As someone with a type B personality and a baby; I do not have much time for organization and coordination. Especially with intricate details. Which is why I am so happy I decided to hire Casey for our big day.

We had several zoom meetings that were always accommodating to my schedule. She also was very thorough when preparing the day of plan; on a detailed excel sheet. She did so much as to steam my bridesmaids robes, dresses and my veil. She made sure our morning ran smooth with hair/ makeup and helped me with my dress/shoe changes. Lastly, at the end of the night all of my stuff was packed up from the venue and ready to go in a box to take home. I literally did not have to think about anything besides enjoying my night because she was taking care of it all for me.

My husband & I were truly satisfied with how smooth and organized our big day was. We even got several compliments on how organized and put together the wedding was by guests.

From my first meeting with Casey, she had me floored by her organization and ability to thoroughly break down our wedding day. The best decision I made was hiring a day of coordinator, and more specifically, hiring Casey. The weeks and days leading up to my wedding were so stressful, but Casey was always a text or call away and so receptive to my concerns and extremely solution-oriented. Casey ensured I did not have to pick up my cell phone or handle any vendors on the day of my wedding and handled any mishaps or schedule changes for us, ensuring our day was seamless and enjoyable. We are beyond grateful for her time-table, ability to rally the troops, and be fluid with any hurdles that may arise. If you are looking for a day-of-coordinator, look no further! I would 10/10 hire Casey again and would not have enjoyed my wedding and been as relaxed that day without her. She made sure the entire day was about us, stress-free, and beautiful. Not to mention, she is the sweetest and kindest human and so easy to work with!

My husband and I got married a little over a week ago now and we are still raving about what an incredible job Casey did in helping coordinate our special day. Casey is the epitome of organization, professionalism, and trust. Her excel spreadsheet / timeline was something I had never seen before. She kept in contact with every vendor and did her best to make sure my husband and I had little to no stress days leading up to the wedding as well as that actual day.
