Kristen and her mom made my event a success and I have NO idea what I would have done without them. Where do I even begin? First of all, all the pre-planning was so fun and easy. Kristen really listens and does an amazing job incorporating her own sense of (amazing) style and professionalism into her suggestions, which totally leveled up the entire event. She went above and beyond in every sense. She was the glue that held all the pieces together the day of. I have no idea how people put on an event without help, good, good help. And if you want the best, most kindest, hardworking ladies to bring your vision to life, choose Kristen at Ivory and Company. There were several things that I had not quite communicated well but she made game-time judgement calls in the set-up that were so clutch. It was the best investment I made in the entire wedding planning process. Kristen was professional, calm, kind, SO HARDWORKING, intuitive, adaptable and CRUCIAL in the weeks leading up to and especially the big day. just wow. It's been 9 months since the wedding and I still talk with my family about how we never would have pulled it off without Kristen. THANK YOU!!!

Working with Kirstin and her amazing team was honestly one of the choices I made. I debated about a day of coordinator from the beginning and finally reach out to Kristin and it clicked for me that I needed this. Kristin and her team handled everything from set up to take down and it was the biggest weight lifted off my shoulders. I walked into our reception all of the decorations we had ready to go and they looked perfect. Then at the end worrying about the cake and extra food they took or all to the respected cars and places to go. I didn’t lift a finger and loved that feeling. Planning a wedding is not easy, but watching it get from start to end is amazing and I was able to see this flow of everything with ease. Kristin and her team were amazing and I’d hire them again in a heartbeat! If you’re looking for a stress free day of wedding hire her!

Kristin is an amazing wedding day coordinator! She was very responsive and helped me talk through all of the different aspects of the day. I gave her all of my plans and vision of where I wanted things and general flow of the day and she ran with it! I don't think I needed to answer one additional question from her on wedding day which was such a relief. If something was out of place she fixed it without my knowledge because we vibed so well and she knew what I would like and ran with it. She did everything from set up to take down without me lifting a finger. Highly recommend her to anyone.

I had Kristin and Anita as my day of coordinators for my wedding! They were so so nice and completed everything I asked! The communication leading up to the wedding day was great! I would recommend them to anyone getting married! It helps so much having someone take care of clean up and small tasks during the day! Your wedding day goes by way to fast and to have Kristin and Anita help the day go by smoothly and be point of contact for all other vendors is HUGE!!!! BOOK THEM! You will not be disappointed:)

Kristin came in and helped with set up and tear down at our wedding. I showed up and was amazed at her work. She is organized and responsive. My mom was on coordinator duty and she had nothing but positive things to say. If you need a coordinator go with Kristin you will not be disappointed!!!

I’m an extremely type A, anxious bride and Kristin put my mind at ease. During our pre-wedding coordination meetings she reassured me over and over that she could handle everything on my list and she was just so kind and understanding. She asked questions to help prepare for the day that I hadn’t even thought about which was so helpful. I even decided that I needed to extend the number of hours I needed her help a few weeks before the wedding and she was so willing to help for whatever times I needed.

On the day of the wedding, her and her husband did such an amazing job setting up. Truly without their help, the venue simply would not have been set up. They handled every problem that came up the day of that I hadn’t even known there were issues (like water leaking all night on the floor from melting ice) until a few family members told me the following day. They truly are the best and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs any day of help or coordination.

We hired Ivory and Company to provide Day of Wedding coordination for my son’s wedding. It was the first wedding in our family so we didn’t really know what we needed and what to expect. I thought I was organized, but as the date approached I realized there were many things I didn’t know and wouldn’t have time to do on the wedding day. I saw the ads on Wedding Wire and interviewed a few different coordinators. Kristen stood out right away—she was responsive and an excellent communicator— and I liked her calm and friendly nature right from the start. She was organized and professional. She helped with the timeline and coordination with our vendors. She helped us think through all the details.
On the day of the wedding she and her mom were just over the top amazing. They showed up right on time and got to work. Our ceremony and reception were at the UW Memorial Union in Madison, and they decorated and organized everything just perfectly. We had a combination of professional florals and DIY decorations, and Kristen and her mom were great at this. They followed directions and ideas that I had, and other times when I said “just make it pretty” they exceeded all my expectations! They were calm and inconspicuous, NO DRAMA, and helped make everything run smoothly. I didn’t have to worry at all.
At the end of the night, they quietly cleaned everything up, and organized it all better than I could have ever done. It was an enormous relief to have everything packed up for us so perfectly.
I cannot recommend Ivory and Company enough. Even if you think you are organized and have many offers from friends and family to help—hire Kristen to do this. You’d rather be on the dance floor with those friends than asking them to clean and pack up! Planning in advance helps avoid so many day-of stressors, and having them there to manage the details and pack everything up was invaluable. Top notch work, thank you Ivory and Company!

Kristin was an absolute life saver on the day of our wedding. We found out last minute (about a month before our wedding) that our venue and our florist would not help us with setting up our personal decor or moving it during our room flip. Kristin responded to my inquiry quickly and we chatted with her about what we needed and she reassured us that she could handle it. Kristin and her mom set up our ceremony BEAUTIFULLY and then moved over 50 vases with candles from the ceremony to our reception set up during the room flip. Everything looked absolutely beautiful. After our reception, they came back to help pack everything back up for us. I truly cannot recommend Kristin enough. She was able to take a huge stress off of us and the fact that she offers a per hour option was amazing because we only needed help for a few hours at the beginning of the night and then an hour at the end. Love her flexibility, communication, etc etc. Go with Ivory and Company if you are looking for a day of coordinator!

Side note: Kristin even left a bottle of champagne for us on our gift table. Above and beyond. She’s amazing.

Kristin was so great to work with! She understood our vision from our first conversation and was so willing to help in any way possible! The day was absolutely perfect and I know a huge part was due to Kristin. The day went so fast that I am bummed I did not get more time to talk with Kristin!
