You can expect our Chef to sit down with you to discuss ideas and options available to design a wonderful menu built specifically for you and your guests on your special day. We are a family based company and pride ourselves on the quality of our food and customer service. We invest our time and attention to the details of each catering event to make certain it runs smooth an effortless.

We offer buffet, plated, European style, we have popcorn machine and snow cone machine for kids. We offer bartending services as well

Wedding Pasta Bar

We wanted something different for our wedding and we knew we could trust Bryan’s Custom Cooking to get the job done! We served 2 different types of pasta, alfredo sauce & bolognese sauce, grilled chicken & shrimp! We also had salad & delicious bread! Everyone who attended our wedding complimented how good the food was! We are so thankful for Randy & his team for helping make our day special!

Amazing food!

We hired Bryan to cater our wedding. He was very accommodating with our budget but also ensuring the food options were amazing. The food tasted absolutely amazing! He was willing to travel to our event without charging an additional fee because it was to far from him. I was very excited when he showed up to the venue with the trailer with the smoker on it. I knew I was getting the best quality food!

Would definitely recommend to hire for your event!

Highly recommend

We recently used Bryan’s Custom Cooking & Catering for a special work event and couldn’t have been more impressed. Their barbecue was absolutely delicious, with perfectly cooked meat and flavorful sauce.

The setup was professional and every bit of the process was seamless. Highly recommended for anyone in need of quality catering in Texas!

Excellent experience

Great food and wonderful service. He left nothing out. The entire experience was first class. I will use them again and everyone was extremely pleased with the quality of the meal.

Wedding Catering

There are not enough positive words to say about Bryan’s Custom Catering! Randy was so sweet and was very quick with communication. Their menu is very diverse and has something for everyone. And the food. Was. Outstanding! We had both our cocktail hour and main meal catered here and got compliments all weekend about how great the food was. We even had several food allergies that they were able to accommodate. We had such a hard time finding a caterer and I could not be more thankful that we found Randy and Bryan’s Custom Catering!

Outstanding quality and service!

Chef Bryan and his team did an outstanding job at our wedding! We received so many compliments about how good the food was. And the process of working with Randy leading up to our event was easy and comfortable. He was always quick to respond and he gave us lots of options. These are great people to work with, and I highly recommend them!!!

Excellent Food Service

Randy and his staff went over and beyond to ensure the food service was professional stress free and smooth. That, on a very stressful day, was a huge relief. Randy served prime rib, green beans, potatoes, rolls, salad and drinks. As of 1 week post wedding, I was still getting texts from guest telling me how great the food was. Highly recommend!

First class from all with the catering

What a great choice we made when we hired Bryan’s catering to cook for our Ranger College athletic banquet . Great coolk, awesome professionalism, and great customer service !! Would rate him all 5 stars !!!

Our guests raved about Randy!

We were so happy with the service and quality of catering that Randy provided for our wedding. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with all of our choices. His hospitality was noted by several of our guests. In addition to our wedding, Randy also catered a pre-wedding family event at our farm. Food at both events was phenomenal and our guests raved about Randy. He is priced very well considering the quality, portion sizes, and menu options he can create. Thank you, Randy!!

Top Notch catering and food

My wife and I found this caterer on wedding wire for our wedding and was at the top of the list for our area of venue. I'm so glad I decided to pick Bryan's. I thought he was a local caterer but, in fact drove 150 miles for our venue which was above and beyond expectations. We chose to go with his BBQ and sides, our guests absolutely loved the the food as my wife and I heard many compliments on how good the food was, especially serving BBQ in to Texans, which is a huge compliment! I highly recommend Bryan's Custom Cooking and Catering for your event. His service and courtesy was highly professional. I have to give this Caterer nothing less than a 10 out of 10.
