We had the most amazing experience with OBEC I can not recommend them enough! Deanna is a star and has the best team around her. My husband and I love planning and logistics so the day of coordinator (sprout package) was the perfect choice both in level of involvement by OBEC and the price was very fair. We were so fortunate to get to work with Ellie as our coordinator and are honestly sad planning is over we enjoyed working with her so much. From the start Ellie was fast to respond and really went above and beyond to understand our vision and give thoughtful guidance. The google drive you are given to help all aspects of the planning process is worth the money alone, we would have been so lost without all the amazing guides, checklists, ideas, and recommendations that came with it. At the 2 months our, Ellie completely took over and we didn't have to worry about a single thing it was like magic. She handled all communications and logistics including final walk throughs which she attended with us and made sure everything we didn't think to ask or consider (which was a lot) was handles. Day of, Ellie worked so hard to bring our vision to life and it was the most beautiful, perfect, streamlined day of our lives. Everything went perfectly to plan and we were completely care and worry free the entire day. We could not be more thankful to Ellie and Deanna and the rest of the OBEC team for making our wedding planning so enjoyable, easy, and fun! Like seriously, when have you ever heard of wedding planning being fun and enjoyable? We can't recommend them enough, we have told everyone this was the best money we have ever spent!

We worked with Ellie from Olive Branch Events Co., and it was seriously the best decision we could have made! Ellie’s personality is easy going and so detail-oriented. She made sure we were on top of everything planning-wise leading up to our day and was a huge help communicating with vendors. I couldn’t imagine the venue and all of our decor looking so beautiful without her! Her team doing all of the clean up towards the end of the night seriously saved us so much time, I couldn’t imagine not having them there! Ellie is the best! ❤️

I LOVED working with Deanna--she and her team are very detail-oriented and were so, so helpful, kind, and committed to making our day happen how we wanted it to. Deanna was enthusiastic about my ideas and completely understood what I was going for! Lots of helpful recommendations for vendors and ideas, both logistics-wise and design-wise. Deanna shared resources with me where we could keep track of ideas and planning details, so I felt that we were always on track and I knew what was happening. Superb communication throughout the process. The day of was an absolute DREAM. Deanna made sure things ran smoothly--I didn't have to worry about a thing, which was amazing!

I was on the fence about hiring a DOC, but looking back I don't know what I would have done without OBEC and Kelly Nee. Our wedding was last weekend and Kelly was instrumental in making the day run smoothly. I never would have imagined that my wedding day would be entirely stress-free but somehow it was thanks to Kelly. She was more than a DOC - she started assisting me months before my wedding, putting together my timeline, coordinating with my vendors, and offering help and answering my many questions along the way. On the big day, she took care of decorating our space and ensuring everyone was where they needed to be. The day was perfect and if anything went wrong, I was not aware of it. The whole OBEC team is full of wonderful people and I can't recommend them enough.

Deanna and her team absolutely crushed it for helping us plan our wedding. I had the privilege of knowing Deanna for nearly 2 years (contacted her in fall of 2019 married in September of 2021). I came to her panicked because I have a hard time keeping myself on schedule, that planning a wedding was simply overwhelming. Deanna had a calm and confident presence about her as I would come to her regarding questions/concerns about wedding planning. She helped me reach out to vendors, as the "right" questions, design invitations/signs, helped decide what was wedding industry "fluff" and what was actually needs. Deanna never made me feel worried on the day of our wedding. It is inevitable that hiccups would happen throughout the day, but she never let them phase her. One of my favorite memories of having OBEC apart of my team was simply looking over at them and knowing that they were not just a vendor team, throughout this process they truly became friends to me. I could not recommend Deanna and her team more.

Having OBEC be a part of our wedding team was possibly one of the very BEST decisions we made! We knew from the start that we would need some wedding planning support, since our venue did not include day-of coordination. Deanna and Kelly delivered above and beyond what we could have ever imagined.

Throughout the planning process, it was so so helpful to be able to bounce design ideas off of Kelly. Her insights and perspectives gave a lot of clarity and direction to our many ideas! Beyond that, the planning system/software OBEC offered access to really pulled everything together. It helped us stay organized and easily make edits to our guest list and vendor information and stay in sync! The detailed checklist kept us on track and always made us feel like we were in control of the many things that had to get done before the wedding day!

However, the very best part of working with OBEC was being able to trust that everything would be taken care of on our wedding day without us ever having to worry at all. The day of our wedding, everything ran SO smoothly and everything was brought together BEAUTIFULLY. The amount of work that was done in the background, without us ever having to worry or weigh in was truly incredible. I went in to hair and makeup first thing in the morning, and by early afternoon I walked out and saw that all our rentals and boxes full of wedding day details and decor were perfectly laid out in the most BEAUTIFUL manner by Kelly and were ready for the day!!! I nearly cried when I saw how it had all been brought together so perfectly! Alex and I were both just wowed. At the end of the night, we similarly did not have to worry about packing up! Kelly and her team put everything away in its appropriate place, and all we had to do was say goodbye to our guests and hop in our car! It was such a gift to not have to spend our wedding night packing up boxes or asking family and friends to assist.

Planning a wedding is a huge undertaking! When we were looking for a wedding planner our main motivation was to provide ourselves and our families peace of mind the day of the wedding that things would be taken care of. We were stressed out about who would be running the show the day of and concerned that if we needed to focus on all the logistics we would miss out on the fun, so we decided to look for a wedding planner. The best part of working with Olive Branch and Deanna was our planning meetings. Every meeting felt productive and the follow up afterwards was also very thorough and helpful. I would definitely recommend working with Deanna and her team because they do a great job of getting to know you, and figuring out your needs. Our wedding went so well, and looked BEAUTIFUL! Despite the challenges of planning our wedding 6 different ways during the COVID pandemic, Deanna was always willing to troubleshoot and make our dreams a reality. Deanna and her team are organized, methodical, professional, and so friendly to work with.

As our wedding day approached, the OBEC team kicked into high-gear and took care of SO many details for us. I honestly don’t know how we would have done it without them! OBEC made the months/weeks/days leading up to the wedding much more enjoyable, and come the wedding day we were able to relax and enjoy the day without worrying about the timeline, vendors, etc.

I would HIGHLY recommend hiring Deanna and her team to help plan your wedding weekend. My husband and I are both very detail oriented people, and there were still so many logistics that we didn’t think of! Deanna was great about filling those gaps and putting out little fires for us.
