Not only did Kristin help us through one postponement, but she also assisted us as we planned our Wisconsin wedding from out of state (...twice considering we moved from New York to Iowa between the first and final date). My wife and I hired Kristin with Natural Elegance to assist with the planning of our wedding and she was nothing short of amazing. Well where do I start…
Kristin is AMAZING. I went to school for event management and have worked in the industry most recently as a Director of Events at a country club. I knew when it came to my wedding I didn’t want to work it. I wanted to be a bride and be present. The first step to that was to hire Kristin. We hired her for full planning and it was worth every penny. We had an immense amount of personal challenges hit us prior to our wedding and Kristin was able to keep us on task and help us navigate planning during the hardest times of our life. She was upbeat, supportive and caring. She helped us with the overall design of the day, timeline, vendors, budget, day-of coordination, and so much more. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking to have a professional, responsive, organized planner for your big day!

My wife and I originally planned our wedding for the summer of 2020, but had to postpone due to COVID. We were originally going to do the wedding planning ourselves, but through a series of events, ended up moving across the country, while our wedding was still in Wisconsin. It was at this point that we decided we needed some help.

We were incredibly impressed with how Kristin and Natural Elegance handled the planning for us. My wife and I are not organized people, and had a lot going on with our big move on top of the wedding. Kristin was patient with us, took care of everything, and made sure that we stayed on top of what needed to be done.

This alone was what we hoped for when we chose to hire a wedding planner, but Kristin went above and beyond. When we got to the week of the wedding, we had a wedding dress emergency and needed alterations done within just a few days. Kristin helped keep calm and found us someone to get the alterations done just in time.

On the day of, Kristin was amazing at keeping us on track with the schedule, getting everything set up, and making sure we didn't have anything to worry about. Any time things didn't go quite according to plan, Kristin always told us not to worry about it and had a solution.

I can genuinely say that I don't think our wedding day would have been as incredible as it was if we didn't have Kristin's help, and I would recommend her to anyone planning their wedding.

We are so happy we hired natural elegance to plan our wedding! We were initially only looking for a day of coordinator but after our first meeting with Kristin we decided to work with her for our entire wedding. Kristin was amazing and so knowledgeable throughout the entire process. All of our vendors loved working with her. She checked in frequently and kept me on track with spreadsheets and calendars. Our day went off without a hitch and was a dream come true thanks to the natural elegance team!

Now that we are finally through the wedding planning and the wedding itself, I can confidently say that Kristin was by far the best investment we made for our big day!

We originally hired Kristin to help us plan our wedding and then execute that plan on our wedding day--but, WOW, she did way more than we could have ever imagined. It's hard to put into words just how helpful Kristin was, so I'll share a few examples:

My husband and I had to postpone our 2020 wedding due to COVID. Kristin helped us throughout the postponement process, and we picked back up on planning in early 2021. At that time, we were still hearing so many conflicting viewpoints on the news and from our families and friends, which led to so much more dread and stress on our end. We had no idea if we would be able to have our dream wedding or if we would have to postpone yet again--but then, Kristin came in. She provided facts, guidance, and constant reassurance to help get us re-excited about wedding planning. It's so nice to have someone in your corner who truly understands the entire planning process, and how to help execute that plan for you and your significant other.

I consider myself a pretty organized person, but Kristin's organization skills are next level. She helped us to put together a very detailed itinerary for the entire wedding weekend, and then she created different versions of that document based on the audience that would be viewing it. I was able to provide an extremely detailed itinerary to all of our vendors, and then a high-level overview of the weekend for our wedding party and families. Everyone was beyond impressed by this; but, what impressed them (and me) even more was seeing Kristin in action. She ran our entire rehearsal walkthrough (which is no easy feat with our chaotic wedding party), and then was there the day of our wedding from 9:30 - 7:30 pm to make sure everything ran smoothly.

We ran out of ice at our wedding (who knew 600 lbs. wouldn't be enough for 170 people?!) and Kristin acted swiftly to have more ice delivered to our venue before many of our guests even realized it was gone. My husband and I didn't even know about the ice dilemma until days after the wedding!

Your wedding day will be overwhelming in the best way possible. Having Kristin there to manage the unforeseen will help to make your wedding day even that much more special. If you are on the fence at all about hiring a wedding planner, DO IT. And don't pick just any wedding planner--get yourself a Kristin. :)
