AMAZING! Highly recommended!
Hiring Alfred as my caterer is probably one of the best decisions I have made in wedding planning! He is affordable, knowledgable, and will do anything to make sure your special day runs smoothly. His staff are professional and his food is phenomenal! I come from a family that normally complains about wedding food, but they were RAVING about Alfred's! My MIL even asked if I could contact him for the recipe!
COVID changed so many aspects of our wedding, but Alfred was flexible and helped us make our "social distance" wedding a reality.

Alfred and his team worked with us all along the way to build a menu that was just what we wanted for our wedding. They were responsive, gave us some great coaching on what to choose, and were impeccable at both our reception and the rehearsal dinner.
