Ame Soeur (ahm so-ir) is French for "soulmate" — and that's exactly the kind of support we bring to your wedding: the best friend who's done this hundreds of times before.

Ame Soeur Events is a wedding planning, coordination, and rentals company based in Cedar Park, Texas, serving couples throughout Austin and the Texas Hill Country. Founder Donna Aleman began her journey in 2005, planning her own daughter's wedding — and realizing afterward that she'd been so busy managing every detail, she missed truly being present for it. That experience became her mission: making sure couples, and the people who love them, get to actually live their wedding day instead of working it.

Twenty years and more than 250 weddings later, that's still what sets us apart. We believe planning a wedding should strengthen your closest relationships, not strain them. While other planners zero in on the couple alone, we make sure your family has a seat too — keeping moms and parents in the loop, heading off confusion before it starts, and letting you keep your voice through it all. You'll always know what's next, and you'll never wonder if something's been forgotten. We carry the weight so you can soak in every moment.

Services Offered

Ame Soeur Events offers full-service planning, partial planning, and wedding management (coordination) packages, each customizable to the support you actually need — along with an in-house rentals collection. Services include budget guidance, vendor referrals and management, timeline creation, rehearsal facilitation, and complete wedding day coordination, from rehearsal dinner through send-off.

We've coordinated weddings at beloved venues across the Hill Country, including Kindred Oaks, Pecan Springs Ranch, Villa Antonia, The Springs, and many more — and we'd love to hear about yours.
