I can't say enough wonderful things about Kristen and the Hilton Garden Inn at Freeport. Kristen was amazing at responding to my emails, breaking everything down everything in our contract (money, food, time line, etc), taking multiple meetings and just over all, being there to assist with my wedding before and on the big day. Her staff was so polite and friendly and they did an amazing job bringing my decorating ideas to life (There were a few things that needed to be done on the big day while I was getting ready the staff at HGIF took care of it and did great job)! We reserved both the park and the town hall for our ceremony. Because it was so cold, we had the ceremony inside and the town hall was perfect! We did photos outside and they came out beautifully. Everyone keeps telling us that our wedding was so beautiful and elegant. The hotel rooms at HGIF were wonderful as well. I personally loved the sheets they used. The rooms are so well kept, it just added to my guests experience. The front desk staff was so accommodating and helpful in making sure all my guests got their welcome bags and taking care of anything that I needed. We had breakfast the next day in the lobby restaurant. It was yummy and a great spot for us to get together with our guest before leaving. It was a great experience and I highly recommend using the Hilton Garden Inn in Freeport!

Kristen and the rest of the staff at the Hilton Garden Inn did an amazing job with our wedding reception! I was planning my wedding from NC so I met with Kristen a few times, but most of our communication was over email and she was always quick to respond and answer any question I had come up with. More importantly, the next time we met, she had everything that we had mentioned written down and all set. She was so organized and that made the whole process stress free! They also have packages including the food, champagne toast, some table decorations, etc. which makes everything a lot easier because you have so much less to worry about. On our wedding night, the appetizers were delicious but I was too busy socializing/didn't have much of an appetite for the dinner (which came in massive portions!). Kristen noticed this and sent food up to our room for afterwards! There was also some flowers, champagne, etc. We felt very special and well taken care of! I would highly recommend having your wedding reception at the Hilton Garden Inn!

This venue is a great location. It is tucked down off of the main road in Freeport so it feels private yet it is a short walk to all the shops and restaurants. The staff was beyond excellent! Working with Kristen was amazing! She was so calm and organized from out first meeting on. It was very easy to get in contact with her for any questions or concerns that we had. It was difficult at first to let go of the control and allow Kristen, Beth, and their staff to take our visions and make it come life. When I walked into both the ceremony and reception sites, the spaces had transformed to even better than I had even imagined! Kristen and Beth made sure that our timeline was met without pressuring us. Their hard work, dedication and attention to detail allowed for us to have a very relaxing and stress free wedding day. We would recommend this site to anyone and would utilize it again in the future!!

I can not say enough good things about this venue!! Kristen, our wedding planner, was fantastic from beginning to end! She was prompt in her responses and was readily available for all of my random bride questions that came up throughout the process! The rest of the staff was amazing as well! Everyone was courteous and so helpful and they really went out of their way to make our day so special! And stress free! As a bride this was huge for me! And they went above and beyond to make sure my day was stress free as could be. They took care of EVERYTHING, from setting up our own decorations to cleaning up/gathering up and delivering everything at the end of the reception. We selected one of the preset wedding packages and from the very start the pricing was clear so that at the final meeting there were no surprise hidden costs. And Kristen was great about reworking estimates as our numbers and decisions changed to make sure things were up to date. The ballroom was beautiful and the staff did a great job keeping things moving/on track without being obtrusive. And the food was wonderful! As someone who has been to many weddings I know this can be hit or miss but our meal was fantastic and many guests commented on the quality of their meals! It was truly such a wonderful experience, I'd do it all again in a second!!

The staff at the Hilton Garden Inn was fantastic! From our first meeting with the wedding planner, Kristen, we knew that all of our wedding needs would be taken care of promptly and professionally. They made the whole planning process very stress free and Kristen kept me on track in terms of timing etc. The food was wonderful and the menu planning was very flexible with lots of options. On the day of our wedding, Kristen went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and tried to take as much stress of me and the groom as possible. All of our guests had a great time and everyone commented about how nice the facility was and how friendly and helpful the staff were. I would highly recommend this venue.

They did an excellent job with everything! The catering was smooth, the food was delicious, the decorations looked amazing, and the staff was outstanding!

All the staff at the Hilton garden inn, Freeport were amazing! Everyone was so helpful and very kind. The one thing that I would have changed, and was not really a huge deal, was both my husband and I wished the food was left out a little longer. We both ate a little and then went around thanking all our guests for attending. By the time we finished all the food was gone. Otherwise everything was amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone!!! Food, all the tastings, staff, everything was great and very reasonable priced!! A big thank you to Kristen and her amazing staff for makeing our day even more special, calming, relaxing and so much fun. You guys really do know how to keep a bride calm! Thanks again for everything!!!! :)

Kristen is amazing- she takes everything very seriously and makes sure you are stress-free on your wedding day.

My son and daughter in law were recently married at the town hall next to the Garden Hilton.The townhall is very nice and cozy for a wedding.The staff was great from the pinning on of the buttoneers and corsages to the helping us know when to leave the hotel to go to the townhall for the ceremony.The food for the reception was excellent along with the wait staff,they didn't touch a dish without asking if the person was finished and my hubby even got a special order.Thanks you all so much for making our day so special.I would highly recommend your establishment.
