Kristin and the Natural Elegance team were an absolute integral part of our wedding - I can say, in full confidence, that our wedding was such a success because Kristin and her team. For starters, she is such a pleasure to work with. She is so kind, professional, organized, responsive, creative - everything you could want (and need!) in a wedding planner or coordinator. As a COVID bride with one postponement, our planning process was a bit trying at times, but having Kristin there to assist and guide us through the chaos was such a blessing. She was always ahead of deadlines, flawlessly communicated and organized with the other vendors, and did everything in her power to ensure our wedding vision was brought to life. Our wedding day was totally stress free as we had the utmost confidence with Kristin there. Without a doubt, choosing Natural Elegance to be part of our wedding was the best decision we made during the entire process and we would recommend her team to any couples out there! My wife and I hired Kristin with Natural Elegance to assist with the planning of our wedding and she was nothing short of amazing. We are a COVID wedding couple whos venue and dates had changed on multiple occasions with the pandemic developments. Kristin was able to help take the burden of rescheduling vendors etc. and put our concerns to rest that our wedding would be the day we were hoping it would. On our wedding day Kristin handled everything, allowing us, our bridal party, and our family to relax and enjoy the night completely. Kristin is organized, communicative, really got to know us, and truly listened to our vision and helped make it come to life. All in all we couldn't have been happier with the level of service we received and would 10/10 recommend hiring Kristin and Natural Elegance to help with your wedding planning. -

Well where do I start…
Kristin is AMAZING. I went to school for event management and have worked in the industry most recently as a Director of Events at a country club. I knew when it came to my wedding I didn’t want to work it. I wanted to be a bride and be present. The first step to that was to hire Kristin. We hired her for full planning and it was worth every penny. We had an immense amount of personal challenges hit us prior to our wedding and Kristin was able to keep us on task and help us navigate planning during the hardest times of our life. She was upbeat, supportive and caring. She helped us with the overall design of the day, timeline, vendors, budget, day-of coordination, and so much more. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking to have a professional, responsive, organized planner for your big day! -

5 Stars for Natural Elegance!
I cannot recommend Kristin and Natural Elegance enough! I started wedding planning on my own and was feeling so stressed by the process. After hiring Kristin I was able to relax and enjoy the process. Kristin is an amazing listener and really helped me realize my vision of the day. She is thoughtful and organizer and knew all the right questions to ask me and our vendors. Every call with her left me feeling relaxed and reassured that our day would be perfect (and it was!). On the day itself Kristin was on top of all the details big and small. She was there every step of the way to keep things on track and running smoothly. Thanks to Kristin, I was able to be present and enjoy every moment of the day. During and after the reception, I received so many compliments and requests for Kristin's info. Hands down the best money I spent on my wedding. Thank you so much Kristin! -

My wife and I originally planned our wedding for the summer of 2020, but had to postpone due to COVID. We were originally going to do the wedding planning ourselves, but through a series of events, ended up moving across the country, while our wedding was still in Wisconsin. It was at this point that we decided we needed some help.
We were incredibly impressed with how Kristin and Natural Elegance handled the planning for us. My wife and I are not organized people, and had a lot going on with our big move on top of the wedding. Kristin was patient with us, took care of everything, and made sure that we stayed on top of what needed to be done.
This alone was what we hoped for when we chose to hire a wedding planner, but Kristin went above and beyond. When we got to the week of the wedding, we had a wedding dress emergency and needed alterations done within just a few days. Kristin helped keep calm and found us someone to get the alterations done just in time.
On the day of, Kristin was amazing at keeping us on track with the schedule, getting everything set up, and making sure we didn't have anything to worry about. Any time things didn't go quite according to plan, Kristin always told us not to worry about it and had a solution.
I can genuinely say that I don't think our wedding day would have been as incredible as it was if we didn't have Kristin's help, and I would recommend her to anyone planning their wedding. -

I will always always recommend Kristin and her team to help coordinate your wedding. We hired her to help us starting about 6 months out, and she was so helpful keeping us organized with the vendor contact info, schedule for the day, and helping to make sure our whole day ran smoothly. Most notably, she helped us with so many last minute adds and helped us to make our transition to an inside ceremony seamless. She also helped us with our rehearsal, to help ensure everyone knew what to do and where to be. Thank you Kristin for all your help. We couldn't have done it without her! -

Kristin and Sam were so great! If you are thinking "do I really need a wedding planner/coordinator?" ... the answer is YES! They help you make sure all the details have been considered and also are a HUGE help in communicating with vendors. There were many things that Kristin would remind me of or ask me about and I would be like "wow thank god you're here I didn't even think about that"
On the day of our wedding Natural Elegance was at the venue bright and early to make sure that all of the deliveries were made and that all the decorations were set up perfectly. Kristin is so responsive, I would email or text her a question and she would get me an answer right away.
Because of COVID, we had to make major changes to our wedding (twice). Without batting an eye, Kristin handled ALL of these changes for me. Natural Elegance made it so that I was able to truly enjoy every minute of wedding planning!Natural Elegance Events's reply:

I truly cannot find the words to express my praise and gratitude for Kristin and the entire Natural Elegance team. We worked with Kristin for 14 months to plan our wedding throughout a global pandemic. Despite the constant changes in the wedding industry, Kristin radiated positivity in every meeting and email and it was so reassuring.
Throughout the planning process, Kristin helped keep us on schedule, suggested vendors that had not crossed my radar, and organized everything so beautifully. It was a true partnership and made the process enjoyable.
Kristin was a rockstar in the week(s) leading up to the wedding. She answered vendor questions before I even had a chance to read an email and was checking in to update me when needed. I am forever grateful.
The day of our wedding we had a chance of rain and Kristin was on top of the entire situation. We had our ceremony set up for our nonrain plan and five minutes before the ceremony was to begin it started to rain. Again, Kristin and team flawlessly transitioned our ceremony to our rain plan FIVE minutes before the ceremony time. I am still speechless and indebted to the Natural Elegance team for making our wedding day magical and better than my wildest dreams.

Your search for a wedding planner stops here!
Kristin and her Natural Elegance team are simply amazing! Throughout the entire process, I always felt that Kristin was completely on my side and wanted to ensure I was making the right decisions! Yes, may sound strange, but she knew what I wanted . . . what my hopes were . . . what my vision was . . . and she stepped in with vendors and others to ensure I was truly getting what I envisioned.
It was so very easy working with Kristin. She kept track of what needed to be done, and when. She communicated with me as often as necessary, and followed up when needed. It was such a comfort knowing that I wasn't forgetting some major detail!
Finally, at our wedding event, Kristin felt like part of the family. Her presence at our event was also very comforting; and she arrived early enough to bring all of the creativity to life! All I had to do that evening was arrive....oh and then say "I do."
I would most definitely recommend Kristin to anyone desiring a "micro-wedding." My experience with her for ours was top notch. I hesitated reaching out to her, thinking that I can "do it myself." Oh no I couldn't. Bringing her on board was the best decision!!!Natural Elegance Events's reply:

While trying to plan a wedding, there are what seems like thousands of recommendations and varying degrees of advice on how to make it a successful but also enjoyable day. Hiring a wedding planner was the second best recommendation given to us, but by far the best recommendation was to hire Kristin and her team at Natural Elegance. Without Kristin, our wedding would never have turned out the way it did.
My husband and I were a COVID couple. Not only did Kristin help us through one postponement, but she also assisted us as we planned our Wisconsin wedding from out of state (...twice considering we moved from New York to Iowa between the first and final date). Kristin was a crucial piece to making our wedding day run as smoothly as possible. She is organized, creative, maintains a high standard of professionalism, communicates well with EVERYONE, and is just absolutely wonderful to work with.
If you want your wedding to be beautiful, memorable, and ultimately exactly what you envisioned, we would highly recommend working with Kristin and her team at Natural Elegance. -

Now that we are finally through the wedding planning and the wedding itself, I can confidently say that Kristin was by far the best investment we made for our big day!
We originally hired Kristin to help us plan our wedding and then execute that plan on our wedding day--but, WOW, she did way more than we could have ever imagined. It's hard to put into words just how helpful Kristin was, so I'll share a few examples:
My husband and I had to postpone our 2020 wedding due to COVID. Kristin helped us throughout the postponement process, and we picked back up on planning in early 2021. At that time, we were still hearing so many conflicting viewpoints on the news and from our families and friends, which led to so much more dread and stress on our end. We had no idea if we would be able to have our dream wedding or if we would have to postpone yet again--but then, Kristin came in. She provided facts, guidance, and constant reassurance to help get us re-excited about wedding planning. It's so nice to have someone in your corner who truly understands the entire planning process, and how to help execute that plan for you and your significant other.
I consider myself a pretty organized person, but Kristin's organization skills are next level. She helped us to put together a very detailed itinerary for the entire wedding weekend, and then she created different versions of that document based on the audience that would be viewing it. I was able to provide an extremely detailed itinerary to all of our vendors, and then a high-level overview of the weekend for our wedding party and families. Everyone was beyond impressed by this; but, what impressed them (and me) even more was seeing Kristin in action. She ran our entire rehearsal walkthrough (which is no easy feat with our chaotic wedding party), and then was there the day of our wedding from 9:30 - 7:30 pm to make sure everything ran smoothly.
We ran out of ice at our wedding (who knew 600 lbs. wouldn't be enough for 170 people?!) and Kristin acted swiftly to have more ice delivered to our venue before many of our guests even realized it was gone. My husband and I didn't even know about the ice dilemma until days after the wedding!
Your wedding day will be overwhelming in the best way possible. Having Kristin there to manage the unforeseen will help to make your wedding day even that much more special. If you are on the fence at all about hiring a wedding planner, DO IT. And don't pick just any wedding planner--get yourself a Kristin. :) -

We are so happy we hired natural elegance to plan our wedding! We were initially only looking for a day of coordinator but after our first meeting with Kristin we decided to work with her for our entire wedding. Kristin was amazing and so knowledgeable throughout the entire process. All of our vendors loved working with her. She checked in frequently and kept me on track with spreadsheets and calendars. Our day went off without a hitch and was a dream come true thanks to the natural elegance team! -

Best Day-of Planner!
Kristin of Natural Elegance was the Day-of Planner for our wedding. We couldn't recommend her more highly...and we are picky! She's a pro...diligent, professional, and "on it" while being completely lovely, positive, and practical. Kristin was AMAZING! Going into our wedding, I was convinced that I could handle everything myself... but it got slightly overwhelming. We hired Kristin on as a "Day Of" Coordinator, but she worked with us through almost everything. She was in contact with all of our vendors, she provided us with an amazing timeline and schedule, and she was available to answer any and all of the questions that came up. She also addressed all of the small (but very important details) that I would have missed. I would definitely recommend her to anyone planning a wedding, no matter what stage of planning you are in!Natural Elegance Events's reply:

Kristin is fantastic! We hired her for day-of wedding coordination, and it really helped us relax and enjoy our day. Right from the start, she was willing to work with us to decide on services that fit our budget while still being fair to her as a vendor. She was extremely responsive throughout the planning process. I'm super organized and a Type A, and she went above and beyond to put together a timeline I could customize and adjust right up until the wedding day. When it came to the day-of, she was on top of everything so we didn't need to be. She kept all of us (including vendors) right on schedule and put out a couple of minor fires, all while staying positive and helping us remember that the best part of it all was our new marriage.
