Dream Team

I cannot say enough about Donna and Sierra! They were absolutely amazing to work with and made the entire wedding planning such a breeze (seriously, a no stress wedding). They were always quick to respond to emails, questions. The day of our wedding, they took care of EVERYTHING from set-up to clean-up while I laid back (aha) and got pampered by my HAMU crew! Everything was perfect and as far as I know, it went perfectly with nothing going wrong!

Donna is the

If you are a perfectionist like my husband, then rest assure that you cannot go wrong with hiring Donna. Her ability to be on top of all sorts of wedding details is impeccable. If you hire Donna, she will communicate with you monthly or weekly to keep you on the ball of all the minor details that didn't even cross your mind. She's also easy to work with and you can tell she has fun while working professionally with you. My husband took the initiate of hiring her. Even though I thought I was going to be caple of handling all my wedding planning. But long story short, once I started reading about wedding planning, I realized that organizing a party as a Bride can be overwhelming. So looking back, I couldn't be happier with the overall results of our wedding. Everything was perfect! Thank you, Donna :)

Attention to details

You know that statement...You don't know what you don't know? Well not to worry when hiring Donna and her staff to help plan your wedding or in this case my daughters wedding. I pride myself, as does my daughter, of being very organized and prepared. Well unless you do weddings all the time nothing can prepare you for this big event. I thought I knew everything there was to know until we met with Donna! There we so many details we had never thought about. She had everything down to a T...like a science! They kept us on schedule and on track with weekly emails and to do lists. It was remarkable.
We would never have gotten through with out Donna and her team. The wedding went off with out a hitch...EVERY THING was PERFECT! To that we owe Ame Soeur Events all the thanks and give them all the credit. We would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the Austin area planning a wedding. Love these guys a bunch!

Everything was perfect!

Donna was amazing! I was so worried about putting my planning in the hands of someone else because I’m such a perfectionist but Donna NAILED IT! Her team were so helpful during the entire process. They organized and decorated everything better than I could even imagine! The only thing I stressed about was the walk down the isle and even the communication right before helped calm me down. Definitely recommending to everyone 😁

Above and Beyond!!

Donna was spectacular!! I couldn’t have asked for a more talented and devoted wedding planner. She was always there when I needed her expertise and I love how she would always give me her honest advice. When I first started preparing my to do list for my wedding it seemed so overwhelming. Donna and her team keep you on track the whole way without it being overwhelming and stressful. Donna can truly do it all she decorated my cake table, and it was just the way I had envisioned it. I highly recommend using Donna and her team you will not regret it!!

Perfect beyond words!

Let me start by saying everyone at Ame Soeur Events is just AMAZING! Donna was just the best throughout the entire wedding planning process! When we first started planning, I thought my mom and I would do it without a wedding planner. I’m SO glad we decided to hire Donna and her team. They kept us on track and helped us remember all the little details that can easily get forgotten! They answered every email and text very quickly that I felt like I was their only bride! I truly loved every meeting we had with her. Not only was the planning process super easy with them but the day of coordinating exceed every expectation!! Seriously, they didn’t miss a beat and I was amazed it was just 2 people keeping everything going smoothly. They achieved the dreamy and romantic vibe that I wanted far better than I imagined! Everything was decorated so beautifully and PERFECT!! I still can’t get over how magical and incredible the whole day was. I can’t thank Donna and her team enough for how perfect they made our wedding!! I’m going to miss all the Starbucks meetups. They truly were such a dream to work with!! We ONE MILLION percent recommend Ame Soeur Events to every bride!! Thank y’all SOOO much again!!!

Donna is Awesome

Donna of Ame Soeur Events did a excellent job for our wedding. I didn't need a ton of help prior to the day-of and she gave me a very reasonable deal on a limited package. Her services took the pressure of logistics off of me and allowed me to enjoy my wedding to the fullest. I would highly recommend her and her company to brides who need a little extra help pulling everything off (all brides - because weddings are crazy am I right??).

I'm so thankful for Donna and her team!

Donna and her team are wonderful to work with! I am so thankful for them and all the work they did to make our day perfect. She kept me on task with the to-do list and made sure I didn't stress about the small stuff. I still did, but in the end the day was amazing. I couldn't have done it with her expertise and the hard work of her team behind the scenes. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a coordinator for the big day. thanks, Donna and Ame Sour Events!

Better than we could have dreamed!

Donna was an absolute joy to work with! Our package at our venue included day of coordinating, but her addition just brought everything to the next level. It seems like every wedding is as exciting as their first. Not only that, seeing everything come together better than you can even imagine, without the stress and worry of doing it yourself, is almost like you’re in a fairy tale...or in our case, a dark and moody fairy tale. I loved every minute of working with Donna!

Amazing to work with!

Hiring donna as our coordinator was the best decision we made! Donna made the entire planning process smooth and easy for us! You always hear about the nightmare planning stories....we had none of those thanks to Donna! We met with Donna several times throughout the process. She made sure everything was covered - even the small details of who will be taking the gifts at the end of the night. She was so kind and very patient with us! She gave us excellent vendor recommendations and was a great sounding board for ideas. She is so knowledgeable in the industry I felt confident in every decision I made knowing she was there to help if i needed anything. On the day of the ceremony, Donna made sure to keep everyone in line and on time and where they needed to be! Anything we or even our family needed, Donna was right there. I highly suggest if you have it in your budget to hire Donna and her staff to help you out! You won't regret it!

Daughter’s wedding

If you are considering a wedding planner/coordinator and you are not certain if you should? I was in the same quandary making this decision...... Do not hesitate, and book Ame Soeur! Donna is experienced and is very organized, down to each little detail. During the planning phases she listens to each request, each idea and doesn’t try to push either way, but when asked, she will provide her opinion and recommendation. I am the MOB, and during my daughter’s wedding she had every vendor, each task, all details covered and managed where I could enjoy the entire celebration. I learned after the wedding that one of the groomsmen didn’t have his tie at the venue and her associate ran to go purchase one... again I didn’t know until after ... she handled with ease and execution. She insured all the prep work was scheduled and on time. She facilitated the wedding rehearsal. She managed the day-of timeline and kept us on schedule in a nonstressful way. She directed all the wedding cleanup.

Do not hesitate, book Ame Soeur... money well spent !! I am so grateful that we had her, best decision I made !

AME SOEUR EVENTS by DONNA ALEMAN help couples enjoy a lovely wedding experience with their family and friends from start to finish. Donna's calm, knowledgeable, wise and reassuring manner serves to guide her clients through every aspect of designing a special time for all involved. She helped us make our daughter and new son-in-law's much awaited weekend a joy even though we were coming to her from 3 distant states during a year involving relocations to a 4th separate state, with all the additional life changes that entails! Anything that seemed like a complication for us was never even a challenge for Donna Aleman. What a relief! Most importantly, we were freed to be guests at our families' celebration, too, since Donna, a gracious lady, was there to anticipate and insure quietly the proper coordination of every detail. Do yourself a favor and allow AME SOEUR EVENTS to bring harmony to your important occasion.

My experience with Ame Soeur Events was unforgettably priceless! Ms. Aleman and her sister, who was assisting her, were extremely helpful, considerate, respectful, appropriate, efficient and kind. Anything I needed, Ms. Aleman was immediately responsive whether via texts, telephone calls, and/or emails. I was very impressed with her abilities of taking what I told her I wanted, and making them all a beautiful reality. The planning felt stress-free with her! Ms. Aleman was very helpful the day of the wedding as well. Something as simple as running to get my lip gloss for me, and having moist towels for me to cool off during my photoshoot time, was a huge help and her way of going above and beyond. My wedding day was magical, and had it not been for Ame Soeur Events, I am positive it would not have been this way for me and for my husband. Ame Soeur Events exceeds the 5 stars!

Donna was absolutely a delight to work with in all regards. We felt so lucky to have met her randomly at an open house for Kindred Oaks, where we got married. We had decided on this venue, but I had no idea where to begin with everything else. I was an overwhelmed bride from the very beginning because I am a perfectionist and love things done ahead of schedule, so I knew the wedding planning experience was going to take over me completely. When my husband and I met Donna that night, she almost immediately took a huge load of stress off of me in one conversation, so we decided that the investment would be totally valuable and worth it for that reason alone, in addition to the day-off coordination. We met with her once a month where we would discuss progress, and she would give us assignments to complete before the next visit. Donna was great at feeling us out and knowing where we needed help, and where we didn't. She offered great ideas and suggestions, but respected and supported when we made different decisions. The Day-Of coordinating was seamless. I tend to have high anxiety on normal days, so Donna's calming and reassuring nature was incredibly appreciated by me and my family/friends. She managed all of the vendors perfectly and made sure that all decorations were where they needed to be at what times. We did not worry about a thing with Donna in charge and trust me, you want it this way! You are pulled in so many different directions by people you want to visit with, and the best night of your life flies by in a flash! It's worth it to make an investment in Donna and remember the great times, and no stress or feelings of obligation. I'm writing this review a year and a half after our wedding, so you can see how strongly I still feel about this. Donna-THANK YOU for everything, you're amazing, and we love keeping in touch with you!!

Donna was the best! I knew I wanted a day of planner and decided to use her since she was recommended by Kindred Oaks, and I’m so glad I did! We met about once a month to discuss details and she was very organized and professional. She was very open to my ideas and turned them into reality the day of our wedding. She even picked up my decorations from my house and delivered them after the wedding so I didn’t have to worry about packing them, setting them up, or tearing them down.

She’s very personable and kind, and I really enjoyed my experience with her. Our wedding turned out beautiful!

Donna was a blessing leading up to and the day of our wedding. We were unsure how much still needed to be done as our wedding day approached. With Donna’s help, she assisted us on any items that needed to be completed and became the point of contact for all vendors. This allowed my wife and I to focus on each other and be stress free. Highly recommend!

My husband, Brian, and I got married on March 22nd at Kindred Oaks in Georgetown, Texas. Once we decided to use one of Kindred Oaks’ package deals, we met with Donna Aleman (their wedding planner of choice) to help us plan our big day. She was so nice and really helpful with everything! We had a lot of small details in our wedding and Donna made sure that everything went off without a hitch. She met with us early on in the planning, gave us a great timeline, then we met as needed up until the big day. She made sure we stayed on schedule, cut the cake, packed up the car at the end of the night, made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be, when they were supposed to be there, made sure we got dinner. She set EVERYTHING up including our mix and match china place settings! She definitely made the day less stressful and I would recommend her to any bride!

I don't think there's anything that Donna CAN'T do. She's kind of like a wedding Superwoman. It's easy to get WAY too stressed out during wedding planning and the quicker you realize that you can't do it alone, the better the whole experience will be. That's where Donna comes in. She helps with you with everything from your budget, the decor, vendor recommendations, reservations.....pretty much anything and everything you can think of. She's there for as little or as much as you need her. You might not think you need any help when you first start out, but when it gets down to the last month, there's so much to do that it's worth it to have someone there to take over. So my advice: use her from the beginning! The great thing about having Donna help out for my wedding is that my mom got to relax and not worry about making sure everything went off smoothly. This was a blessing, because having my mom relaxed helped me to be relaxed as well and I honestly didn't worry about a single thing the entire night. There wasn't a single issue all night and I know this is largely because of Donna. (Also, you'll never find anyone who can time a ceremonial procession to your music selection as perfectly as she can! Mine was flawless.) Thanks for everything Donna!!!

I was completely lost when I began planning my wedding. Donna Aleman of Ame Soeur Events was a complete life saver! She was very open to everything my husband and I wanted for our big day. Throughout the entire planning process, Donna was there to answer any questions we had. She guided us through all of the important decisions we were making. I felt absolutely comfortable working with Donna and felt that she had our best interest at heart. The day of our wedding I didnt have to think about a thing, because I knew Donna had everything covered. Without Donna, there would have been no way that I could relax and truly enjoy the special day. I would recommend the planning services of Ame Soeur Events to anyone I know!

Donna was absolutly amazing! She really cares about your feelings and your visions. She is very helpful in giving advice when you are not sure. She is very personable, so much so that I miss her now that all the planning is done! Donna thank you so so so much for making everything perfect, not one thing was brought to me, it was just perfect! :)

Ame Soeur Events took care of so much during the planning of my wedding. It was such a huge help having someone who knew what they were doing! On my wedding day I didn't worry about anything! They took care of the time line, the decorating, making sure all the vendors were where they were supposed to be and on time, making sure the wedding party was where we were supposed to be and on time, and much more I probably don't even know about! It was wonderful! My day was completely stress-free because of Ame Soeur Events!

Donna was wonderful to work with. She provided us with the help that we needed in planning our wedding. I let her what I envisioned my wedding to be and she made it happen in what seemed like an effortless way. She knows what she is doing, and is great at making recommendations when you feel like you are at a loss of ideas. I would highly recommend her to another bride who needs help with ideas, and vendor contacts. However, if you are a bride who needs some help with the basics of wedding planning, and the bride who does not want to have to worry about anything on her wedding day.
