Stipend for organist

My daughter is getting married at West Point. There is no charge for the Cadet Chapel since he is a graduate of the Academy. The pipe organ there is the 2nd largest in the United States - so the organist is VERY good. What would be an appropriate stipend for him?

Is there someone on staff there who you could ask? Chaplain or secretary? If not, I'd take a guess at $200-$250.

I did ask the wedding coordinator at the Chapel and she said it was up to my descretion. Thanks for your suggestions.
