This package includes:
-Plan 4-6 weeks prior to event date
-2 Meetings (1 hour each)*
-Attend rehearsal (2 hours)*
-Vendor day management (receive deliveries, confirm details day before)
-Day of time line (ceremony, reception, bridal party, family, vendors)
-Rehearsal Coordination (processional & recessional)
-Guest management (seating & direction)
-Transport flowers, centerpieces to reception
-Reception accuracy (according to contract with venue and vendors,place cards, napkins, centerpieces, favors etc)
-Distribute final payments/gratuities to vendors including officiant on behalf of couple
