled for us. Seriously can't say enough great things about her!
