I am an artist who loves to bake! Carolina Cake Artistry is a combination of my love of art and baking. I create unusual, trendy, traditional and 3D wedding cakes, shower cakes, grooms cakes or FOR ANY OCCASION!
BAKING OUTSIDE THE BOX~this is my motto! Everything at my bakery is scratch made even my fondant! So say good-bye to nasty tasting fondant! And Hellloooo yummmy fresh fruit and wonderful flavors!!!

Sonja Married on 10/07/2017Dayna was great to work with! Our wedding cake looked amazing and exactly as I had envisioned! We chose lemon cake with lemon buttercream for two tiers and raspberry cake with white chocolate buttercream for the others, and both were so delicious!!
