I can’t state emphatically enough: if you are reading this, you NEED to hire Casey. My husband John and I contacted Casey in a panic before our wedding because we did not feel organized and confident enough in executing everything on our own. Our jobs were too demanding, and we felt increasingly overwhelmed with all the minute demands/details of a 140-person wedding (more people than we had originally anticipated). Casey was the PERFECT person for the job and to pass the baton to. She immediately dove in with so much kindness, genuine care, and brilliant organizational skills. She truly has a gift for organization. After our initial prep call, she immediately started contacting our vendors that evening – and she displayed a rare professionalism, ownership, efficiency, and authenticity that is so hard to find.

She also made us feel really comfortable and wanted to execute OUR vision – not some cookie-cutter wedding plan. She truly listened deeply to what we were interested in, she was always patient with any tweaks we wanted to make, and she offered amazing suggestions and solutions where we had certain “blind spots” – we did not know what we did not know! We always felt like she was there to support us and make it happen for us exactly as we wanted – not as bridal/wedding culture suggests and pushes.

Her communication is exceptional. She is extremely responsive, and I always felt at ease shooting her a text or email – no question was too silly, no inquiry was too small. She took our project so seriously and poured so much time, dedication, and HEART into our day – it was simply astounding.

The day of, she was more like an additional sister to me than Coordinator. She was always one step ahead in keeping us on time and jumping in to help with small problems (i.e. I cut my thumb badly with a razor the morning of, and she had a round band-aid to immediately pop on it). She also helped me in and out of my ZERO-stretch dress when I had to use the lady’s room – like a true sister would – and ensured we were eating, drinking water, and hitting everything on the schedule as we needed to.

I felt free to let my hair down because I had Casey in my corner – someone who was keeping such an active, thoughtful eye on things while John and I laughed, danced, toasted, enjoyed, and actually LIVED our wedding day.

All of our family members were so enamored of her and are still talking about how much they love her nearly 2 months after our wedding!

It was the best decision and the best money we spent on our entire wedding. If you hire Casey, you too will make the best possible decision for your wedding day – it will be organized a million times better AND enhanced a million times over. Casey was an amazing coordinator! One could tell she is very experienced because she was always available and helpful. Loved the little bag she carried which had everything and anything the wedding party needed. Her demeanor was calming and reassuring. She really made the day stress free!

Working with Casey was the best decision we could have made for our wedding day! We booked with Casey around a year in advance, and over this time, she was very communicative, flexible, helpful, patient, and reliable. My now husband and I felt a little disorganized with planning on our own, but Casey helped tie everything together, especially during the stressful few weeks leading up the wedding. She coordinated with our vendors and scheduled our day down to the minute (with buffer time of course) and gave us an idea of what we can realistically expect on wedding day, which was extremely helpful because this was our first wedding (and most of our friends’ first wedding). On wedding day, Casey came early, and the second she arrived I felt so much calmer. I knew the wedding day was in good hands and that everything was being taken care of. I felt like I could turn my brain off and the rest of the day would go amazing, and it truly did. Casey helped us have the BEST day of our lives!!!! Even our guests made comments about how on top of everything Casey was. She is so kind, organized, compassionate, and an absolute pleasure to work with - everyone from vendors to my family loved her. Casey was the wedding coordinator for my sister's wedding, and we couldn't be happier with the service she provided. She was so organized and professional, yet personable and warm. She answered all of our questions and guided us through every step of the process. She coordinated seamlessly with the church and venue staff, which alleviated us of that stress and allowed us to enjoy the day. My sister was definitely a bit nervous before her ceremony and reception, but I know that having Casey there put her at ease—and it put me and the other maid of honor at ease too! In addition to creating a very detailed agenda for the wedding day, Casey was great about establishing a relationship with each of our vendors, and I was particularly impressed that she made an effort to familiarize herself with our family members, so she knew who many guests were upon meeting them.

Casey also managed the inevitable tense moments and unexpected time constraints with ease, which I greatly appreciated as it kept everyone as calm as possible while we got things back on track.

Lastly, Casey even went out of her way and provided additional support on the day to my wife who had a recent medical issue, which I'm very grateful for!

I first met Casey when I was the maid of honor in my cousin’s wedding, which she also coordinated. We were so impressed with her warmth, professionalism, and organization that hiring her as our coordinator was an easy choice. Throughout the planning process, she was genuine, responsive, and incredibly organized, even giving us thoughtful questions to bring to our vendor meetings that we wouldn’t have thought of on our own.

There are not enough words to describe how fantastic Casey is. Without her, it would have been impossible to actually enjoy our wedding day. As a perfectionist, it can be difficult to trust that the same level of care will be put into details but Casey exceeded our expectations. We had a few calls so she understood our vision, built an entire day of timeline, and assisted with the vendor coordination the month leading up to the wedding. She truly helped make the days leading up to and the day of stress free. Most couples state that they do not have time to eat on the day of their wedding but Casey made sure that we did and that we got to enjoy cocktail hour. We had a few hiccups such as a vendor being late, a makeup mishap, and a stain on a shirt. Casey worked with our venue to prolong the cocktail hour, helped redo a bridesmaid’s makeup, and removed the stain before anyone noticed. She handled everything so fantastically that we were not worried about anything and got to fully enjoy our day together. It’s important to have a coordinator but it’s crucial you have Casey as yours because there is honestly no one better. We cannot recommend her enough and are so grateful for all that she did for us to make our day so special. Thank you Casey!
